I usually don't write reviews, especially for smaller businesses, because I know how they can easily overshadow negative feedback with stellar reviews. However, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same frustration.
I brought my Lincoln Nautilus in for service on May 24, having scheduled an appointment well in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that parts needed to be ordered. Understanding that this could take some time, I patiently waited. Four weeks later, I returned to check on the progress, only to be told that they hadn't had a chance to work on my car yet. They rescheduled me for June 28.
On June 28, I went back, expecting my car to be ready, but it still wasn't. I was then told to come back during the first week of July. By this time, my patience was wearing thin. When I returned in early July, they once again informed me that the car was not ready. On July 15, after nearly two months of back-and-forth, I was told that my car still wasn't ready and that it wouldn't be completed anytime soon because the technicians were starting their summer holidays.
Frustrated and fed up after nearly nine weeks of waiting, I finally asked for my keys back and decided to take my car to Taylor Ford in Moncton. To my dismay, when I drove it home, it sounded awful, and now the backup camera doesn't work—clearly, someone had tampered with it. It seems to me that they couldn't figure out the problem and refused to admit it.
I believe this entire ordeal stems from the business being severely understaffed. Management needs to step up and do a better job. The service department is on the frontline of customer satisfaction, but they can't perform effectively if they don't have enough staff to handle the workload. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I hope they address these issues promptly. Do better management!

Neil did a particularly excellent job explaining what the recent problems with our transmission were and how they were going to address that. We will be doing business there for a long time to come.

Can’t say enough good things about Richibucto Ford. Our dashboard lit up while pulling our trailer through town and the Service Department was able to fit us in for a diagnostic. Not only were they able to fit us in first thing the following morning for the fixes required, but they also set us up with a place to park our trailer overnight until they could get us in (including electrical service!). Gabriel and every other service staff we talked to was incredibly kind and helpful. Jacques in sales even offered us a vehicle to borrow for the night if we needed it. Road troubles with a trailer and baby are far from ideal, but the team at Richibucto Ford made a tough situation the best it could be for us. You are all the best. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO! So my fiancee took her 2017 ford explorer XLT in to get some recalls done. Well she was there she got them to reset the code for the door. It was lifting off so they said they would glue it back down. They snap it in half and basically say whoops. They won't fix it unless we pay $400. On top of this, the guy I was talking to was trying to make it our fault 🙃.
It would be cheaper to work on your own vehicle with a brick then go to this place.

If zero stars was an option that's what they would be getting. I dropped my car off for an oil change at 3pm. I left them with my number and a secondary number, and had my phone on me the whole time with the ringer on. I never received any call that it was done, even after multiple hours. So I decided to go over to Ford myself before they closed since they never called and i needed my car later that day. To my shocked they decided to close early as the doors were locked at 5:50 when they close at 6. Because of their incompetence I have no access to my own car until tomorrow morning and I needed it tonight for work. They are absolutely not worth going to or spending money at, there's a bunch of other dealerships around that are not a complete waste of time. Will 100% never be returning.
Staff are second to none. My experience began with Jacques, one of their sales personnel. He was truly amazing. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and kind. I have no complaints. I drove 50 minutes to shop here and it was well worth it.
Got my service done quickly. Mechanic came out to review some potential future issues and recommended an aftermarket solution.

Purchased a new vehicle recently at this dealership. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was enjoyable. I will say that the buying process seemed longer than usual, but what made it feel even longer was having to wait on my vehicle even after spending all that time on paperwork. Only other points to mention are the small spots of light damage that I discovered on my vehicle once I got it home. Again, very friendly staff and a great family vibe at the dealership

While traveling on our holiday the dreaded check engine light came on. Richibucto motors got us in right away. Ran a scan, no serious problem. Johnathan the technician gave us a thorough explanation as to what may have caused it. Reset, no repairs needed, on our way. Never had any problems. 3,000 km later all ok.

Since buying our used Ford Focus from Richibucto Motors two years ago we have had it serviced there regularly and are very pleased with the service department's friendliness, workmanship and great customer service. We would not hesitate to recommend Richibucto Motors to others who appreciate good service with a smile. While having several things attended to there yesterday, including brakes and change to winter tires, I was impressed by all the friendly faces, the comfortable waiting area, the use of a loaner car, and even the eagerness to help me transfer groceries from the loaner car to my finished car. :)
