This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a business. I had taken in my x5 after I received an engine malfunction error on my drive from Vancouver. They performed a diagnostic and let me know that the cause of the issue was due to a charge pressure sensor. I paid nearly $600 for the fix to replace the sensor. They also mentioned at the time that the drive belt and tensioner needed to be replaced due to excessive wear and it would be good to replace before I drove back to Vancouver. I agreed to replace that as well which costs an additional $900. Driving back to Vancouver I received the same engine malfunction error within 30 minutes. I was able to limp the rest of the way home and immediately took it to the BMW Store in Vancouver, They did another diagnostic and were able to actually find the root cause. The sensor they replaced did not have anything to do with the actual problem. I requested a refund for that portion but they refused. They did no take any ownership of their misdiagnosis and refuse to offer a refund. I didnt even request a full refund, just a refund on the sensor which had nothing to do with my issue.
I would stay away from BMW Kelowna as the customer service is very poor. They are THE reason why car dealerships have such a bad reputation.
Awesome experience with the service department. Had an issue with my vehicle while driving from Vancouver. I brought it here the next day and Kirsten was able to get it in right away to identify the problem and get it fixed. She was great to communicate with, friendly, and had my vehicle fixed as soon as possible.
Purchased a car there last week, Emman Sandhu was my product advisor. He answered all my questions , was very professional, and made the purchase very easy for me. He had the car detailed, filled with gas, and even picked me up on delivery day. I recommend Kelowna BMW
Extremely impressed with the service at Kelowna BMW. My car started running rough like it was misfiring. We are traveling and 1000 kms from home. Called the service department mid afternoon, told them our problem. We were about 45 minutes away from Kelowna. Arrived, got checked in quickly. They took the car right away to diagnose the issue. Turned out to be a broken sparkplug. Replaced and we were back on the road in no time at all! Thank you Kelowna BMW!

This is a hard one to write because I've always had exceptional service here over the years and I'm a life long BMW enthusiast. I've had some time to think about my experience and I'm going to keep this review as objective as possible. I purchased a 435i M Performance edition and had an excellent sales experience dealing with Calvin. He's a professional and all around good guy.
After purchasing the car, I took it to Detail Shop to have a full paint correction, paint protection film install, and 10 year ceramic coating applied. The day after I drop it off the detail shop calls me to inform me that the front carbon fiber splitter is badly cracked and splitting, the front bumper has been re-sprayed, and the rear carbon fiber spoiler is de-laminating (looks like a factory defect). After picking the car up from the detail shop, I get a low tire pressure warning light come on. I stop and inspect the tire and wheel and find out that the RR wheel is cracked (these are high quality BMW 20" alloy wheels). To top it off, the lug nut key was not in the trunk and must have been removed before I received the vehicle.
I contact the dealership and I'm asked to bring the vehicle in. I come to drop it off and I'm told that they will inspect the wheel but that either way I'm going to be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement before it's even looked at. I decided to take the car home then and there. I'm told that it was known that the front splitter was cracked and damaged but it was decided not to fix it, but I was never told about it before purchasing the vehicle. I'm told the rear carbon fiber spoiler is probably a factory defect but there's a slim chance anything could be done about it.
I've never had a bad experience at this dealership until purchasing this car. I feel there's been a real lack of transparency and willingness to take responsibility here. Either I should made aware of damage or it should be fixed. This has been a major let down on what should be an exciting experience of purchasing a BMW.
I can't say enough good things about Kelowna BMW and Rob Blackwell. I had a misfire on my 323 and without an appointment and with an extremely tight timeline before heading back home to Calgary, Rob and the service team scrambled to go above and beyond to make sure my car was ready to roll in less than 12 hours. They replaced all 6 plugs and coils for less than what it would have cost me to get it done here in Calgary. Thank you guys for all your hard work and for getting us on the road in no time.
This had to be our most stress free car buying experience. Dealing with Morgan was a pleasure as he was very professional and low key. He followed up on details as promised which was very reassuring for us after purchasing our X3. We strongly recommend Kelowna BMW and Morgan in particular!

We had been looking at a Mini for quite some time and saw a great deal come up on the Kelowna Mini website, and went right over. We met Morgan who helped us through the entire experience. I have never been treated as well through all aspects of purchasing a vehicle! The thing that really impressed me was while we were considering to purchase or not, Morgan offered us some space to discuss in private. At any other dealership I would expect pressure and a constant presence from a sales associate, but Morgan doesn't operate that way. Brought my car in for service of airbag recall. Due to timing, they could not provide a loaner so I rented one for the day to give them time to get the job done.. Called them to ask about the car near the end of the day as I hadn't heard anything and I needed to get the car back for my 3hr drive home.. Was supposed to get a call back, no call, as the time closed in on quitting time, I called again, asked about the car and service said they hadn't started the car and the shop was closed. I stressed that they needed to make sure that the keys were left out so I could retrieve the car to get home. I was assured I'd get a call back (again). Again no call, so now I'm frantic and called back again and they said they'd lock the car and hide the key for me. The person who was supposed to call me back and did not was literally leaving the building as I called the last time. Had I not called again, I would have been completely stranded without a car or place to stay for the night. This was a very disappointing wasted trip that took an entire day of my time, cost me fuel, rental etc, all for nothing. 😕
The easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had in my 25 years of owning and buying cars... Oddly, Morgan Ellis and I have never met in person and only spoke on the phone once at the beginning of the process but he helped me purchase a pre-owned, non-BMW, vehicle. I’m from Vancouver and came across a vehicle online on their lot that I had been searching for. I reached out and Morgan took my call. From that point onwards all communication was done by email or text and he was able to work out a great deal, coordinate everything for my arrival to view and test drive the vehicle the following week (while he was on vacation no less), coordinate the third party application of a ceramic coating, and the delivery of my vehicle to my home the week after that. All of this happened over the hectic Christmas/New Year holiday season, with him away when I flew into town for a short 4 hours, and with road conditions for a third party delivery hit and miss for over a week. In the end, Morgan and his colleagues (Hayden, David, Garret, Lawrence, and Mike) all came together at different stages to make my remote purchase the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Great communication and professionalism from beginning to end. I highly recommend Kelowna BMW and their world-class team for your next car purchase whether or not it’s a BMW/Mini. Keep up the great work gentlemen!
My vehicle purchase decision was made easier because Josh and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgeable and they let the vehicle sell itself. Follow-up was courteous and never pushy. Recently purchased an M550i x drive from Josh Meier at Kelowna BMW. Josh was extremely helpful and answered all my many questions. He followed up as requested and fulfilled all commitments. Making a long distance purchase over the internet made me a little nervous, but when I arrived to pick up the car, it was exactly as described and perfect in every way. Incredible service. When our car broke down midway through our vacation, bmw was more than accommodating. Kristen helped us get a deal on a rental car and told us about trip interruption insurance which changed it from a terrible experience to a good one! They constantly checked up on us and did a great job repairing the car. Very impressed with the service!!
If I could give more stars I would. Recently we met with Moira O'Brien about trading in our Z4 on an SUV. The customer service we received was top notch. Everything from getting our pooch water, a dog treat and dog sitting while we did a test drive blew us away. Moira and Dave know their stuff, were articulate, professional and we knew that if we proceeded with a purchase that they would stand by their product. In the end we decided it wasn't quite time to give up the convertible so put the brakes on. But as soon as we are ready to make a deal, we will head right back to Moira at Kelowna BMW. And, as an aside, we bought the Z4 from Kelowna BMW in 2014 and they have done all the servicing on it since then and we can 100% say that they are top notch. A great team all around.

I would recommend BMW Kelowna to friends and family because the service is great. Nick was polite and kept me informed as to what repairs to my vehicle needed and how those repairs were progressing. He also took the time too make me aware of a couple of issues with my vehicle that would need to be attended to in the near future. Mike picked me up and dropped me off at work and was fun to chat with both there and back.
I was looking for a new car after a shop in Prince George wrote my Audi A4 off. I originally contacted two dealerships for potential test drives, one for a Porsche Cayman, and BMW Kelowna for a 2018 M2. Morgan E. responded much quicker than the other dealership and setup a test drive for the following day. When I got to the dealership Morgan already had the M2 warmed up and ready to go out. The test drive was good, perfect amount of time 15-20 minutes, and I was able to take it on roads it was meant for. Morgan was also informative and helpful with any technical questions I had. After my time at the dealership I went back home to West Kelowna, since I didn't have a car getting back and forth from the dealership took multiple cab and bus rides. The next day I needed to go back to BMW to begin the finance process. Morgan was kind enough to not only pick me up at my home and drive me to BMW but also setup a loaner car until the M2 was ready for delivery. This helped me out tremendously as the process would have been much more difficult, time consuming and costly if not for their kind gesture and professionalism. I went back a day later after being approved, signed some papers, got insurance, and left with the car in no longer than 45 minutes. The overall experience was quick, not super pushy like other dealers i've done business with, and professional. Will definitely be open to doing business with them again when I'm in a position to upgrade.

I flew to Kelowna from Ontario and I must say the purchase of my pre-owned certified M5 from BMW Kelowna was worth the trip. I am taking a moment to write a few words of praise for Morgan Ellis and his colleagues. From the moment I first contacted Morgan over the phone I felt a great extent of his effort to fully understand what was most important for me in a car. As a host he even exceeded my first impression. Together with his manager and the business unit manager, they assembled an offer to include extended warranty and full protection to which I could not say no. When Morgan switched his hat to the delivery person’s, he walked me through the car features and menus for how many times I needed to start learning the character of my new acquisition. . . he definitely took plenty of time doing his best to add a deal closure to my trip to Kelowna.
In the process of finding my dream car I tested a total of six M5s. Of them, only two drove and looked like new; one was local but the colours were not to my like; the other one, my black sapphire beauty with red interior from Kelowna. . .I just purchased!
