The service department is incredibly incompetent, unable to diagnose basic issues with their own vehicles and downright negligent when it comes to their recommendation to put safe cars back on the road.

I had assisted a friend with the reported issue of "vehicle running loud at high speeds". Honda was unable to identify what was a major wheel bearing issue bordering on failure which can very clearly be heard and distinguished. During this process i was very fortunate to be able to communicate with Dave Tucker (General Manager). Who did his best to make the whole experience very special!
We spoke over the phone & agreed to a lease for 2020 Honda Crv Sport, within five minutes...WOW! There was no need to haggle, as is usually the case. Dave, came out batting & immediately offered me a very competitive lease arrangement (SO REFRESHING). Later he even threw in some extras (at no extra cost) & arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my home in a glass trailer. That experience blew me & my family away!

Oakville Honda and in particular my great Sales Guy Kevin made buying a car a lot of fun. Kevin was on the ball, a really nice guy and great professional. Not pushy at all like some sales persons. Every thing I asked for or needed including some great coffee was provided with a smile.

The process was wonderful from start to finish. All of the staff I met were very attentive and helped make it a great experience.

When I walked into the showroom I had already negotiated a great rate for a 2019 Honda Passport at another Dealership. Kevin spoke to his guys and beat the original offer as well as my counter offer.

The Icing on the cake for me was when I noticed Honda had increased their Cash Promotion by another $1000 the day after I had signed to purchase the vehicle. I spoke to my guy Kevin and he brought it to the attention of New Vehicle Sales Manager Sean. Sean had no obligation to provide that extra discount but he just wouldnt have it any other way. Very classy move which will bring me back in the future. I used the money to buy a load of cool extras for the vehicle.

A couple of time I went here for service, both times my car door sill was badly scratched. First time I asked them to clean and buff. The second time I just left. Make sure you remind them that the tech needs to be more careful when working on cars. The good service adviser left and the not so good one stays.
One time I came because the tire pressure monitor went off and when the adviser checked he said it's no problem then I told him well tires pressure rises when car has been on the road.. and he had preached me not to trust Google.. I can't believe it.. later the dealership admit the tires were losing air.. good thing that guy is no longer there...

Very bad experience. Our Van AC system pipe needed to be replace on July 2018. For two and half months it was working fine. Last summer turn the AC on and is not working. Take the van back to fix it since we didn't use it much. I was surprised when we found out we need to pay for the whole service and parts again. Wasn't happy about it. Try to get some reasonable answer and reach out to Mike the service manager and spoke with him twice after leaving a few messages. It's been 5 months still didn't hear anything from them.

I had an exceptional experience at Oakville Honda! This was my first time buying a car and both Bassam and Moe took the time to answer all of my questions, carefully explain every step of the way to me and guide me from the beginning to the end. Very negative experience. Purchased a preowned 2015 Honda Pilot Touring. I have purchased a fair number of used cars and this was by far the worst experience I have had. We paid top dollar for the vehicle and the only thing we asked for was winter mats, which we assumed, were going to be ordered new. They ended up taking them out of another vehicle on the lot, which would have been fine if they were up front about it from the beginning, it just felt sneaky.

The dealership was very hard to deal with and made it difficult to process the paperwork in a way to minimize the time that I would have to spend at the dealership. The finance manger would not even call me to tell me what I should bring or start the credit application, despite a clear request for them to contact me to help expedite the process.

I tried fives times to get in touch with the General Manager of the dealership prior to the deal closing to address my concerns. I was very clear to staff who took my phone call that he needed to call me back, and I also left him a personal voicemail. To this day he has not reached out to me.

My last Honda Pilot I bought from a dealership several hours away, never even met them in person as they even delivered the car to us and I had no trouble dealing with them.

Clearly, Oakville Honda does not care about customers, just the bottom line.

We wanted the car, so I had deal with them and I feel like they took advantage of this, otherwise I would have walked away.

Very unsatisfactory experience,after initially shopping for a vehicle and showing much interest, explained as I was from out of town that I had to confirm with my financial institution re securing a loan.On my way home sales associate called me to see if I could provide pictures of my car so it could be placed on an online auction site. Avoid at all costs. Bought an 2016 Odyssey in June of 2019. They will say whatever is necessary to convince you to buy. The salesman did not follow through with what was promised, and 10 days later had warning lights coming on. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the issues corrected and the GM made it sound like they went above and beyond. I have a 10 page word document detailing the problems I had with this company. Honda Canada would not return my calls. Now, 6000km later I find that tire tread only has 7/32 remaining. Buying from Oakville Honda is the biggest mistake I've ever made.

The lady said the nearest available date is November 19, but you can drive here anytime and ask for a quick oil change.. i got off from job today and went there but they totally denied what they advised before. Service shop review. Came in to replace a side window for a 2015 CRV. All in all, I felt that they really did not care about the customer. It seems like the service team here are prone to careless mistakes. As such, it indicates the lack of interest for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend coming here to service your car.

1) They tried to charge me more. Apparently their system charged me for a more expensive part, luckily I had the original quote and showed it to them. They did change it back to the quoted price. Was this them trying to grab more money from me or is this an honest mistake? I don't know.
2) They took the wrong phone number, I don't even understand how this could happen. The mistaken number wasn't even remotely close to my phone number. Luckily I called to check in, discovered it then, and had them change it.

Went for a oil change. Oil was .5 liter low when they finished. Then asked me to sign a wo because I wanted the additional oil installed to the proper level. (I always check the oil level and leaks after getting it changed at service centers). Then
had to drive back to the dealer and asked them to reset my maintenance minder back to 100% from 15%. Which should have been done before they returned my vehicle.

I was really impressed, from the way Anthony welcomed me, explained what theywill do and the accuracy and punctuality in the work, the car wash at the end, simply flawless. The motor on my left side passenger sliding door went just outside of my three year warranty. I have three kids, one with special needs, and having a door that doesn’t open isn’t an option for us, it’s a huge safety issue.

After calling my local dealership, they couldn’t even have gotten me in the same week to look at it. Since mine is the family vehicle, this wasn’t an option. I called the dealership I bought the vehicle from, and they were even less helpful. Two voicemails to the service managers at these locations, which were never returned.

I called Oakville Honda, and was assured if I brought it in the next day and left it, they could see it, but wouldn’t be able to fix it until Friday. I was concerned it wouldn’t be covered by my extended warranty as well.

I went with the intention of leaving my vehicle, however, service was able to cut the cables holding the door closed and I was able to leave with the door operational in manual mode, which was reassuring that emergency services could access my kids if need be. They confirmed it would be covered by warranty.

Dropping off my car was a bit of a wait (only one service advisor was available with three people dropping off, pick up informed me she wasn’t trained as a service advisor and couldn’t assist me. Big cross training opportunity there for simple drop offs).

My van was serviced quickly, and Miguel remembered my name when I came to pick up. They also washed my van when I mentioned it was a wasp haven with tree sap.

Extremely disappointed by the whole service experience for my Odyssey that i bought from Oakville Honda.
1) I called yesterday to get Appointment for Service B. I was quoted $212 plus tax.
2) I specifically told the receptionist that I DO NOT need tire rotation and she said fine, It would be $37 less.
3) My Mother brought the car in today to have the service done. She was charged $250 plus (inc tax), which is not close to what i was told
4) I called the service department who told me that Tire rotation is included in the price and that even if i dont get it, the price would not change. That is totally different from what I was told initially
5) I asked what the other charges were. I was told that addition was for synthetic oil change and that my van REQUIRES synthetic. Why was i not told that when i called in to book? In addition, I know enough about cars to know that Synthetic is an option, not a requirement.

Overall, super disappointment with the service department and this will be my last visit to your dealership. Just plain, bad communication and not honouring the original commitment, both in terms of pricing and work done.

AMAZING customer service experience!!! I was highly impressed by the professionalism and politeness of the sales people.I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on a car/sales pitch as soon as I walked in. I was able to take my time and ask questions to which I received knowledgeable answers.

The staff are great at communicating the deals and offers right down to the fine print. They were able to understand my vehicle needs and budget and work within it!

I just bought the second Honda car at Honda Oakville. I contacted other brand shops and also other Honda dealership. As I have remembered friendly experiences with salesman, Jacky, I have always wanted to do another business with Honda Oakville. Jacky is very responsive even after sales.

Also, there is another great sales manager, Les, and he is so informative that I felt I didn't just buy a car, but also I learned about a car. Les helped me make an informed decision again.

My kids also like to visit there because of cozy atmosphere and free warm popcorns.

Since I came to Canada last Aug., my first Honda meant, "new start" to my family, and my second means "protecting my kids from Canadian cold weather" as well as "freedom of my wife to move around without her roommate." :-)
