I have lived in several different cities using KIA dealerships as the main place for service on my 2013 Optima Hybrid and this location has been by far the worst. They are terrible at communicating, almost kept my car overnight and me stranded at work without telling me, they mysteriously find things that are covered by the warranty that need fixing that 3rd party mechanics didn't agree with, and when I was moving towns and needed my tires out of storage they were unable to do it with over a week's notice (they state they do a pick up run every weekend). If you can, avoid this dealership for service if you hate getting the run around. I'm sorry to those who don't have any other option. The high turn over of service staff seems to be an indicator of how things are run. The only person who ever treated my like I had a brain was the gentleman who drives the service shuttle. I have not had any dealings with sales or parts

It’s kinda sad that they aren’t able to be if more convenience to their customers as I don’t know too many people on welfare etc driving cars.

Horrible management, rude, treated me like I don’t know what I’m doing. Sold my mom a brand new car off the lot that a steering problem. Tried to fix it and it didn’t work. Car only had 200km on it and I was there for about 4 hours took it on test drives with three different people and they tried to tell me “it’s the wind” and “veers right because of the slope of the road” until I took it on the opposite side of the street and it had the same issue. Tried to tell me they can’t take it back, told me they have to take the whole front end of the car off and re-calibrate everything on a BRAND NEW vehicle. mistakes happen, just own up and fix it. Don’t treat me like I have no idea what I’m talking about, despite being a girl I do, and that didn’t fly with me. Management is awful.

I went to Kia 2 weeks ago because I want to update my navigation so there is someone who called to help me when I went there. They told me they would fix it and ai already waited 2 hours and after that, they told me we don't have enough information to update ur navigation and told me you have to wait until we call you back. It has been 10 days and I still waiting to call back and no one did. So now the camera does not work, maps and the radio too and the worst things broke the frame of the screen I already talked with the manager Is it possible to trust this company again? I waiting for your response if nobody do I will make a complaint and report to this company because it's not legal what they did.

So I brought my beautiful recently bought low-low kms. 2014 Sorento here for the first time in person, to replace my headlight bulbs. Previously, it was sent there after I bought it for Rear Sensor replacement (Great work). My first-hand experience was pure awesome, and I can't stress this enough, they are true masters at their craft. Not only did they give me light, they also ran a check on the systems and gave me the options and solutions to a few other minor issues. Chris, over in parts has all the answers to your questions. Be it switching Rims/Tires between models, and even if newer specs will fit older ones.. They do ;}
Bottom-line. If you have been thinking or sleeping on KIA. Wake-up!
The team at Windsor KIA have got what you need. Great vehicles that compete with many twice their price, as well as the right group of people to make sure you're performing proper, on the road!

An absolute nightmare! These people are very rude and unprofessional. I had a meeting today with the General Manager Andrej K of the Kia dealership to discuss the bad experience i had with their service team. After I express my experience with the GM and I explained that I paid close to $1000 for service and they didn't resolve the issue with my car. He accused me of not being honest about paying that much. So i told him I can prove it with my receipts and my credit card statements. Afteri showed him the receipts proving that I was telling the truth. He didn't apologize or own up to his employees mistakes. In the end, he was very rude and had this tone in his voice like he was angry because he knew that he was wrong the whole time. I am displeased with this dealership and I will be definitely be contacting corporate to get to the bottom of this. Moral of the story DO NOT service your vehicle here.

I am honestly disgusted with kia revenbergs employees. After making several trips back and forth to kia they still haven't resolved the issue with my car. They also expected me to pay for the services after many times of failures. After I expressed my issues with these ppl they gave me an ultimatum and said either you pay or you leave. All I wanted was for them to fix the issue that they failed to do in the beginning, nothing more. The whole service team basically come up to me and said "we're not going to help you any further because we don't want to lose money". I was also threatened by Chris Kosempel the parts manager who said that he better not see me post a bad review or else. Others involved were Kristina(service manager), gord, and Adrian. (Service consultants).

I am disappointed with Gus Revenberg Kia. i was having an alternator issue so I went to do a diagnostic test on my car. They said it was absolutely perfect and charged me $140. i said "ok, fine" and paid like a good boy. a few days later my car starts to act up again and i return it back to kia. They do another test and come to find out i have a bad alternator. So i said "screw it, I might aswell purchase a new alternator and install it with Kia Revenberg". After my part comes in and they work on it, I come to find out that the alternator i bought was not new but instead it is refurbished. The alternator crapped out the very next day and had to bring it back again for another replacement. Fml.

We have been staunch Chrysler buyers for many years, we thought it was time for a change. We checked out the KIA vehicles and were pleasantly surprised to find not only a beautiful vehicle at a reasonable price, but also we found an upfront knowledgeable, sincere sales rep, in Dustin Watson. He answered all of our questions and when he wasn’t sure of the answer he found it out quickly. Also because of Covid 19, he not only delivered the vehicle personally but also it was very delightful when he pulled a beautiful bouquet of red roses from behind his back along with a lovely thank you card. When a person like him goes the extra mile, he deserves public acknowledgement. I have been a loyal purchaser of Kia and I LOVE our sales manger John T. He has never let us down and always goes out of his way. I must admit though I am disappointed in the inspection team. Our used car we just bought has a truck release that won't work and window tint that is ripped. It doesn't say much for their "rigerous and detailed" inspection when simple things like this were missed. Now I am wondering what else they missed.

Wow! Unprepared, unwilling to negotiate and basically uninterested in selling. You book an appointment with a salesperson to discuss rates on and test drive a particular vehicle.... you don't expect to get there, sit across a desk from salesperson as she searches prices. You also don't expect that there is not a vehicle ready, there is a wait for the key to finally get into the vehicle and then you're told there is no gas and have to wait some more to get a gas card and then expected to take a test drive to the gas station! You also don't expect to hear "Not to insult you but we are no where near the amount others gave you on your trade in." How about, "we cant give you nearly that amount for your trade but let's see what we can do." Honestly, I thought I could've done better and I am no type of salesperson. This was quite a ridiculous experience actually... we were kind of in disbelief!
