I pulled into the dealership early one evening after a day of gardening in my very old car just to have a peak . A young man approached me. We started chatting. Told him I wasn't really seriously looking....but.....there was the cutest volkswagon station wagon that had just arrived. Well to make a long story short that wagon is in my driveway now. Josh was awesome! Laid back, informative and he went above and beyond just selling me a car.....I texted him late one evening because I couldn't figure how the automatic interios lights worked, Within minutes I had a clear answer. My experience with Josh was britlliant....Frankly the staff that I met and their comaraderie with each other felt like I'd been at a great party. I didn't buy a new car but the care and attenhtion to detail I received from Josh exceeded all my expectations and he made me feel like I mattered!

I went to St Catharines VW a few months ago to test drive a Golf R after arranging it at an autoshow. Even though I’m a younger guy and wasn’t ready to buy I was still treated with lots of respect and had all my questions answered, and was able to drive the R no problem. I can't thank all of the wonderful staff at St. Catharines Volkswagen for all of their expertise, guidance and kindness. I have so many positive things to say about mine and my best friend's experience buying her first car at the St. Catharines Volkswagen dealership. We went in after she said she was interested in getting a VW, without any expectations of falling in love with anything there as they didn't even have the Beetle she originally wanted.
We talked to Jules who steered us in the right direction, to a used 2019 Jetta Comfortline. We drove it and fell instantly in love, she made the choice to purchase it within 24 hrs, this was Wednesday, today on Monday we got to drive it off the lot. Jules was the kindest, and most gentle sales rep to 'deal' with. Jules went above and beyond to make us both feel comfortable without pushing us to make any decisions. Also Ian was fantastic when it came to financing, as well as explaining and breaking down the protection insurance on the loan. Overall, we are happy and satisfied and will definitely purchase from this dealership again in the future.

A huge shout out to Ivan in service for outstanding customer service. Yesterday my daughters window became separated from the track from trying to open the window when it was frozen. This left the window dangling in a rather precarious position and could not be operated. She just went to the dealership first thing in the morning with no appointment. Knowing how busy they are with doing snow tires Ivan still got her in right away and we’re able to fix it right away.

I don't normally leave reviews but the experience I had when buying a new car far exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a 35th edition GLI and there are not many around so I had to travel to St Catherines. The sale rep, Jules, talked to me over the phone and made sure that everything was setup when I arrived, she was extremely respectful with the fact I had driven from far away and was extremely reasonable throughout the whole process. Ian also made working through the finance an absolute breeze, and made sure i had all the information to make sure I could make the right decisions for me, without pushing anything I didn't need. In the end they made my family and I feel special and I would 100% drive back when I replace my wife's car in a few years. Thank you! And I love me new GLI :)

I have over 15 years in the automotive buisness both in service and repair. I have never been more screwed around in my life by both parts and service at vw st.Catherines when trying to do buisness. The owner should be ashamed of the poor customer service his employees provide. Very dissapointed.

The heat in my car wasnt working. Replacing the heat box would have cost me $1200 .My tech managed to fix a small part that effected the heat box mechanism. I ended up paying $145.This shows honesty , will definitely take my car back. Thankyou guys . A++
My GTI was emitting considerable road noise. The problem was diagnosed as the tires on the vehicle. Eventhough tires were not covered under my warranty the service staff corrected the problem to my complete satisfaction at their cost.
