Alicia is amazing and the technicians are good as well nobody know your vehicle better than the ones that built them you pay a little bit more but who cares and 9 times out of 10 they have a loaner so you can leave the car for a day or 2 and still get to work. Also they wash your car if there's time or they will give you a code for a free one
I leased a 2021 Execline Jetta with the help of the brand specialist Mark and sales manager James, it was a wonderful experience. I travelled 30 minutes out of my way to come to Lauria Volkswagen and I was not disappointed, they were super kind and treated me amazingly. I definitely recommend and will be coming back when my lease ends!

I just picked up a brand new Tiguan last week at Lauria. I had a two year old Jetta I wanted to trade in and upgrade to something I would feel safer in. If only i could rate ZERO. Horrible Follow Up with Alyssa. We made an appointment with her for today 12pm to look at a green tiguan car. We drove port hope which took us 2 hours! The moment we arrived, we saw the car we wanted had a sold sign on it. We went in and spoke to Alyssa. She told us she had called my husband and left a voicemail message which we checked and we didnt get any call or voicemail message.
My husband went in and spoke to sales manager on duty wasn't too concerned. Alyssa had informed the sales manager that she left a voicemail message. Yet, she told us that she could not get through our voicemail. Alyssa straight up lied to our face and to the sales manager. She didn't take ownership to her responsibilities.
We would have been understanding more if she didn't lie to us and to her manager. She didn't offer to look at other cars. Time is precious Alyssa, please take that into consideration that people make a journey to port hope at no matter the distance is. People make the time to see the cars and you should respect it and made sure we get notified if there is any changes. NO MORE LIES.
First impressions with the team here are excellent! Michelle was as good as they come in car sales! I contacted them on short notice after being let down by another dealership in Ajax and they did everything to make me feel like I made the right decision coming to them!
I have had an outstanding visit with Lauria over the last couple of weeks. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello from Cole. Jason (the service manager) was reassuring and very helpful to work out the discrepancy with the warranty coverage (our fault). Repair time was very quick and my vehicle was waiting for me under the service bay upon arrival. Both times I was in an out within a matter of 15minutes!
If you are looking for a dealership that provides efficient service with care, this is where you need to be!

Great dealership! Bought a 2019 Atlas off of them after a terrible experience with a different dealership. They offered me a great deal, took the time to make the process of buying the car fun and easy. The sales agent Michelle was very professional. She followed through on every promise she made us and was extremely quick when replying to messages and voicemails.

Drove almost 2 hours to Lauria VW to check on a "Demo" 2019 Jetta that was supposed to have 11000km. When we got there the sales person Michelle A. wasn't there she went to wash the car. First thing I asked Michelle A. was how much can I place on the credit card so we can get points she did not know the answer. Asked when the car was put on service she went to find out the got the dates confused with another demo. When we went to test drive the car the "demo" had almost 20.000 km on it (dealer changed the ad afterwards). Still we liked the color but we were annoyed that the mileage was high. They kept saying we are loosing money on this car a new one cost way more, my answer was this is a used car that has been in service for over a year and has 20.000km.
We did put an offer that we thought was fair since it was a USED car with 20.000km Fraser came by was very condescending and declined our offer. We left with a really sour taste and won't go back and don't recommend.

I was driving back to Toronto from Cobourg in my 2011 Eos, check engine light had come on the night before. I was extremely concerned because this had happened a few weeks earlier with serious consequences.
I met Ray from service who was courteous and respectful. He took the car in for inspection right away and a young friendly tech whom I had met earlier found a faulty Knock sensor, what a relief. The warning light was reset and I could now drive home. I was not charged for the inspection!
I could not ask for a more pleasant experience.
As I waited I checked out the new models with Dave who was great to talk cars with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the surrounding area.

My only feedback : most dealerships offer their clients complimentary car washes. This particular place charges for theirs. I think it’s a lovely service to offer people driving the brand self at the dealership.
I have purchased two cars from Lauria Volkswagen and both times they have been great to work with.
Had a warning light issue with my Audi Q5 - we’re a long way from Audi dealer so I called to ask if Lauria could do a diagnostic even tho not a VW. Marisa said bring it in - no appointment necessary - I did, they took the car straight in, did the diagnostic, mechanic came out and told me himself what my problem was & it should be covered by my Audi warranty so refused to charge me for what they had done for me.
So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - the whole team.

Excellent people. Would have given 5 stars if communication was a little better. Needed vin number for insurance but had to call dealership day before delivery to get it. It’s a small thing and not really worth a full star but it wasn’t perfect so can’t quite give them 5...
We are on the way to Toronto for a family vacation and had the flat tire near port hope. It was about Saturday noon and most of dealerships would be closed. Called Lauria. My daughter and I went to Lauria Volkswagen to investigate the purchase of a Beetle. This was after my husband and I went into another Volkswagen dealership previously and left after being given the run around.

Not impressed at all by the service department. Agreed on a price for an oil change and fuel filter replacement only to find out upon checking in for service that price shot up from the agreed 180 dollars to 324 dollars, despite making sure twice that all information was disclosed and discussed prior to arriving at the dealership.... It felt like they were attracting customers by deceit and ruse. Refused to honor the price agreed upon by creating excuses.

Well I came to Lauria just shy of a month ago. Jordan Northam introduced himself right away and gave me information about the cars I wanted. Jordan, Marco and Dan all answered any questions I had and in a quick fashion. There were no hidden gimmicks or costs. Jordan was really easy to deal with and I never felt pressure to buy the car. It was a good experience other than one moment of poor communication between departments, but the sales manager made things right for the mistake. We had been in the market for a VW Atlas for quite a while and when the time came for us to make a purchase we found the local dealer in Oshawa/Whitby to not be very honest in regards to pricing and generally inflexible to any request. We shopped around and found Lauria Volkswagen. That same day we made an appointment with Jordon Northam to come in and discuss pricing with him and his Sales Director. Immediately upon meeting Jordan it was clear that he and this dealership understood how important the customer experience is in the buying decision. I, like many buyers come armed with a vast amount of knowledge due to the information being readily available online so the differentiator for me is the experience and way I'm treated.. There was no lying, if Jordan didn't know something for sure he'd say so, I respect that. We completed the paperwork on the Atlas that same night and could not be more thrilled with our brand new 2018 Atlas!
