The service and body shop are great. They are very accommodating and the staff is all very friendly.
Just received my vehicle back after the body shop replaced the windshield. It was a bit of a wait to get it, but they were able to find the OEM windshield. The service provided was very well done, all dashcam wires were rerun to the top, all window stickers were put back in place.
Thank you for another great experience at Olivier Ford!

I literally searched for my car on a national scale....found Olivier Ford and had the absolute best experience. Dealt with Bradley Maker and now have a connection for life. Finding your special car can be difficult with competition and these guys treated me with ultimate respect took my downpayment when no other dealer would because I was out of province..... Brad you are responsible for getting me into the super car market and our relationship has just began!!! Seriously I'm never looking at another dealership in Canada EVER unless it's OLIVIER FORD

I would like to know what I should do to be treated as a valued customer at Olivier Ford.
I bought a truck in the first week of June. Car came without carpets, without key code, without extra key. All of this was told to me after I signed all the delivery papers saying that the car was ok.
It took me one week to get the car registered because they sold the car without doing the right thing with the old owner.
I was promised a treatment for the smoke odor inside the car. Not done.
I was promised a detail job on the exterior of the car. Not done.
I noticed an error in the Extended Warranty contract that no one gets back to me about since the delivery date.
I asked for the factory recalls pointed in the Ford App. Not necessary in their opinion.
No one answer you, or care about you. All departments seem to be different companies. There's no communication. There's no respect for you as a customer.
Nothing promised has been done so far in the car.
And you keep wasting my time and patience.

In short, DO NOT BUY HERE.
This is by far the most frustrated purchase I've ever done.

i bought a car from them last summer and it had a bunch of hidden issues they agreed to fix one was the bumper wasnt fitting right they "fixed" it and with current heat it came off again come to find out rather then change the broken bracket they used a glue gun to reattach.

I went there because I wanted a Ford Explorer ST... and the staff was friendly enough, but the place was dirty and the offices were outside in a ship container... so not the best first impression... and the Explorer that I was told that was available wasn't in stock... so the only way was for me to order one... I understand that there are shortages but if I knew that they don't have any in stock I could've went to another dealership to get one and not wait 4 - 5 months.

And the offer on my 52k truck was 45k which was disappointing but they were nice enough and he agreed that i can sell it for more... they really didn't care whether I buy or not from them and no negotiations... thus the 3 stars...

I would like to give 0 but i can't. I went yesterday to see a focus ST they have . We agreed i would comeback next day Saturday morning to find the best deal for both parts after i mentioned i was very serious about buying . Allow me to mention the facts. Who the hell pays a car over 20k without even being allowed to a test drive!!?? So unprofesional. We talk about a 2018 focus st with 59000 km at 26900..+ already overvalued. I asked for at least a fair flat price 26k. The NO was beyond unprofessional. Then i ask at least for winter tires , nothing more logic since is winter now. That way i can try it and after no issues buy it . I mean who is that "seller" who didn't do homework? One of the easiest hooks for a car enthusiasts is to give a test drive. But these mediocres lost the sale due their arrogance . I had the budget u wanted to sell. Now good luck with that. Me ? I still have the money and dealers and sport cars are way to much around.

ZERO STARS!!!! Take a look at stk# M-203, A 2021 F-150 with an MSRP of $48,039 and they have it listed for $61,984!! But wait!! They lowered the price for us to $57,884 so we could save $4,100 in "discounts"... $9,000 over MSRP. Never go here, rip off artists, shady practices and are only out to screw you out of your money. Booked appointment and confirmed 3 times with agent to see the Ford Explorer at 5pm. After reaching dealership used car sales manager said explorer is taken away by employee for random drive.

No apology and no sorry. Simply get lost!

Second time we again confirmed appointment and time to see another explorer on weekend.

At dealership sales manager said employee took that explorer to home on weekend.
Again no sorry no apologies.

Used car sales manager was super super rude and disrespectful.
They have zero ethics and so unprofessional and rude.
They don’t care if you came with family or little kids to see the car.
Moreover all their cars are driven by staff, so they are not following COVID guidelines, another thing mileage will be far higher than what is written on their website.
Everyday cars are driven by employees. So you can expect multiple unregistered drivers of the cars.
Please avoid this place, there is no way to shop here, they don’t respect and care for customer time and family.

Made an appointment for a test drive, the sales person came an hour late. I was told that the delay of the service was because the place was “busy” but the sales person I got clearly came from home. He did not even apologized nor thanked us for waiting. Also, the consultation was not pleasant. He was not helpful after all, he was arrogant and had no will to sell a car. I won’t go back and I do not recommend.

Bought a 2019 Ford Ecosport ,in late February online/ telephone as I live in Ontario and I only wanted to make one trip to St.Hubert. Why Olivier : great selection of vehicles ,had the colour and options I wanted, the final price and my friend had bought cars from Olivier and he had stated the service was excellent.

All the staff were great to deal with and they truly cared about my business. The receptionist/ sales administrator on the phone was my initial contact and she was extremely polite, spoke perfect English and immediately referred me to the right salesperson in Patrick. He made the process of buying the car from Ontario very easy and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Patrick handed off the closing of the deal to Andrew Gagnon . He was truly professional and had me in/out in fifteen minutes. This was 100% perfect for me.

As I was about to leave the dealership with the vehicle I had a few concerns with the Ecosport.. I spoke to Patrick and he immediately referred me to Sacha the Sales Manager. . Wow! He was not going to let me leave the dealership until I was completely satisfied . Thirty minutes later I was a very happy client on my way back to Ontario.
Everything Sacha promised me, he delivered on . I could not ask for more.

BUYERS BEWARE: CROOKED DEALER

I purchased a used vehicle here back in 2016, and asked to have have some add ons including a hitch, remote starter, and custom mats for my Ford Explorer. The first red flag was when we finalized the sale, I noticed they had labelled the extras as "winter tires". When I mentioned this, they said not to worry and that everything would be there when I came to pick up the vehicle. When I did, the car mats were missing (a $400 value), and the manager said he would order them and have them ready the next time I came to Montreal. I called over a dozen times, just to be ignored and dismissed. Given the fact that I paid the asking price of the vehicle, this is still an extra I paid out of pocket. The new manager said they had some issues with the previous manager who sold the vehicle to me and again, said they would look into to. To this day I still am not getting through to them.

Update: Even though they replied to this review, it was simply just for show and all efforts on their part are still nil.

From the salesperson to the director of sales, this is not the kind of service one would expect from any type of dealership. The vehicle being sold was unique, so unique that we tolerated the "service". First off, we deposited 200$ to reserve the vehicle, once there, discussions of winter tires, we were negotiating to include them with the asking price being it is winter. Sales person's lack of tact and respect responds with arrogance, no , we will refund your deposit and sell it for more next month. There is a way to deal with clients, simply replying that the prices are non-negotiable would've been enough. She did not even have the decency to deliver the vehicle herself, a woman named Lucy was kind enough to take over. At no fault of Lucy's, the delivery was also a disaster, leaving fees on the contract to be signed and missing parts off the car, Lucy had to rewrite the whole contract because of the carelessness of the salesperson. All of the events above were brought to the attention of the sales manager. We still had to chase for the keyhole cover, the car was picked up Tuesday night, and they were in no hurry to find the piece for us, it was only Saturday that we received the car in it's entirety. No sense or urgency into pleasing their customers. The only one worth dealing with was Lucy,. I don't recommend this place at all, other dealerships treated us far better! Had the vehicle not been so unique, they would not have gotten any business from us at all.

worst service ever from Ford!
My relatives all have Ford, so i decided to purchase my first vehicle with Ford as well.
I shopped around and found a used car with the specs I needed at Olivier Ford. Took an appointment, seller Cyril gave me the car key and asked me to drive it while he is busy with other customers. I was satisfied after the test drive so i decided to take it even though i got very little served.
Got told they have a promotional rate for 72 months. I was satisfied and did the financing with Karine, and put a 200$ deposit.
When I finally had time to call insurance company, i pull out the purchase offer, then I noticed a fee of 1395$ (produit F&I). contacted the seller, got told if I want to finance with Ford, that is the associated fee. I said then I wont finance with you, what is the price if I pay cash. Seller sent me a new purchase offer without the fee.
Still not satisfied with the service, I went to see a manager in person. A manager said the 1395$ is to CERTIFY the vehicle. Also, since the second purchase offer has no signature, it is not valid, so i have to pay the original purchase offer price.

I wanted a vehicle with an asked price. DO NOT make decision for me by putting hidden, unexplained fees for ANY reason. finance fee, certify fee, administration fee...does't matter. Please be transparent. Explain ALL the fees and let the customer decide.

Poor service -> hidden fees-> different explanation provided -> a mess

Some staff were nice and understanding like Lucie and Mr. Beaudry, but beware of others, they all ready to mess with you.

Terrible service. I call a million times and they never answer the phone. Had my car’s bumper repaired by them because they « insure » their work with insurances company’s. Came back a year later because the bumper sides are popping out and they tried to dispute with me , saying that there are tiny scratches in front of my bumper from parking and that could of made the sides pop out.

In addition, if you saw the work they did my bumper is now as soft as a piece of cardboard. Just to give you an idea of the quality of work.

I brought my truck to Olivier Ford after receiving a recall notice from Ford Canada to repair an issue with the transmission. After the service advisor confirmed that the transmission problem was covered by an extended warranty I decided there was enough room in my budget to see if the truck needed any other repairs and requested a complete inspection.

When I picked up the vehicle the service advisor told me that they had changed the oil and everything else was okay. I objected to the charge for the oil change because I had not requested this and had just done it myself and reset the oil life. So the charge was removed, I paid for the inspection and the service advisor told me everything else was okay.

The next day the front wheel began to shake and by the time I got off the highway the tire and rim were destroyed. I immediately called the service advisor and explained what happened and he sent me a tow truck. It was at this time that I noticed the inspection report was not in the envelope.

After repeatedly requesting a copy of the inspection report the service advisor told me the mechanic who worked on my truck had not actually done the vehicle inspection. The service advisor then offered to refund the charge for the inspection. Instead I requested that they have another mechanic do the vehicle inspection that I had originally requested and ensure the vehicle was still safe.

At my request I was allowed to watch the inspection during which the service manager had to coach the mechanic on how to do a proper vehicle inspection. I then got a bill for $470 for the towing and to install my spare tire. I objected to these charges because it was their negligence that caused the damage to my vehicle. But the service advisor told me it wasn't his decision.

I requested to speak to the manager and was contacted by mr. Charbonneau who explained that since the garage did not do the vehicle inspection they are not responsible for the damage. When I explained to mr. Charbonneau that they are guilty of negligence for not doing the work I requested and allowed me to leave the garage in an unsafe vehicle he told me that was a matter of opinion.

Mr. Charbonneau then claimed that the garage did two road tests to check the transmission and would have noticed any problems with the steering. I pointed out to him that I had not requested the vehicle inspection until after the service advisor confirmed that the transmission repair was under warranty.

I can only take their word that the mechanic did not touch the wheel during the incomplete Inspection. On the original bill it says "jai fait entretien et inspection multi-point..." so between the comments of the mechanic and what I was told by the service advisor what was actually done to the vehicle is unclear.

I'm still waiting for mr. Charbonneau to respond to that . As I explained to him I am currently extremely low on funds and need my truck for work. I need to resolve this matter urgently because I can't afford another tow truck and unnecessary repair.

I requested that they replace the broken rim and the tire, inspect the front suspension to make sure there is no other damage, and refund the $470 I was charged for the towing and the installation of a spare tire.

Problème de beaucoup de poussière qui pénetre dans la boite, non réparé, j'arrive d'un voyage de pêche et mon stock est plein de poussiere encore une fois, très décevant de voir qu'un camion de ce prix là qu'il y a autant de poussière qui pénetre par le panneau et qu'il n'a pas été réparé lors de ma visite et en plus ils ont eu mon camion pendant 2 jours et demi et ce problème n'est pas réparer. C'est mon 8 ième camion et jamais eu ce problème !

Good day bought my 2013 focus to Olivier June 8,2016 the people were pleasant I spoke French and English and no one got mad...thank you for that. They check-out my car went for a run with Brian who advised that the "Vibrations lors des departs. TSB 15-0120 s'applique,doit remplacer embrayae, they said that Brian has ordered the piece. It's been over a week so I contacted them and was advise could take up to 1 month -1mois before so I am still waiting to have the problem fixed. Is it because of the recall and that i don't have to pay is this why it takes so long. Right now I will say Olivier Ford is much nicer than : Montmorency Ford | Brossard Ford Dealer.
