My VW Jetta had a engine issue and initially i went to 401 Dixie VW since the car was purchased from them. They didnt care about the issue and their customer service was pathetic. Later, i went to Humberview VW. They fixed my car and the customer service was Excellent. Ryan (service consultant) at humberview VW took good care of my car. I will always go back to Humberview VW.
I have never experienced such a friendly staff in any dealership , we went Humberview Volkswagen to see the Tiguan and we end up buying a Honda CRV this is a good example of how good they treated us on the sales floor , our sales specialist Ms. Shermin Haider was very friendly and professional we experienced same worm welcome from Business Manager Mr. Robert Filippelli and Sales Manager Mr. Shant Boghos this Honda CRV is my 20 th. car and my best buying experience ever . Jim and Calvin took swift action based on the feedback I provided. Michelle is an excellent sales consultant and I would recommend giving her a call for a no-nonsense vehicle purchase experience.

Summary: Bought a brand new 2019 Golf R, wanted to address some minor issues with it, had a poor service experience, passed on my feedback to leadership who addressed it internally and have since continues to work on improving my situation.
Michelle Carvalho is an asset to this team. She sold us what we wanted and made the deal happen to fit our circumstances. We drove 217 km not once but twice and would do it again to deal with Michelle!! She's a people person, who listened, put us at ease, got us the deal we wanted, while making us feel valued! If I could give a review of six stars out of five or 11 out of 10 I would. I have never had such good service. From the weather-protected drive-in service entrance, to them showing me photos of the components that needed fixing, to the most immaculate car wash ever, I would highly recommend this dealership for service any day.
Overall great service. Staff was very attentive and the work was completed quickly and they even included a hand wash which was a very nice touch. Will definitely be returning to Humberview for my future service work.

Worst dealership around. Don't buy a car here and definitely do not get it serviced here. The workers take parts off the car. First they took my light switch and replaced it with an old one. Now I am doing service on my car and noticed that the battery housing has been taken off and one of the covers for the positive battery connection has been removed. I will never service my car here again. You don't understand how much I regret buying my car from here. These are not good people. Avoid at all cost.
After my four year lease, I returned my vehicle to this location. I had called ahead of time to schedule the drop off to ensure that I was in and out in a timely manner. I was also promised that I would receive a ride to Sherway (which was less than 3km away).
Once I got to Volkswagen, I was ignored by two employees who were at the front desk talking to each other. The employee said that there was no one available to assist me. I told the employee that I called and was told to come in at 3:30 as “they were closing at 6pm and wouldn’t have anyone to drive me if I came any later.” I therefore ensured that I arrived right at 3:30 and left work early to do so as I did not finish until 5pm. Not only was I essentially ignored, the associate handed me a screw driver and told me to unscrew my own license plates!!! After looking over the lease checklist, the associate accused me of misplacing the user manual and the floor mats, which were exactly in place?! I have never been treated so terribly before! They also did not provide me with a ride after telling me on the phone they would ( I had 3 full bags of items that were in my leased vehicle and could not walk to my destination.)
I do not recommend this dealership by any means, terrible service all around...
Had a great service experience today with Pearl as my service advisor. Took a bit longer than I anticipated, but the team here was able to fix my concern and I felt the repair charge was very reasonable for the time spent. Will definitely return for future work on my touareg.

As a non car person car dealerships have always been super stressful to me. Shermin has made my recent purchase the easiest, stress free car experience I've ever had. Good, efficient and professional service. The staff are friendly and approachable. The facility is clean and inviting. The picky thing I was not satisfied with was the final cleaning of the car, which was superficial at best.
Tune-friendly service department who are honest and open. Just don't be a jerk and you'll be fine. Service times can be a bit long but the quality of the work is worth it.

Always had a great experience with this place, but this time I had to wait 25 minutes just to talk to someone to bring my car in after rushed to make sure I made my appointment. The service itself was great! Oil changed and car nice and clean. But clearly Frank (the guy typically there) being on vacation, made a difference. The girl that helped me was kind and tried her best but clearly overwhelmed because she wasn't getting any help and someone over booked the appointments.

He explained that he was unaware of the warranty not being covered so we got together and they offered me a warranty from vw now.. still having coverage issues from different vw dealer.. they say my vw warranty does not cover my Audi.....
So now iv put it in the hands of audi/vw corporate I will not buy another audi/vw

I bought a 2011 Golf 2.5L 5 speed from Humberview in the first week of 2016. I needed a car for work and did not have much time to make a decision. Michelle Carvalho helped me find the right car out in the lot (in -30 degree weather). We literally walked from one end of the lot to the other. When I found what I needed I waited a few days and I was rolling in my new whip with fresh 17'' rims too which I wasn't expecting. Great experience, will definitely be calling Michelle when purchasing my next vehicle.
