Feeling very frustrated....
My car is a 2017 tuscon...ive only had it for 5 years bought brand new so it's in great shape low km on it and it's burning oil...the mechanic manager at the shop Adam was wonderful and tried to as helpful as he could but because head office declined my fix and replacing the engine I'm stuck with a car that burns oil because they say that's normal. Iam almost to my 6000 km mark for an oil change and iam below L on my oil already....when will NOT NORMAL be enough to get my car fixed? Here is the photos of today of where my oil is and I'm 1789 to my next oil change....I feel hopeless to driving a car like this. I paid extended warranty when I bought this car in case of anything happening and that not even helping me...I want my car fixed!!!!!!!!!

Having purchased our 2019 Kona Ultimate elsewhere, we were quite dismayed with the service we were receiving at "the other guy's" location. Adam and Phil @ Stratford Hyundai service have continued to provide me with quality service and talk to me at MY level of gear-head knowledge. No condescension. They actually listened to what I was saying. There has never been any resistance to warranty issues/work. It's what you would like to see in all dealerships! Even when the car eventually goes out of warranty, I feel that I will be able to trust the guys and gals there, to continue working with them.

Low ballers. They quoted $2300 for my trade-in, however, I got $4800-$5500 somewhere else. Their used car price includes admin fees accessory fees (why for used cars) and other fees (not the $10 government fee). When I asked to break down the price, the sales man said admin, other and accessory is $0. If it is zero, the fees in the quote should be like nil or N/A not included, which means other/hidden fees are included in the price tag. I really liked the car I tested with low KMs. However, I changed my mind because of their lies. Dnt waste your time here.

Was happy with the service until recently.. we were recommended front brake replacement at only 80000 defiantly early but I went for it for peace of mind upwards of 800 for the install with parts. We are now at 110000 km and the fronts are fried from improper install no grease used on hardware caused pads to seize and burn out rotors.
So 30000 km later with ridiculous parts pricing and 2 hours labour charged out another set of front brakes and my original rears are better shape than front.. unbelievable.
Do not recommend service considering my experience with a simple brake job.

The sales manager, Tyler Weber, went out of his way to accommodate us, not only in buying our new vehicle; but assisting us with finalizing transactions with our leased vehicle. He also rectified a prior situation we had regarding our snow tires which was most appreciative. Our sales rep. Samual Gray, was also very accommodating, polite, courteous and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. I previously owned a hyundai that was purchased in London and later serviced in Stratford. The costumer service at Stratford hyundai was always fantastic. They had great communication with costumers and were as accommodating as possible. I have since bought another brand of vehicle and have had nothing but issues from multiple service centres of this other brand. Thankfully, my husbands new vehicle is a hyundai and he will be able to continue getting exemplary service from this dealership! I brought my Kona to Stratford Hyundai after having a reoccurring issue that my local dealership seemed unable to resolve. Phil absolutely provided a white glove treatment. He arranged for a loaner vehicle to use while we waited on parts and to ensure he could personally make sure everything was fixed up. I had also provided Phil a list of work to do that my local dealership had said was past due...Phil was so honest and forthcoming and advised me that these things weren't due for at least a few years.
Moving forward, I will be happily making the hour drive to service our family vehicles in Stratford. It was so refreshing to find a dealership I can fully trust, didn't take advantage of the little knowledge I have surrounding my car and for that reason they have secured my business for life.

I bought a car there last year. The sales staff was helpful but not heavy-handed, the service is speedy (and they have great coffee and snacks while you wait) , and the selection of cars was great. We were able to pick up our car in just 2 or three days.
I had some issues with my car and we live a few hours away from their location and they bent over backwards to help us out and ensure that we weren't stranded anywhere. I would highly recommend them :):):)

They charged my dad over $1550 to replace the leaking brake lines in his car. The parts were only $125 and the remainder of the cost was attributed to labour. The dealership fumbled to explain how this basic job took two workers 8 hours to complete, and was not convincing. It's hard to understand how they can justify treating a customer of 8 years this way, but needless to say they lost our trust and future business.
Honestly the worst dealership I've ever been to. I was able to get answers to my questions (elsewhere) faster than my salesman which ultimately lost him the sale. I went in after 2.5 days of waiting for him to answer those questions to collect my deposit and terminate the sale. The sales manager made his thoughts very clear to me. He made sure to tell me how the vehicle 'sat all weekend" and how he "could have sold it". Well yeah, you could have sold it to me if your service had been semi acceptable. No apology, no trying to keep me happy. He was just snarky and tried to make me feel intimidated.
Tyfani & Adam are two of the best advisors you could ask for! My car was taken care of promptly and efficiently! Phil, the service manager also made sure that any issues covered under warranty were resolved without a fight! I’ll definitely return to Stratford Hyundai for all of my services!!

Unbelievable service! Our car’s air con died moments into a 5 hour car trip from Toronto on the record-breaking hottest day of the year. We made it as far as Stratford where the good folks at this dealership had our car diagnosed by the time we sat down and got the kids organized. They were fast, courteous, lovely people - and their solution to our problem was over and above anything we could have expected. We were back on the road in under a half hour with a solution on the way and a loaner car with air con to keep the kids safe and comfortable. I would drive all the way to Stratford just to have these people help us again if we needed anything. Thanks so so much to Phil and Tyfani and Irvin and their team for everything.

I was called Nov 30 to confirm my Dec 1 service appointment. I arrived at 830 for my 845 appointment. Service advisor took my keys, did all the paperwork. One hour later, at 945, my car was still sitting outside. I asked the advisor what was going on? He told me a scheduling mix up. Mean while I'd been sitting there 1 hour, waiting, and nothing was said to me, no communication what so ever. The service manager helped the mechanic and serviced my car ASAP. Car was there for a #3 service, so lots of work. I inspected my car when it was done. Big grease stain on drivers seat. Service manager did his best, but all in all the service was terrible! I bought the car there and have never ever been treated so poorly!
Nothing but great experiences with the parts service department at Stratford Hyundai! They have always been extremely helpful and timely with repairs and inspections. They are very willing to take the time to answer all my questions, and have been great with parts and accessory orders. Customer service (and equally important - their service department hours) are the best in the area.
Andre and Maria were both extremely friendly and helpful when we bought our new vehicle. Andre showed us the features of the vehicle and brought it around for us to test drive. He has a great sense of humor which eased that "New buyer" tension. Maria was also very helpful when it came to filling out the financials and telling us about the warranties. Paul Lobsinger is one of the most open and honest saleman that I met during my search for a new car. He answered all of my questions and let me seek out my own conclusions regarding each vehicle we discussed. When I got down to choice of engine, he suggested I drive both types and made sure that the vehicles were available to me when I came to Stratford from Waterloo. He searched out the color I wanted and made sure all the options were there. Both my husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and openness about the company and vehicles. He made himself available to us at our convenience never complaining and always smiling. Even my nervousness over first time buying of a car, was settled because of him. The usual "pushy" attitude that I had become accustomed to disappeared with Paul. By letting me find my own way around, ask my own questions, he got to know me and then when I actually needed his help, it was far easier for both of us.
When I came to pickup the car, he spent as much time as I needed but encouraged me to contact him with any questions and I know I can and will. He took the time to pair my phone and advise me on the XM radio package and how to get the most out of it.
All in all, this was a very pleasant experience. And I have already recommended the dealership and particularly Paul Lobsinger to folks I work with!
