The best order and deliver service I had ever in my vehicle purchase experience so far. Henry Lee has been amazing helping my family and I get my Rav4 Prime as well as other vehicles in the past. The process was smooth and everything was explained thoroughly every time. It has been one full year and my car has zero problems. Has been running great being my ride every single day.
Your vehicle is also linked to the Toyota app on your phone that allows you to access your vehicle remotely, including lock/unlock, mileage, EV/gas percentage, trips, etc. I personally find that really useful. Helps me plan when I need to charge the car. It even successfully helped me dispute a parking ticket one time.
I have gotten service twice for my car now. First one was with Stephen L. who kindly helped me with getting the new key for my car. The most recent one was with Howard S. who was super friendly and funny. You can tell that he looks forward to being at work and genuinely cares about the customers, providing the best customer service even at the service department (Thank you Howard!). The car service itself was also speedy, only took about an hour.
If you are stuck at the dealership during the wait, there are plenty of cars on display on the spacious show floor for you to browse and plenty of seats all around the place. There is also complimentary drinks for you.
The Tsujiri restaurant/cafe inside is a really nice plus that also adds to the aesthetics of the place.
There is also a complimentary shuttle that runs from Automall to RC or Lansdowne if you want to run some errands while waiting.
This building is still looking quite new and is always clean and tidy. And I do enjoy looking at every kind of car they have here and exploring different features etc. during my visit.
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends who are looking for vehicles.

Our family has a Toyota Tacoma and we absolutely love it! I've accompanied my husband a few times when he's gotten his truck serviced and we've always had such a pleasant experience! While you wait for your vehicle to get serviced, you can bring your laptop and get your work done with their free wifi and use their awesome coffee machines! The staff is always so friendly and helpful as well. :)
