To start off on a positive note, I think Trevor and Sal made a great team. Trevor had my A4 out front ready for me.We had a great test drive, Trevor was well informed on all aspects of the car. Sal handled the closing quickly and no pressure to buy other products.Now The Negative. I purchased the 3M -value package and was told when purchasing the 3M coating would cover about half the hood and head lights. My A4 is black so it was an evening pickup, making it difficult to examine it closely. However the next day I saw that the head lights were never done with the 3M coating and the hood was only 8.5 inches-from front centre. The 3M web site specifies that itis supposed to be 17 inches from front centre. Realizing the contractor they had hired did not follow the 3M guide, or complete the job, I felt he was not qualified to work on my car again. Two options were given to me, he would finish the Job properly or they would give me 200-back on what I paid 375. I choice the 200. I was quite sure that the contractor would not appreciate how I was feeling and felt that he would not be a wise choice if he had not done the job properly in the first place. Only about 53% satisfied with this outcome.

I recently purchased a new tiguan at this dealership and when I made the purchase I was told by the sales representative that they had a deal on winter tires and the promotion was running until the end of the summer so we had time to hold off until then. I recently reached out to the sales representative about purchasing the winter tires . He transfer me to Joseph and Joseph tried to sell me on the cheapest tires at the price of the good tires that we were told we would get as a deal. Going back and forth thru emails Joseph told me if he can get me the deal at what was offered to me would I go ahead I replied yes he said ok to fill out the credit card authorization form. The next day I call Joseph a few times and he never got back to me. I emailed him and he said my apologize I cant do the deal. How do you tell someone you can then you cant? Worst service ever. So quick to make the sale with the purchase of my brand new car but when it came to this I definitely got screwed over. I then emailed bk saying I was gonna contact head office and he never replied I did contact head office and they forward my complaint to the manager and yet no one called me back. Just horrible!
Sales staff is good, really tried to make best deal possible, problem is with service. Brought in car for service when I got home I realized a fairly big scratch on the bumper. When I tried calling the dealership they said that there’s no way that this could happen in their shop and did nothing about it when it clearly was not their beforehand. Tried blaming myself that I did it not realizing it. Will not come back to this dealership because of it.
Bought a brand new golf R at Milton Volkswagen. A few days after picking up my car I took my car to a shop to get paint protection film installed. The shop told me that my car had scratches all over and for a new golf R was the worst condition they have ever seen. The shop even had another new golf R in to get the same thing done and they showed me that one and it was completely flawless. It was so bad the shop talked me out of getting the film on as there was no point protecting already damaged paint. Phoned Stefan and was assured that their detailer is a magician and would be able to fix everything up for me.
Fast forward to today, i picked up my car and while some of the trouble spots are improved, some are still extremely noticeable and some spots are not improved at all, even after pointing them all out and being assured they would be easy to fix.
Stefan told me that this is the best they can do and I expect too much for a new car to not be all scratched up.
For spending 45K on a new car this is an upsetting and frustrating experience. Even though I love the Golf R I think this will be my last Volkswagen, this whole experience has completely soured me.
The Sales Manager and Salesperson were very friendly when I called to arrange an appointment to purchase a new VW after getting referred by Unhaggle.com. But the day before the appointment, the salesman called to cancel the appointment. Two weeks passed, and I had not heard back from the salesperson, so I called and left a voicemail. But after another week of waiting it was obvious no one wanted to talk to me, so I took my business elsewhere. It’s a shame, because they seemed so nice on the phone.
The service (John I belive) was professional and good.
Sales (Arvand) was great too.
The car however, not that good. Got it brand new. It shake with every time I use the brakes. I reported it multiple times, and was told it's my fault.
I was hoping they will rectify the situation.
We came all the way from Kitchener and bought a GOLF R from Tyler. The experience was amazing. Easy to deal with. Noticed a few things a couple of hours after I picked up the car like some marks on the hood , a little nick on the infotainment screen and one of the handles inside the car was not retracting . Talked to Tyler and he took care of everything everything . Great salesman that showed me class. Great job Tyler !

The bad:
I went in for a specific issue (car shaking due to an issue with the brake) with my 2018 passat today and was sold 2 additional regular services that were ‘recommended’. Sure i thought. I’m here might as well get them done.
The day is over and I am sitting in my car now and the primary issue with the car is still not fixed. The car still shakes. The technician has acknowledged in their report that the issue exists and claims the necessary parts have been replaced but clearly the car was not test driven after it was worked on.
I will be calling them back for an appointment tomorrow again. Sigh.
They did write that they did a ‘complementary car wash’ and yes i did see water dripping from the car with condensation inside the windows with the car parked out front but it wasn’t cleaned properly.
This was my first time getting my car serviced here and John T mentioned that he would call me before they did anything. Not only did i not get a call, they did the standard ‘recommended’ services where they made their money and as the shuttle came to pick me after 5pm, all the service staff was gone so i really had no one to speak with about what was done and now as i wrote earlier, i am expected to call their service manager tomorrow to discuss or to book an appointment.
Sigh. Disappointing. Not sure if i made a mistake buying the brand or coming to this dealership.
Milton Volkswagen is the top of my list for dealerships. The dealership itself is massive, bright, clean and just beautiful with a good stock of inventory. Very welcoming atmosphere and everyone working here is exceptionally professionally, dressed sharp, well groomed and very friendly.
I want to thank three specific individuals at this dealership; Arvand our Sales Consultant, Joe our Financial Services Manager and Nader our Sales Manager whom were all very professional, warm and welcoming. I was really impressed with the clear communication about vehicles while shopping, clear explanation regarding pricing, and warranty plans. Best warranty plan that has been presented to me and my husband and totally reasonable price for peace of mind.
No cheesy sales tactics just straight professionalism with stellar client service. All 3 gentlemen listened to our wants and needs and of course we closed the deal and ended up buying our vehicle with Milton Volkswagen. Also, thank you to Taylor for showing us our vehicle features and helping us on our way out the dealership.

I went there on Friday last week to have it checked for engine lights and tire pressure. He managed to get the tire pressure issue resolved and gave me sort of a preliminary diagnostic on the engine issue. He then booked me an appointment for today, which went super smoothly as well. He took the time to explain so many things to me about this car and even answered the questions I felt silly to ask. I learned a lot! He was super polite and helpful throughout this whole thing, took careful notes of my experience with the issues the car had and I can't thank him enough. Seriously, Matt you were awesome!
I'll also add that the lady who wanted to help me settle in before Matt took over (sorry I didn't get a chance to get your name!) was also really nice and polite when I walked in. Thank you so much for trying to help, really appreciate it.
Lastly, if you could forward a thank you to the mechanics who worked on the car as well, that would be great. I only got to see 2 of them when I walked in and I don't know how many of them it takes to work on any vehicle, but all issues were taken care of well with complimentary car cleanup and for that I thank them.

Shawn was great to deal with from initial contact to pickup of the new Atlas. He helped setup the vehicle while I was out of town and coordinated pickup with my girlfriend. Would 100% recommend dealing with him.
The other night, I spotted the Milton Volkswagen Christmas vehicle driving around downtown Toronto, stopping at each homeless person on the street to hand out meals. I may not be able to comment on the service at the dealership, but I had to recognize them for this. Really heartwarming to see businesses giving back!
Previously, I posted a very good review for VW Milton. However, they tend to stop answering to you after they get their good review. I asked them about a recent grad promotion that they offered on the website and about the reason of not mentioning that to me! I even cc d the finance service manager and the sales manager. None of the 3 people responded. I really don't mind the promotion but at least they can be responsive to their costumers.
Bought my first Volkswagen Atlas from here. Shawn Atwal was really good, he explained me about the features and after mentioning to him about my requirements, recommended me the perfect Atlas model. All the paper work was smooth and everything worked out really fine. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for good deals and services regarding Volkswagen.

He was professional the whole time, never pushing for a sale, just happy to show what the golf can do and when it came down to negotiating, he went the extra mile (km).
The service team is great to deal with as well. Linda and Matt, came through for me when I had a minor issue. All in all, I love my golf. Finally a professional dealership that cares about their customers.

Being local and in Milton was a big factor for me to purchase my next vehicle at Milton Volkswagen. I appreciated the attentiveness and continuous follow ups from the sales rep. What I was disappointed in is the confusion surrounding multiple promotions during the month which I felt mislead. I do take responsibility it not asking enough questions however also felt the transparency wasn't there. My recommendation is be sure to ask A LOT of questions and be extremely direct when dealing with sales

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of this dealership. I desperately needed to get my brakes done and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment the very next day and got my brakes done quickly for me. The service manager was friendly and very welcoming and she even came out to greet me personally and thanked me for my business. They even washed my very dirty salty car for me which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this dealership and I plan to continue to service my vehicle here as I really enjoyed atmosphere and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
11 out of 5 stars - Tyler H (sales) and Viktor K (Manager) took care of us. They turned it up to eleven. They got us the RIGHT price. They overcame every obstacle (and there were plenty). They WANTED our business. They were busy every time we went in, they certainly didn't NEED our business. And I love it! It was the perfect vehicle with all the right options, nothing more, nothing less. They were both professional and fun. Two words you don't often put in the same sentence when making a large purchase. I will forever recommend this dealership to friends and family!!
It's always a pleasure to do service here. The drive through service bay is amazingly convenient, especially when it's cold. My advisor Jesse greated me at my door before I even got out of my car.
