Definitely worst experience I had with the VW service..I booked an appointment for brake pad issue on 29/6/20 for July 03 at 7:30am I drop off the car at 7:35.
My first communication was a text from Jessika at 8:33 saying “ I’m going to be your service advisor if you need to reach me just reply to this text, email me or call me..
I responded to the text and I told her my car was for May 15/20 schedule 60k maintenance and YOU should have done is a visual inspection to see that my left front wheel brake pad almost gone this is what I call prevent maintenance.
At 9:35 I escalate with email to service manager Dan and his reply was “I’ll look into what is going on”
12:35 I call Jessika to find out what is the damage how long is going to be and how much... voice msg..
2:00 pm I escalate my email to the GM Bobby no answer..
4:15 I call direct Dan and I voice my concerns with Jessika no respond for 8 hrs and he said he will talk to her and get back to me..
I had to sent an email to Jessika around 5:00 pm to give me my keys back and I’ll go somewhere else to fix my car..I waisted 9 hours having my car in on a schedule appointment I do not understand if they’re busy why do they take appointment.,and have the customer waiting with NO COMMUNICATION

PS when Jessika sent me the code to pick up my keys she said also “I can do the brakes Monday morning!!! Yes it’s a joke..to be honest I don’t thing they know what they’re doing running like chicken with NO HEAD!,,

Hi, My name is Alison Carter and I wish to make comment about the excellent service I have received from this dealership and specifically Kyle, the manager, and also Martin, in the service area. I have found them most helpful and interested in any concerns I have had with my vehicle, no matter how small. I am not at all "car savvy" .... The fact that I can call in with whatever concerns I have regarding my car, I have never been made to feel I am a bother or wasting someone's time. It is unusual, in the crazy busy world, to find a company who go above and beyond to make their customers feel "special". If more companies took a page from Owasco's book it would be a better world.

I went to buy a new car and they gave me nice deal in the beginning and at the end they changed everything and gave me the worst offer and someone didn't even talk professionally and talked rudely with me. End with not buying car from there. Please behave professionally with your clients.

Definitely worst experience I had with Owasco Volkswagen! Booked a 45k service for my atlas execline today, service was scheduled 11:30 and I checked in at 11:25. Half an hour later I received message from Jessika that my vehicle was checking in and will be ready at 2:30. So I walked to a nearby plaza to spend some time there. When I came back at 2:30 my vehicle still sitting in front of the dealership. I was then texting Jessika and she said the techs are on lunch break! My vehicle was finally checked in at 2:45 pm and left us wasting another 3 hours outside dealership under the sun. It was 35 degree celsius outside! Moreover, she changed my brake pads without letting me know in advance! Even though the service I booked online includes brake pad inspection but definitely not a brake pads replacement! she changed my brake pads and cleaned them anyway; The e-bill I received in the morning was 322$ and the final bill Jessika gave me was 430$! I was questioning her why final bill which was 430$ and is 110$ more than the e-bill I authorized in the morning, and I did not receive any phone call and/or text from her in between; than Jessika looked at me for a sec and offered me a 10$ discount (at the end I still paid 430$). Very unpleasant experience. I am satisfying with my atlas execline but next time i change vehicle I probably will think about the bad experience I had today.

The only issue I faced was that this place was hard to locate. I was wandering around on the front but there is a dealership at the front. So my advice is to look for the road between card dealership and huge Audi sign and this road will lead you to the body shop if go straight ahead around 100 meters. Thanks

Great contactless express service provided, had my tires changed in under 30 minutes. Super friendly staff who were very informative about each step given the situation, made sure I was okay with being lifted inside the car before they brought it up. Directed me in and out of the garage very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely do this service again if they continued to offer it 😊

My wife and I were going to purchase a car from here and the experience started off good but as it came closer and closer to "delivery day". We were told by a member of the team "we can deliver to your house where abouts." So we were even happier... But day of the vehicle never came. So we called and talked to 3 people and the favorite word of the dealership was "miscommunication". And the sales manager had a terrible attitude on the phone and spoke very rude and condescending to my wife. Also the 600 dollar admin fee is not needed go 5km away to Don Valley VW and they don't have it. My advice to ANYWHERE else to buy a car.

Avoid this dealership, I've had nothing but issues with them on EVERY visit. For starters I went in to buy a brand new car, they convinced me to buy a used one that was a couple years old, telling me I'd be saving money. Being naive I trusted them and went with their suggestions, later realizing I paid about the same as I would of for a brand new car, for a 2 year old car with 50,000km on it. Since then, every service appointment I've had has been a joke. Most recently I went in to have an airbag replaced and my A/C inspected. Over 2hrs later they realize they have the wrong part and the A/C machine is not working. Wasted almost 3hrs of my day for nothing. They also left some caps off what I'm assuming is an A/C line which I found lodged in my engine bay. Before that incident I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me my lug nuts were over torqued and it would cost $50+ for the extra work, I told them to forget about it. When I got home I tried to remove them and they came right off. I love Volkswagen vehicles, but due to this atrocious customer service, I dont think I'll ever purchase another one.

Within 5 days of owning the car I noticed there was an issue. It’s been 6 months of unanswered phone calls and multiple visits to the dealership. Very disappointed with the service. I booked a tire swap and 30000km service package online. I allowed for the minimum 48hr period at booking so they could retrieve my all season tires from their storage prior to my appointment. I arrived to my appointment only to be told they didn't have my tires because apparently their online booking system doesn't really work (I got a confirmation email, and then a confirmation txt message prior to my appointment). They knew I was coming, they were expecting me, but were not ready for me. The customer service agent sounded very condescending, kept calling me "Hon" and made it sound like it was my job as the customer to book online and then call them to notify them that they should make sure to be ready for me. Hello??!! I thought the whole point of booking online was to ease the whole process, not add to it. Apparently this is not the first time this happens. They should be more diligent about updating their website so it functions as it should, or don't offer the booking system online at all. What a waste of my time!!

Going back a few years, there was an article in the Toronto Star on a new station wagon that was highly recommended. My wife and I went to the show room. We both stood there for 10 minutes and we saw one salesman working on separating floor mats ( which he never succeeded while we were there). Another salesman near the exit door on the east side saw us but ignored us. After a few minutes the salesperson that was ignoring us came out of his office and asked: " Has anybody been looking after you". We replied No. He went outside without having said a word. My wife said this was crazy and went outside for a smoke. I stayed inside for another 5 minutes with no response from anyone. We left. I told a close friend weeks later of what happened. He worked for the Ontario Provincial Government and he said he heard almost the exact same story from a co-worker. He told everyone, don't waste your time going to Owasco. We have told other people the same. We figured if you cannot get service in the show room you would not get good service for your car. We went out and bought a dodge Caravan. To be fair, this occurred a few years back and maybe they have corrected their problems.
