It has been a while since I bought a new car. In the past the experience was OK at best.
In this case the experience was outstanding.
Part of the positive aspect experienced this time was certainly due to the high level vehicle we purchased this time compared to the past.
However, the main aspect of this experience was the outstanding service provided by Tim and Val.
There is no doubt in my mind that when I am in the market again I will return to Leamington Chrysler. I am and will continue to recommend LC to everyone.

Excellent customer service/sales!!! I received a great price on a new ram sport. They found the truck at another dealership with everything I wanted and add things to it once it was received to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it had a few paint issues when I received it but this was a small set back because they assured me it would be dealt with. A lot of places say they will fix things/take care of things and don't do anything or string you along. I have to say Val at Leamington Chrysler is a man of excellent character and integrity. He did everything he claimed he would do. From the day of the purchase to the final day the repairs were completed I received great, genuine and friendly customer service. The timeline was a bit extended due to a few hiccups but made no difference to me because people get busy and things don't always go as planned. The main thing is there were always friendly and not phony which is a huge key in the customer service/sales industry.
The service manager and Jeff were both great to deal with a dealt with the issues at hand. Jeff also pointed out another small issue on the truck which wasn't at all their fault. Val ended up fixing it up by buffing out the scratch.
This experience was the best I've had from any dealership to date. My wife and I plan to deal with them on our next vehicle purchase because places like this are hard to find.

I brought my jeep in for service, rattle in sunroof, drove me crazy. I had talked to other people with the same problem, no one had their issue resolved, from other dealerships, so I didn't have a lot of faith it would be fixed.
The service department took the time to pinpoint the problem and correct it. No more rattle. I can't tell you how happy and thankful I am.

I came into Leamington Chrysler early November 2019 to finance a used Jeep Cherokee limited. I noticed when I walked in 4 younger salesmen didn't even acknowledge me and then came Don another salesman, which he was very polite and very busy as tho he was the only someone working. Anyhow Don took all my information and sent me over to see Joe in finance. Patients was key as Joe was new to this job and learning the system they use. All said and done an hour sitting there with Joe for him to still send me away home to wait for an answer. I had to be the one to text Joe for an answer and yet he still had no answer for me. The next day again I had to text Joe for and answer and the answer was no I couldn't get financing and bye. The next day I went out there to maybe pick a cheaper vehicle, but I could see and feel they didn't want my business, but I asked the question about the cheaper vehicle and Don just kinda looked at me strange and Joe said he will ask or work on it. The very next day didn't hear anything. The following evening I texted Joe and again no financing. The following day again I texted Joe and asked if I have a solid cosigner would I be able to get the jeep Cherokee limited? Almost 2 weeks later and yet to still hear an answer.
People please read the reviews on Leamington Chrysler before wasting ur gas and time and loosing a bit of dignity all too be left blowing in the wind like a flag. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the business they conduct and call themselves professionals in the new and used car industry. I've never experienced any of this buying a vehicle. " first time for everything ".

Came here to get a small repair and waited half an hour to be told they will have to order the part and will call me when its in. Ive been waiting for months to get my hood repaired for rust bubbles. Matt in the service department is awesome though!! He seems to really care about his customers, the rest not so much
They have an amazing selection of cars, trucks, SUVs, in new and used condition. There prices are very hard to beat. They are amazing as they are always willing to help. Been here a few times and always blown away about how they treat all there customers likes family. My next new Chrysler will differently come from this place

Amazing services here, I bought a truck from a Windsor dealer that turned out to have so many problems and they tried telling me it was nothing (yeah like a loud knocking noise is nothing) and so I spoke to one of the service guys in Leamington and he was absolutely amazing and explained and showed me everything that was wrong with it and he advised me to take it back an tell the Windsor dealer to fix there problems witch is what I did... Now to wait an see how it will go once the Windsor dealer fixs it
I was looking for a used car in the Windsor area and I visited a few car dealerships in the area and saw a nice slightly used Dodge Caliber at Leamington Chrysler. The price was very reasonable for a 2009 model therefore I was very pleased.
I live in the Windsor area and I was looking for a used car, preferably a Chrysler since I heard you can get great deals on 2007 and 2008 models. A friend of mine recommended going to Leamington Chrysler and he was right. I liked their selection, the sales people were very helpful and I found what I was looking for.
