WOW! First time that I have had this type of positive experience purchasing a car. I bought a used Volvo and was still treated like gold. Tyler was incredibly informative and generous with his time. Once purchased, there was a rip in one of the mats and they purchased all brand new mats and even delivered them to my home. The detailing crew was phenomenal, my car looked like brand new. Their inspection found something that they wanted to fix, I brought it back, got a loaner, and my car is running super smooth without any additional cost.
I would highly recommend this team.
It came down to customer service. Tyler at Hamilton Volvo was the reason we didn't shop around after our first interaction. I didn't feel the "typical" pressure when buying a car. It was a very relaxed environment and quite an easy process - start to finish.

After being a long time lease customer at another car manufacturer, I decided to try Volvo and was immediately impressed. I had researched the vehicles, but the personal service and knowledge of the staff made my purchase an easy decision. Jordan was very knowledgeable and friendly and the sales staff also worked with me to make my purchase seamless. This was one of the best leasing experiences I have had over 14 years of leasing.

I've had an excellent experience with this dealership leasing a Volvo XC60. Top-notch customer service the whole way through. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my many questions, this being my first Volvo. The negotiations were fair and forthright. Since closing the deal they have quickly responded to any issues which have arisen (all minor). These guys are running a tight ship.
The salesperson and sales manager were on it from day 1. They were extremely responsive, and willing to work with me to find something within my price range. There are a handful of Volvo dealers closer to me than the one in Hamilton, but, when I called around the sales team there stood out as people who wanted to go above and beyond to earn my business and ensure great customer satisfaction. Overall, very positive experience.
My husband and I had arranged with Jordon to test drive one of the used Volvo's on the weekend and we were impressed with the level of kind, attentive, and knowledgeable service Jordon provided. We had been reassured that given that we were from Toronto and unfamiliar with Hamilton, that we could take our time on our test drive, and Jordan even provided us with a great suggested route to try.
That's exactly what we did: we test drove the car on busy streets, down quiet neighbourhoods, and took it through a few highway loops. As we drove back to the dealership, we were both happy with the car and the service we'd received thus far, (admittedly rare from most dealerships these days), and were quite close to excitedly deciding on going with this car purchase and actually feeling good that Jordan would get a well-deserved commission.
When we got back to the dealership, the sales manager approached my husband and without any form of greeting or enquiry on how the test drive had gone, began by berating my husband on the fact that our test drive had been nearly 2 hours long, and demanded to know where we'd been with 'his' car for so long. My husband, a bit stunned by this stranger's tone, manner, and rude questions, calmly explained we'd driven around the city and on some highways, and both him and I had taken turns driving. The sales manager rudely continued with his questioning, justifying his stance that 'some people' take 'his' car out shopping. After explaining to the sales manager that our family had only driven around to test the car, and that Jordan had assured us there was no time limit on our test-drive which is why we had taken our time, he walked away, not once thinking anything of his horrific behaviour.
My husband and I were left feeling deflated; our excitement quickly replaced with confusion, like we'd done something wrong, demeaned by the sales managers' self-entitled attitude, and perplexed why a business that prides itself on providing "unwavering commitment to customer service" would treat any customer this way. Jordon did what he could to try to reassure my husband that we didn't do anything wrong and my family and I drove back to Toronto, saddened that we were treated so poorly, and completely confused, insulted, and deflated by the brash, entitled, and dis-respectful encounter with the Sales Manager. Sorry about the loss to your commission Jordon, but we cannot support such an arrogant, rude, business. Although too late for us, hopefully this is a learning opportunity for the dealership and no one else has to go through such a terrible experience.

Absolutely the worst experiences I have ever dealt without of all the dealership. I ended up purchasing from out of town after being so dissatisfied with their customer service.
If you can think of dishonest used-car sales, this is the place to goto. The only reason they have positive stars is because they incentivize and harass customer to post positively.
Also if you ever email them for a quote, GUARANTEED they will spam you non stop, even though you have unsubscribed! Dishonesty is a part of the company's policy so its no surprise they won't honour the can-spam regulations. But that's a small thing.

To preface; I am not too familiar with the Volvo brand nor am I currently in the market for a vehicle. I currently own an older wagon from a different brand and notice that the wagon market is dying down. This is where Volvo peaked my interest as they offer the beautiful V60!
I visited the dealership with the single intention of sitting in the V60 to test the comfort and out of respect for the Product Advisors; not take up their time.
I was kindly greeted by Matt Zacharczuk. I was upfront about my lack of commitment at this time as I won't be in the market for a few years. After my interaction with Matt, I wish I was in the market immediately. He could have sold me the car that day if I was in the market, and this is without knowing much about the brand prior to my visit. He made that great of an impact based on our interaction.
Matt listened to my needs and what I find important in a vehicle. Not only did I learn about the amazing safety standards associated with Volvo, such as their rollover crash test, but I learned about every comfort feature. This includes areas of the vehicle I didn't know I would appreciate before! The attention to detail of the brand and the high standard for quality was experienced as soon as I closed the driver's door. I was fortunate to view most of the models and spent the most time in the XC60 T8 Polestar. There was not a single negative I could think of for that specific vehicle. It is perfect!
Matt's knowledge, charisma, and overall attention to detail has truly converted me to a Volvo owner, in the future. I have no doubts that Volvo will be my next car, and that Hamilton Volvo will be my dealer of choice.

I am so pleased with the service I received at Hamilton Volvo this week. The problem with my car was a bit tricky to identify but Kyle made sure that it would be solved. He arranged a vehicle for me to drive and when I came to pick my car up it had been washed and detailed and looked like new. My car is an older model that is discontinued but Kyle and his mechanic treated me and my car like it was a new car still under warranty. I was treated like a valued customer, which made my day. Thank you for the great service I experienced this week!

I purchased a used vehicle from the team at Hamilton Volvo and was really impressed with the whole experience. Jeff, Dino, Michael and the rest of the team were professional every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure the car I purchased was in tip top condition. After agreeing to the purchase, and while going through a final inspection, they noticed the need for a somewhat costly repair which they took care of without hesitation. I know lesser dealerships and used car lots would have tried to band-aid it, but these guys are first class and not only fixed it, but did so timely and professionally. Jeff, the salesman who I worked most closely with , spent a good hour at delivery walking me through every piece of tech, assisting with setting up phone and bluetooth audio, and just generally caring for me as a customer to make sure I was aware of everything the vehicle had to offer. I have been servicing my 2012 XC60 at Hamilton Volvo for a little over a year now. Craig and Travis ( I hope I got their names right - it's the two service representatives ) are always very friendly and courteous. My loaner is always waiting. Service is quickly completed and at a very reasonable rate. My Volvo is still running smoothly (except for that damn transmission adaptation issue) and I am grateful for such an amazing Volvo team. Ps. I'd also like to thank the technicians for always keeping my vehicle clean and free of grease AND for their expertise. And finally I'd like to thank the service manager. He is a great guy too.

I was looking for a used xc60 t6 and Terry Short was very helpful in getting the right vehicle for me. He listened to all my concerns and was very patient with me as I decided on t6 verses a regular 6 cylinder engine. We have had our vehicle for three months now and we absolutely love it. The asian mechanic and the service guy with a beard and glasses that work here tried to tell my dad a bunch of bull crap wanting to charge something like $2000. I just fixed the faulty wiring for $60. Dont get ripped off and go here.
