Awful. If I could put less than 1 i would. The experience with this dealership was so bad that actually made me to reconsider and not to choose Volvo as a brand. If the experience of being a new car is by any means a reflection what you expect after your purchase it sacred me of Volvo ownership. I had 3 separate points of contact all scheduled in advance . Each one was worse and the 3rd was a charm or just too much. I leave in proximity of it and they would be my ideal vendor I chose Audi instead as the experience in the showroom was professional, knowledgeable professionals and just how the buying car in 2018 should look like.
I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. I am of the mindset is was harmonious on account of the partnership with Unhaggle. If I were to do it on my own I would have been taken advantage of.

I called on december 17 for a test drive. Philippe answered me and had to check the availability of the vehicle and call me back the next morning on friday... still no call from him yet! In addition, some information he gave me about the car were wrong. For John Scotti's sales manager, I am currently in the process of buying the car elsewhere. I am giving one star just because i have to for my comment to appear.
I came to this dealer for maintenance of my Volvo, the service is ok. But i do not understand how they do the business on recent weeks. I try to call the service department for a question and an appointment, but i can never reach them, even leaving a message to call back!!! Then i decide to come on place to take appointment, what happens is that the guy on service counter keeps talking with another one about their houses while i am waiting... Now i understand why they don't answer the phone... Very sad!!! Now I have to go for another dealer when John Scotti dealer is 5min from my home.
I’ve had 8 well loved Volvos and my latest at 11 years old let me know it was time for a change. At this point in my life I didn’t want to spend the money for a new car and thought a low mileage lease give back was more like what I was looking for. I went to the Volvo Pre-Owned website and there were several cars that looked good to me. The best was at John Scotti Volvo in Montreal and I’m in Halifax but I’ve known people to bring cars in, so I called the dealership and between Alan and Ricardo we did the deal. I now have an incredibly nice (my neighbour says gorgeous) 2017 V60 T5 special edition wagon with everything and more than I even knew were reality and no blemishes we can see. I think it’s money well spent to buy extra warranty, so in addition to the two extra years Volvo offered, I bought four more and I now have warranty until 2027. The car arrived in Halifax and it is beautiful. I am a very happy camper. Thank you Alan and Ricardo. It was a pleasure working with these guys.

The sales rep “Philippe Marin” could not (did not want to) answer any of my technical questions. He even did not know the difference between T4 and T5 in terms of fuel consumption and power on XC40 and he was not willing to look for the information. He did not have the car ready for test drive! When it came to the payments, this is what he said "my system is new and I cannot calculate the monthly payment". You work as a Sales Rep and you cannot calculate the monthly payments with a simple calculator?
Worst of the worst, he told me to go to another Volvo dealership …!

I came to the dealership after speaking with an online sales rep named Simon. I offered him a price to which he replied that it would be negotiable if I visited and “spoke with Mr. Scotti”. Went to the dealership where I met a salesperson who had no idea of the messages that went back and forth between Simon and me. Not only that, but the car I put in an offer for wasn’t even present at the dealership. Neither was Mr. Scotti. Laughable.
I told the sales rep who I met at the dealership about the offer that I made to Simon and he said it wouldn’t be possible and that Simon should have told me that. Basically wasted an hour and money getting across the town to spend a few minutes at a dealership that was very disorganized. Maybe I am naive and all car dealerships are like this.
Worst Service ! I call the service dept. they are arrogant and don't understand the word service! please look for someone else's to pick up the phone..she screams at me on the phone and said we don't have service here

Always go to a car dealer wearing jeans and a t-shirt and ask for the hybrids. You will see exactly how they treat the average customer. After ignoring me completely for at least 5 min ( 3-4 dealers were really, really, trying to look busy ) one of them asked me the usual questions. I was told that they had nothing in stock and that a fully equipped hybrid would be "very, very expensive". Poor things. They failed the test.
Showroom simple and efficient. Salesman (Salim) knowledgeable and customer oriented. Limited inventory due to these new models' popularity.
Great service and real experts. Volvos are complex but great cars so don't leave them in "pretending" knowledgeable people. The Service helped me a lot and special thanks to Andy, very good guy, congratulations
High end service to match this high end brand. Extremely friendly staff offer a service second to none. Got an alignment done to my request specifications. Car came back freshly washed inside and out. Had a nice coffee in their beautiful lounge. The only place I would consider bringing my Volvo
Excellent customer service. We ordered replacement parts for our car and they were less expensive at the dealer compared to ordering online.
I had good experience when buying my car, including better price and attitude(!) than another nearby Volvo dealer. After sales support had been very good so far. The renovations to the showroom were long overdue.

Had to pay twice for alignment in 15 days first time didnt diagnostic the rack and pinion was leaking, had to replace it after the alignment was done. 2nd time the mechanic twisted the hell of the rack and pinion boots. They are supposed to fix your car but it seems that they want to give themselves some job... If i could i would have posted pictures. Last time for me there.
