We were here to buy a car today. Due to poor customer handling of their manager we changed our mind of buying a Jetta from them. Customer psychology is always to get some price benefit, similarly it was for us considering if we manage to reduce a few bucks then okay otherwise we will buy as per the deal they are giving. Fellow was very rude and Poor customer handling lead us to change our mind. They should understand that they are not selling monopolized product.

Really happy with my experience with both Jil and Liz. It was a big decision to make and they made the process smooth and easy to deal with. They even accommodated my super tight deadline to pick up the car which I really appreciated.
My interaction started with an email regarding a car I was interested in and resulted in a positive and profession call from Jil. She always followed up our conversations with email confirmation. I was at complete ease with her when we met to test drive the car. No pressure, no sales pitch...just a simple question..."are you interested in the car?". Little did she know she had me at hello :-)
I would also like to commend Liz on her honesty in reviewing the various "packages' they offer for long term car of the vehicle. Once again no pressure just an honest recommendation.

Aaron, Liz and Kate provided a positive car buying [with trade-in] experience. As a product specialist, Aaron was well versed about the vehicle itself and effectively played the role of 'facilitator', navigating me through various car buying options and next steps. He is an atypical car salesman, not at all pushy and setting clear expectations. Liz was super knowledgeable about the financials and the ancillary options in a matter-of-fact/non-pushy way. Kate, the GM, reached out early on to ensure that I was being looked after by Aaron. Her email to me early in the process read "we're committed to ensuring that your vehicle purchase is enjoyable and straightforward" and that's exactly what Crosby Volkswagen delivered. There are a dozen other Volkswagen dealerships closer to my home, many of which I have experience with - it was worth the drive to Kitchener.
I have the worst experience with them i went to them because i got a recall for my vw and there was a light bulb that need to be replaced they were not able to replace the bulb and still charged me $50. So I played them for a visit they just know how to get money form there customer I won’t be going to them ever again if you guy want to go please go on your own risk. Just putting this out

I don't believe I should put a star rating for them at all.
I worked there for 4 months. GM made me feel like my job was secured once the technician quit. My job position was created to babysit the CPO technician because they couldn't keep track of where he was from time-to-time. Due to either lack of applications or no suitable applicants, they were unable to find someone to fill the technicians position which is where all of the problems started.
When I started working there was no one in my actual position to train me. I was informed by other employees though that, the reason they didn't work there anymore was because of the pressure the managers put on them and therefore caused them to quit before they hired a new employee for that spot. I did not receive adequate training, I had to ask for help a lot because they did not spend more than one to two days training me. When I actually requested more training, sometimes it would take weeks for them to reply to my emails.
The Thursday before they terminated my position we started the process of getting me approved for a car loan because my current car is/was falling apart and I ran into an issue where I desperately needed assistance. They said they care about their employees and persisted on helping me secure a loan. A day later or the following Monday they informed me that I have been approved for said loan. I was WAY beyond excited to build better credit and finally get myself on track.
On the Tuesday other employees were telling me that the car I was purchasing is being taken into the shop to be worked on to get CPO certified and soon to be in my hands. That same day, when my shift ended, they terminated my employment without cause. Leaving me with worse credit than when I started with due to a HARD credit check, a car that was unsafe to drive and they were informed the condition, and depressive spirits. I was left feeling used, unmotivated, and hopeless.
Had I known they were getting rid of my position, I would have NEVER taken their offer of "help".
Had an issue with my vehicle and was working in the Kitchener area that day. Drove into the dealership without an appointment and the Service Department was able to bring my vehicle in and fix the issue that I caused without an issues as well as very quickly. They found some outstanding campaigns on my car as it was not done before i bought the vehicle over a month ago from a Mazda dealership. Amazing Staff very friendly and was able to drop me off at my Kitchener office just down the road. If i lived in the area as well as worked out of the Kitchener office more I would be having Crosby Volkswagen perform all my maintenance services as I have worked in the Automotive Industry in the past and felt that they are really striving to be number one as well as making the customer feel they are important at the moment they walk in the door. Thanks again!

I went in, having fully vetted, priced, optioned and researched the Golf R, and, to my pleasant surprise, Jarrett was able to complement my research by answering every single question before, during and after test driving both an R and a GTI. I was continually impressed by his product knowledge, and, his customer service was superb. The stress and angst of dealing with a new car purchase was non-existent and I commend Jarrett for his charismatic and everlasting professionalism. On the day I picked up my car, everything went perfect, and, Jarrett shared in the excitement of picking up my dream car which I have wanted since I first saw the 2004 Mk4 R32.
I was recently at Crosby Audi/VW getting my fathers A6 serviced, and I decided to take a 2012 GTI for a test drive. I ended up purchasing the vehicle a few days later, and I have to say I was blown away at the great service, professionalism, and overall experience at this dealership. I am very happy with the service I received from Andrew, from whom I bought a Jetta a few days ago. Friendly and thoughtful, even when I had trouble with the iPod connectivity feature (which shouldn't have been complicated in the first place, but their proprietary outlet defies the good sense of a simple USB input, thereby making this an exception to Volkswagen's overwhelming practicality and user-friendliness), he was very patient. I also appreciated the relaxed atmosphere at the dealership.
