I completely negate what one of the reviews state regarding RAJ from NORTH WEST LEXUS , he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME when I visited that dealership, infact he offered the lowest possible trade in value for my car without even formally evaluating the car , in fact my car ,a 2019 Top of the Line NIssan ROGUE. Is in mint condition , these sales people are simply trying to undercut various customers and rip them off any way they can , I’’ll Bet whoever wrote these comments about this s****** o **** b ***** is a buddy of his , good luck NORTH WEST LEXUS!!!!
Bought my Rx350 from here. I have been going for service to this location. Exceptional, pressure free service. When I need a ride they always provide one or give me a loaner car. Andy and ms Bharucha always helpful. I wish their waiting area was bit larger and more inviting.
Got several quotes from different Lexus dealerships on 2020 Lexus RX 350 F sport 2. This dealership was the most expensive in the GTA. Ended up purchasing the car at Don Valley North Lexus in Markham which were great to deal with.

On June 25, I came to buy my second Lexus and was greeted by Jag. Jag displayed superior customer service skills and impressed me a my mom who was also with me. He answered all my questions and took me to see 3 cars, one of which is now mine. He supplied me with the exact car that I was looking for. When we came back to pickup the car, he was very busy but was able to find the time to let us know he did not forget about us and was working double duty to make sure the car was ready. The car was in tip top shape when he brought it to me and he gave me some instructions on the car since I was not very experienced with such a new car. I came to buy a vehicle a couple days back, after being in touch with a salesman named Mr. Raj for a couple weeks regarding buying a new vehicle. He was very polite and knowledgeable when we were discussing which car was perfect for me and my family. In the end, I was happy and impressed with the professional service that was given to me.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Worst experience at this dealership. Went in to look at/test drive a used car and the battery was completely dead, the sales associate asked us to come in the next day for a scheduled test drive. No problem with that. Emailed the dealership and salesperson again the next morning to ensure we could still go in for the test drive, at which time they told us our appointment time was still scheduled and that the car would be ready when we got there. Rushed around after work and called again before leaving to further ensure the test drive was still a go, the receptionist told us the salesperson was with another client but we could still come in for our scheduled test drive. After getting there and waiting around for 15 minutes, they told us they needed our information and proceeded to make copies. After which they came back and told us they had sold the car that they had told us to come in for a test drive that day hours before we got there. No regard for our time, clearly no value for prospective customers. An email letting us know the vehicle had been sold would have been the least they could do. I understand people need to make sales and make money but thats just poor morals and disregard for other people's time. Have never had a dealership operate like this and undercut their own coworkers to make a sale. Would highly recommend going to any dealership other than this one, literally any. Other dealerships I have gone to always let us know if there is another prospective buyer and have the decency to allow the person who was first interested in the car the option to buy first. Which just makes sense. I was extremely disappointed with the professionalism or I guess lack thereof at this dealership. Again, go somewhere else where they value their clients.

Professional. I brought my car for Wheel Alignment and Service. Wheel Alignment was not done properly. I drove out Or Service Station Steering was out, I had flight Same day. I brought Car Back to check Wheel Alignment. Joe was very Rude and he wanted to Charge again. I have 3 Lexus that I usually bring for Service. Would not Recommend this Location to anyone. Oakville Lexus has far better Service and high Tech Machines. Would Recommend everyone to go their.
We have been visiting Northwest Lexus from since 2017 and never had a bad experience. The managing team is very reasonable and understanding as an issue with our car was taken care of even though we missed the recall deadline. Great team!

This was my first time buying a vehicle and Muhammad was one of the few people there that helped me and made me feel very comfortable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and a true professional. He did a great job in explaining all the features/specs of the car. He was calm and collected during the whole process. It was great to do business with him. Back in April 2019, I called in because I seen a vehicle online that I was interested in — We set up an appointment and met with Michael to view the vehicle. Michael is very professional and friendly. He was extremely patient, helpful and accommodating. He took his time with us, he didn’t pressure us into buying the vehicle and went over all the options. After a month of shopping around, I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was away on vacation when I made my final decision, Michael was easy to communicate with — I made a deposit over the phone and picked up my car when I returned. Paper work and everything went smoothly. Thank you Michael for such a pleasant experience! I am so pleased with my purchase. I have been servicing my vehicle for its entire life from this dealership. Today in particular was not a better experience: I had to wait 3,5 hrs for the required routine service to be completed. I guess for next time I would have the dealership pick.up my vehicle and drop off when it's done since 3.5 hrs for routine service maintenance is not worth it: hence the two stars.i expect better from Lexus

Took 2 hours to complete a simple oil change, despite me being on time for the appointment.
Their included "car wash" was very poor and the workers left dirt/mud on my dashboard and the base of the seats, none of which was there prior.
Worst of all $5 was stolen from my coin tray. Joe Mckenzie, the after sales manager, was nice enough to reimburse me promptly with zero hassle, perhaps the only positive experience of the entire visit.

I went to this Lexus dealership today with full mood to buy the ES300h mode but was treated badly by the salesperson over there. Super unprofessional guy. Wouldn’t assist or help AT ALL! Called before walking in to confirm the test drive for the 300h(h is hybrid model) model but the car was unavailable. Shortly after I asked to take test drive for ES350 to check out the interior noise, how it goes over bumps as it would have been same for the E300h model as well. I WAS REFUSED INDIRECTLY saying to come tomorrow morning!! Heck this guy even refused to entertain us by saying I have an appointment coming in from Milton in a bit. When I asked him to direct someone else to help us he didn’t even respond. Talked to manager Nick Even he didn’t care. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Oh also, he wasn’t even willing to tell us if ES300h was in stock or not. Literally asked him 4-5 times then finally he told me.

I really had bad experience with them. I bought the used vehicle from them. With in 1 year battery gone. There was some problem with the driver side mirror. I showed them the mirror and told them the issue. First they said this is a minor problem, we will fix it on your next service. On the next service they said they can't fix it I have to pay appx. $1400.00. That was shocking for me. When I told them about the conversation I had with someone on my last service, they said someone is going to contact me by email. Finally they sent me the email that you have to buy the mirror and we will install it for free. I told them that there is nothing wrong with the mirror, mirror is working perfectly fine it's just an adjustment. Then I waited for long time no one contacted me so I sent back another reminder the person told me that she is away but she have spoken to another associate that associate is going to contact me. I waited for another 3 week's no one contacted me. So I finally sent them another email that I don't think you guys wants to fix it. Till today I didn't get any call from them. Even though I had extended warranty which is just expired on September 01st 2019 and they never mentioned about my extended warranty. Now finally I gave up on them. I will go somewhere else to get my mirror fixed but never ever will go back to this dealership.

Very bad customer service at northwest lexus Brampton. On 2nd Aug 2019 I went to the dealership and wanted to meet the finance manager Trista Fernandez. I was told that I don’t have an appointment with her so she won’t be able to meet me. Which looked very rude to me, I was told by the reception that she will call me back in next one hour. Since then I called her 3 times and left massages for her. but she never reverted back. They don’t care for their customer’s. I am very unhappy with the behaviour and customer service of this dealership. I am their customer with id 1746512

We had an amazing Experience at the dealer ship our sales advisor OLEG was very polite. And pointed us in the right direction in helping us choose our vehicle according to our needs and budget. He also followed up with us a week after to make sure we where still happy with our purchase. 👍 As far as the dealer ship every one was nice to us. Even thought our children where a bit loud and would not stay still. due to the fact that they have autism. The people in the dealer where very understanding. And told us not to worry to let them run around.

I purchased my 2014 Lexus IS250 from Kevin Schleifer and had an excellent experience. He is very friendly and thorough. He spent the time to compare the different financing/leasing options, making sure I made an informed decision. I did not feel pressured throughout the process. With the sales manager (Domenica), they gave me the best deal compared to anywhere in Toronto. He has followed up with me via e-mail since the purchase to make sure everything is okay. After being jerked around for a little while, I cancelled and went to Northwest Lexus.
I purchased my Lexus CT200h from Kevin Schleifer and had an excellent experience.
He is a great person who did not try to 'salesman' me at all.
He was very upfront and honest, and gave me an excellent deal (even better than the best deal I could get anywhere else in the GTA.)
He has followed up with me many times since then, and I always have a good experience.
If you are looking to buy a Lexus, I would STRONGLY suggest you look up Kevin.

I'll keep it short and sweet. Was expecting to wait 3 months for my IS 350, got it early. The Lexus Specialist I dealt with, Kadeen Moore was off the charts. She has a great sense of humour, an amazing personality, and knows her cars. I thought I knew everything about my new car, and she taught me a few things. She was super pleasant, great to deal with and got things done in a very clear concise manner. Second car with the Policaro group, and would come back again.
Top it all off, they sent flowers to say thank you for the purchase. Small but nice touch. Well done.
