Ah what can I say, during COVID times business is not as usual, but I will say, rear Lakes Honda in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, has done a great job accommodating to my family's needs. Kind, courteous and actually delivered our dirt bike earlier than expected. Shout out to Jake in the power sports Dept, thanks my friend.
They say they are open till 7pm. But when we arrived just after 5pm we were told all the sales people left already. When we asked about service we were told they also all left already. Why are they open till 7pm if no one is around to deal with clients?

Motorcycle Shop: Prices are higher than you are quoted. Couldn't explain why it cost 50% more than their verbal quote. Was not informed and when I brought it up, the service dept. worker told me he had told me he had told me. I am a numbers guy and remember numbers easily. I told him he was lying, then hung up. The manager called me and repeated the same lies and actually told me he had heard the nonexistent conversation. I will never go there again if you cannot believe what they say. Cannot be trusted. Also charged me $140 for a full service when all they do is change the litre of engine oil and oil filter. My mechanic only charges me $65 to do my truck and he actually checks and greases things. I won't say anything against their mechanic. He repaired all that I had asked for and the motocross bike ran well as expected. The 3 stars are for the mechanic and a minus -5 for the lies from the service department.

Nothing but the best from this dealership. Recently switched from Hyundai World Cars, and wow, what a difference in the quality of customer service. These guys actually care about their customers and less about nickle and diming them. If you're considering getting a car, choose Honda Great Lakes. Stay away from World Cars, you pay a little less for the vehicle but it's not worth the price you'll pay for poor engineering and horrible customer service. So glad I made the right choice.

Leased a 2019 Civic approximately a month ago. Great experience. Wonderful customer service. Salespeople are helpful and were willing to answer any questions I had. Not pushy at all, very easy-going. Would highly recommend.

I recently had my car detailed there, and I have been using this service for over 30 years, in four different provinces. THIS is the best detailing place I HAVE ever used, bar NONE! Terrific Dealership. VERY nice people...the owners are personable and truly interested in their customers satisfaction. Although the Cars, (Honda) are GREAT (as are MOST brand new cars) ...it is the service and attention to detail that is without rival in northern Ontario.
