No I do not recommend the Quesnel Toyota! I’ve owned a Toyota vehicle for 13 years and have never had any complaints till I started dealing with the Quesnel dealership. The first time I had a service they washed my 4Runner and forgot the rims. Well I can deal with that. Well next time I ask for my wheels to be balanced and specifically asked to make sure they cleaned the rims before balancing. I was assured they would be pressure washed and wiped down with break clean. Well it was not cleaned at all before balancing and they didn’t wash the 4Runner. Now I have to pressure wash all the mud off the rims and take back for rebalancing. In all my years dealing with Toyota never had such a bad experience. I will not be dealing with the Quesnel dealership any more. I recommend going to a different dealership

16Jan21 - RR window on 2002 RAV4 came off railing. Bill$239.33
(mostly labor). Appt 0800. Told to return @ 0900 - not done. Couldn't see them working on vehicle for at least 30 min. when peering thru bay window. About 1000 was presented with bill. My son-in-law had previously done it in approx. 40 min. Had always had pretty good service for years before. Haven't been back since.
We drove 6 plus hours to this dealership and we’ll worth the best experience ever bar none. This small town dealership exceeded expectations we found them to be honest, no pressured sales tactics. Katrina and the staff where very welcoming to myself and daughter. We were also given an appreciation gift of Toyota products something most all other dealers don’t do anymore. I highly recommend this dealership.

I brought my 2017 Toyota in for what I thought was a simple issue. I bought a new part and had it installed for $500- when I got my car back the issue was not fixed and I had a separate problem with it that I did not have before being in Toyota shop. I dropped it off at the dealership again, when I returned for a review of the issues(s) they told me that it was just a fluke that this part broke while my car was in their care and nothing was wrong with the part I just had them replace, but now I would need to spend $3500 fixing both problems now. I called the manager and relayed this info, but I never heard back. DO not take your car here for service or repair.
bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 in October of 2021 and had a remote start put in by the same dealer . the remote worked a few times and then it wouldn't work . make a long story short we had it in three times to get fixed .never did fix it . not sure if they don't have competent Technicians working there or not . now they've decided to give us a refund , but they don't know who does the refund . this has been nothing but a waste of my time . and one of the worst experiences i've had. this still hasn't been resolved. we like the Rav4 but not service.

When you bring your vehicle to a service department for a repair, service, recall or campaign, the expectations is they should communicate any noticeable issues and suggest further inspections. If there's a pending campaign or recall, they should advise of these and suggest an appointment should be made for this outstanding work.
If you bring your vehicle to a Toyota Dealer Service Department, they will not communicate that a campaign on your cracked frame is pending and that your vehicle should be booked for an inspection to ensure it is performed during the warranty frame replacement alloted time period.
This dealer refused to communicate this campaign and advise that my frame was cracked. This information was provided by an independent NAPA Proshop auto service department.
Now Toyota Canada is denying the claim saying the vehicle was not inspected at the dealer during the alot period of time.

Initially, Katrina was reasonable, friendly, but after making an offer on a 4 Runner she never contacted me back. VERY unprofessional and kinda rude. I had to contact HER. They must be doing well. I bought a 4Runner in Williams Lake yesterday.
