I am 55 years old, over the years I always had new cars from different dealers, I never had a Ford in my life till now. I like the Bronco and I want to give a chance, Bronco I got no question, best SUV ever I got, first time I passed a Canadian winter easily. But service at Ford, what I liked most. People at the Morand Ford, from the sell to service are excellent. Usually people are nice to you till they sell the car, than at the service, usually a bunch of arrogant people sitting at the counter. If you have a problem with your car, you really have a problem, first time in my life I got friendly service counter people to help you, Every time when I am at Morand Ford I feel like I am getting Royalty Service, thanks for everyone. I think I got my dealer to rest of my life, thanks again…
I would give 5 stars but not having my tire pressure looked at after getting an alignment and oil change leaves me speechless

Had a great experience with Sales. I wish I could give even a passing grade for the Service Department. Lacking in every aspect: from competence of technicians to front desk service and Manager communication. A dealership run much like a local corner garage. Not what you would expect in today’s World.

I definitely recommend this dealer. Dealt with other Ford locations and this is the first one I have been to that offers great service after sale. The service department when doing maintenance is extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. I never felt rushed nor pushed to purchase and the salesman I dealt with were very attentive to my needs and requests. Purchased a Ford Ranger and have not regretted it one bit. I actually go out of my way for maintenance but in order to get the service from Morand Ford.

5 months my car has been in this dealership waiting to be fixed. after 5 months we get a call that our car is ready... we go to THIS FORD (no)service center to PICK UP the "ready car" only to find out the car WONT TURN ON/ WORK................... We go back inside to check on whats going on with the car and the two (good for nothing) secretary who gave us this keys LOCKED THE DOORS ON US..... WE WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. 1 star. absolutley terrble service.... 5 Months to return a car that won't even turn on AFTER the fact they told us the car is ready. WHAT? Disgusting service. shame on you guys.

Bought my new Fusion at Morand Ford. Excellent experience with salesman Jean-Jeaque. He was super nice and helpful. I like their office culture, everyone was nice and relaxed, no pressure put on you to buy a car. They also gave me a great deal on my trade in and very appealing price for the new car. Super experience with garage too (Michael received me). Will definitely go back for maintenance. Highly recommend this place.
This place is not bilingual. Not nice to customer's. They do not listen to your demand, they only care for themselves and forcing you to buy whatever is in the inventory.
I found the noise when finish the oil change and recall. A technician go with me to do the road test,then let me to do wheel balance for $60,I just changed tires with the balance at Ford on April,Representativ told me 3 Months garantie and my maintenance plan is not covered. No confirm and not sure it can be fixed before the service.
Finally,It doesn’t help,still have the same problem!

Bought my new F150 on January 16 from Morand Ford. Best car buying experience of my life with Eric (salesman). These people are for real. They where very generous with the extras on my truck, and gave me the best deal on my trade in, and final purchase price. Got my truck serviced there also for new winter tires. Got great service from Keith and very competitive prices. I will always go back to Morand Ford. They do what they say.

I went to the Morand Ford/Lincoln because my windshield fluid was blocked for the rear view wiper and I live 5 minutes away.I couldn't find the outlet for the fluid and initially they didn't know where the outlet for the fluid was either. A second service person found it, they scrapped it with their nail, used a pin, and blew some air on it. Whole process took about one minute. They then charged me $over 13.00. First time Ford owner - not impressed at all with their service!!
