If you want to be harassed by their sales team for years to come then buy here. I have received relentless phone calls and text messages over a five year period from the sales office despite speaking with multiple managers and demanding that they don't contact me. ~6 ms ago I was contacted and had the same discussion and was told they were under new management and would absolutely not contact me again. Then 3 months ago same story. Just got off the phone with yet another manager being told this would be the absolute last time. I like my car but I will never buy kia again after this experience. If you really want a kia try a different dealership.

My family wanted to upgrade our 2014 KIA Rhonda to a KIA Sportage EX as I drove this model in a previous car loaner and fell in love while driving it for the day. So, we visited the KIA North on St. Albert Trail and spoke with Eric Rolf-Barker one of the Sales agent at this location.

Aside from working her magic on our paper work Brandi is very good at explaining the process and gave us insight and suggestions for the best outcome.
Brandi was charming, friendly and VERY helpful, not only to us but our son who had questions about financing.
We were also introduced to the service consultants so that our first oil change we know where to go and who to see.
Eric, thank you for taking care of us and your easy-going and quiet demeanor allowed us to take the time to know which vehicle we test drove suited our family without the urgency or pressure to purchase a vehicle.

I worked with Chris primarily on the sales deal of our RAV-4. He worked very hard at getting us a good deal for my trade in as well as our newer vehicle! He was friendly to deal with, there was no excessive sales pitches and the environment was very relaxed. They did an undercoating on the SUV and they did an excellent job; one of the better jobs I've seen in a while! We also got the pleasure of working with Shad (Finance Manager) to finalize all the numbers. He was very clam, funny, knowledgeable, not pushy at all! Just received this from north side Kia from purchasing a vehicle. They are very thoughtful. My experience with them was really good, I felt like I was part of their team. They called me about a vehicle that I had for sale, asking if I could bring it in for them to look at. I brought it in and they made an offer that I agreed to. They told me to come the next day with my paperwork and they would finish it off and cut the check. We shook hands on the deal. I went in the next day and they told me that they could not make the deal that they proposed and I agreed to and gave me no reason as to why, other than saying they wouldn't make enough money. They are to ones who asked me to come in and proposed the deal that we shook on. Now I took the next day off work to finish it up and they back out for no reason. I will urge people to not do business here. They wasted a lot of my time and lied to me.
Nancy in service is the definition of excellence. She's so exceptionally patient and understanding that the way she treats customers(who bug the hell out of her like I did) should be the standard in the Automotive Service Industry.
After a bunch of cloudiness and inability to understand the situation, she, along with Jeremy (the Service Manager) sat patiently and explained everything to me in perfect sense so that I could make the best decision for my best interest. She wasn't pushy(nor he) about getting things done. And she was super helpful about things I was uncertain of even though she had to explain it like 20 times to me.
I would absolutely recommend this business if I or anyone is looking for a new or used car solely based on the experience I've had with their service department.

I really appreciated how the sales people at North Edmonton Kia treated myself and my family. Specifically, Victor on the sales team, and Kevin in finance were really awesome to deal with. My family and I travelled from Calgary to Edmonton to purchase the vehicle since all of the Tellurides in Calgary were sold out. Prior to our trip to Edmonton, I had a number of phone calls with Victor and other members of the sales team as we went through a series of hectic negotiations (another dealer in Edmonton was also vying for our business). Even through all of the back and forth, Victor and the team were extremely professional, courteous and fair. We agreed on a price over the phone, and I got that price (even better, in fact) when we made the final purchase. The car was ready for us to drive away, and we are extremely happy with it. All around, top-notch customer service from the North Edmonton Kia team! Also, the 2020 Telluride is an absolutely amazing vehicle, especially in Snow White Pearl with the espresso interior. Beauty!

New customer of 3 months, super happy with my 2018 Kia Forte. Kevin, Taylor & David really helped me out on this one. The experience I had from them was amazing. I was a little worried and didn’t trust them at the beginning. But when I went over everything with Kevin, he explained how much he helped me. He got me out of a really bad lease with Go Auto and got me in with a way better, more affordable vehicle. If I could do it all over again I would, this place deserves my 5 star review and I NEVER leave reviews but this was worth writing one. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you guys so so much! I dealt with a young gentleman named Taylor. He was personable and showed a genuine interest in me as a person and was very attentive to my needs in a vehicle. I went to the north Edmonton Kia looking to buy a new vehicle based on the ad on their website. First I was shocked that the prices were way higher than what they advertised. I asked to think about the offer I was being given and they asked me to do a refundable deposit. I called in a few minutes after i left to say i wasnt interested in the offer and went in the next day to get the refundable deposit back but they refused. The managers were rude. Cory, Kevin, Evan, the front desk staff were downright rude and told me to go to hell in not so many words. These people are a scam and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Please be careful. I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible experience ever!!!

My wife and I were looking for a van so we first went to Dodge but we weren't sure there wasn't much for option and the price was fairly high. Then we came to KIA and we met Kris then Darren and both of then were helpful in making the decision and understanding on the vehicle we wanted to get so it simplified the task and we made the choice to go with Sedona Van which has already top of the line reviews. They also help us save maybe close 4k that Dodge company wasn't able to offer. So it made it easier for us to make this choice. As for KIA the car company are made in Korea which is a country that take pride in there work. I know that because my wife is Korean and I have never since a person take my pride in her work. And I observe many Korean people and many of them display the love and kindness of family. I am more glad now in buy KIA from Kris and Darren because they have treated me and my wife like family. To add to my review of last week. Kris had my van washed and buffed by a professional and he told me this is a service for life. And he went out of his way to give me a gift. And he told me about some other benefit like the road side assistance.
I visited different 6 dealerships over the course of 2 weeks (all different brands) to find the vehicle that best suited me. At North Edmonton Kia the staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and best of all, not at all pushy. They listened to my answer after asking a question and did their best to fill my needs, not their own. They answered all my questions and were patient with me, allowing me to make my decision in my own time. They even let me take the car for the weekend so I could be sure I was making the right choice. I will be recommending North Edmonton Kia to everyone! And I will always be driving a Kia!
These folks may be the newest KIA on the block but they definitely didn't show any signs of being rookies when it came to customer service and satisfaction.
Despite an effort that was quite evident by not only the team identified but the General Manager as well, they were unfortunately not able to make the original deal work (due to lack of availability). So what did they do......gave us everything we were looking for in the original deal but in a 2016 and at the exact same bi weekly payment as the original offer!!!

I was definitely hoping for this level service as i just bought another vehicle at Crosstown (sister company) and wasn't disappointed. The management/owners of this dealership group definitely know the deal when it comes to customer satisfaction/service.
Very good experience at this new dealership. Show room was bright and clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive; I was greeted by a salesman even before I entered the building. The sales staff were very good at explaining the features of the cars and the finance team was good at keeping the price down and explaining the charges on the bill of sale.
After spending much time researching I found my New Kia Forte at North Edmonton Kia and the staff there looked after me very well. It was actually my best ever expierience when buying a vehicle because they walked me through it all letting me know what was available and helped me to pick the one I wanted. I thought I knew before I started but they guided me through to get me in the right car. I was very impressed on how the staff worked together more like a team, again not what I was expecting. I would recomend them to everyone I talk to without thinking twice about it.
