I had to have my car towed to another shop as the ground down the axle! removed sensors, broke off lug nuts I was working with AMVIC as we had to replace the front axle. They discriminate against women and the men in the shop were rude and disrespectful. Women do not take your car to them for repair. They will take you for a ride.

DO NOT GO HERE. I recently took my daughter to millwoods Suzuki to purchase her very first vehicle. She was asked to put a deposit down, which she did via email transfer, but then her circumstances suddenly changed and she wasn’t able to go ahead with a vehicle purchase at this time. So now, they will not return her deposit! She’s been getting the run around and it’s now going on 3 weeks and they still will not return her deposit to her. I spoke with the director of finance myself (Kevin Masich) who took her money) and he said that it’s not him, it’s finance and he would try to take care of it. Very disappointed in this place that my young daughter has to go through this awful service with her first vehicle purchasing experience. BUYER BEWARE

We tell them what we are looking for and the price range and they find it for us. Last time we bought a Dodge Ram. This time a Hyundai. They don’t try to sell you something else or upsell you. They lie on Facebook marketplace to get you in, and try to sell you a completely different car.
Worst service ever. They lure you with cars posted on marketplace. When you arrive they lie that they car is out for whatever reason and then try to make you to buy something else. Very dubious set of people.
Prearranged looking at a specific Jeep posted to marketplace with Jesse. No one in the building was wearing a mask, which is ironic because the jeep in question was out at the service shop getting cleaned because of “covid guidelines and we can’t have people getting sick and suing us”. Meanwhile Jesse’s desk is covered in Buckley’s and nasal decongestants. We waited about 15 minutes to be told that the jeep we were clearly looking at was not there, and that he could show us entirely different vehicle that would not tow what we needed it to.

My experience with the staff in this dealership was totally not impressive. They sound like they are lying and not working on the same page. Due to curiosity and well made ad in facebook market, I applied for a car loan. The advertiser Jesse was responsive initially to a point that she connected me to Tamerii, one of the Assistants(whatsoever), she was very quick and eager to get my info to start the application(responsive to communication initially). A day after, Tamerii and a receptionist called me that I got approved and vehicle is ready, etc, etc. A day after, these guys started not communicate well with me, hardly to almost not responding to my messages in facebook messenger and even in text not until I searched up their dealership number and called the receptionist. When I met the Finance Manager, when started talking and explaining, i sensed already that what Tamerii was telling was totally different. I was straight forward with my conversation with Jesse in Facebook marketplace and Tamerii so they know what I want. WHY can't they tell me straightforward honestly?They are lied to me. It sounds like they are NOT coordinating with the Finance manager to a point that they were speaking in different tunes! In business TRUST is imperative! But this dealership as per experience can't be trusted at all and poor communication! Highly not recommended at all!

Lounis, the dealerships owner is without a doubt the best person I have ever dealt with in the auto industry! He showed integrity and class when dealing with my family and I. He took the time to wheel my Mom in her wheelchair so she could have a better look at the vehicle I was purchasing. He also worked much harder than many other dealerships to get me more money for my trade in. Because of his efforts I drove away with my dream car, a fully loaded Cadillac CTS!!!
I also have to give two thumbs up to Ian in Financing. Ian was also the best Finance guy I've ever dealt with, he worked really hard to get me a great prime rate and answered all my questions etc. Ian also showed a lot of class while dealing with my family and I.

Mike at Millwoods Suzuki found me 2 great vehicles that he didn't have in stock. I bothered this guy for a month straight, morning, noon and night. I wanted a luxury SUV and fully loaded truck. I basically wanted new vehicles at unreasonable low prices. But, he got it done.
I would have told me to pound sand after a week.
The big chain stores have nothing on this place. Buy from them, you won't regret it.

Let me start by saying that this place is amazing, and let me tell you why. I purchased a 2012 BMW from MillWoods Suzuki about a month and a half ago. Three days into purchasing the vehicle my oil cooler module exploded causing oil to spew everywhere. Now, this was a known defect in this model but no recalls were issued by BMW, and of course this was NOT covered under my extended warranty. Guess what these guys did? they paid for the towing, told me it wasn't covered warranty but not to worry about it and drove me home. They found the car needed $3,000 in repairs (I saw the invoice), and they paid for it all! Wait! there's more!. A month into driving my vehicle and having the weather getting nicer, I noticed my air conditioning wasn't working. I called, they told me it wasn't covered under warranty and to bring it in. Turns out it needed $300 in repairs regarding the AC. I was disappointed, but understood that the vehicle was traded in during the winter so catching the faulty AC would have been easily overlooked. Guess what they did? They again told me not to worry about it and paid for everything. No hassles, no fuss, they didn't avoid me (Like what most dealerships do) they simply owned up to my cars issues and took care of everything. Dylan, George, Lounis, Ian, Lana, and John, I sincerely want to thank all of you for taking care of me. This is what customer service is all about. I love my new vehicle and would strongly recommend Millwoods Suzuki to anyone who's looking into purchasing a vehicle. Seriously, do yourself a favor and check these guys out before you go anywhere else. They're not pushy, they're super friendly, and will do whatever it takes to make sure you're taken care of. 10/10 will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Cheers.

I had a issue with financing, Londerderry dodge made it so I couldn't be finance after a bad situation with them. I was honest with Millwoods Suzuki and they were straight forward with me. Didn't hide pricing and was willing to listen to my needs first. Erik the finance manager although it took a week to get everything in place was patient and knew how to work the system to make me the most desirable to the bank. Plus you get great deals on a referral, they knocked $2000 off the cost of my vehicle and gave me a top notch price for my trade in! So if you want to deal with REAL people not Salesmen! Go talk to Yuta and Erik at Millwoods and tell them Rita sent ya!
