My wife and I recently purchased vehicles from Brantford Volkswagen. Prior to this we had visited other dealerships and the level of service was great but not to the extent of what we received at Brantford Volkswagen.
Amber was our sales agent and she is the epitome of what I characterize as someone who puts customer service at the forefront of the sales process. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took the time necessary to inform us of everything we should know about the vehicle we were interested in. In fact, we ended up purchasing two vehicles. One new and the other used. The used vehicle was spotless in and out. Certainly a reflection of the pride they take in their business.
Even the way they have the sales floor furnished made us feel very comfortable.
Additionally, when it came time to negotiate the prices of the vehicles we were purchasing Amber was back with an answer from management within minutes. In the past, with other dealerships we had to wait lengthy periods of time to get an answer on the price from management. I think this sales tactic is outdated and I appreciate that we did not have to sit through a long drawn out process.
In closing, I would not even be writing this were it not for an exceptional experience in our vehicle purchases. Well done Brantford Volkswagen. You are doing it right. Keep up the good work!
Avoid this dealership at all costs
Purchashed a 2017 Jetta under the certified pre owned warranty from VW Brantford
They claimed this car was accident free which was a lie
In addition to the damage on the front end of the car
There were several other issues I noticed within the first day of owning the vehicle
I immediately contacted the dealership to express my displeasure and was referred to their manager Lorne Little
Lorne told me to bring the car back and he would personally redo the 112 point inspection and would fix any existing problems
However when I brought the car back he was extremely ignorant and refused to inspect the car and address my concerns
He even went as far to say that he would not be honoring the dealership credit that I was previously given due to the fact that the car was poorly detailed and oil change was not completed
That's right they did not change the oil prior to selling me the car
After taking my Jetta to Volkswagen Waterloo and paying for their mechanics to inspect the car my concerns were confirmed
Not only does the repairs to the front end of my car not meet Volkswagen standards
I also need my alignment fixed as well as have my oil changed among other things
Despite this being a CPO vehicle and having bumper to bumper warranty it appears I will be absorbing these costs
As the crooks at Volkswagen Brantford refuse to accept any responsibility for selling me this car in it's current state
While I hope for some type of resolution with head office I am fully prepared to take VW Brantford to court should I need to be reimbursed for repairs
If you are in the market for a VW take your business to Waterloo their service people are extremely honest

Great friendly people! I will only have these guys work on my VW. I know it will get done right. My critique (not for getting 5 stars), every time I drop my car I get a loaner. They know I'll be there promptly at 4, but I still have to wait 30 minutes for them to arrange the loaner. Wish they could plan this out better.

I was on the hunt for a new Vehicle. I wanted a full size SUV and exploring options: Toyota Four Runner, Acura MDX and the VW Atlas.
I am located in Kitchener and went to the closest dealership down the street from me - Crosby Volkswagen. I wanted to quickly test drive the vehicles so I could decide which I preferred and the Atlas exceeded all expectations. I went to Crosby to test drive and was greeted by a sales guy Aaron who later came on very strong, excessively texting, emailing and calling me to try and secure the sale. They had a lot of "mandatory" fees they put on each deal which I later learned was hidden fees. I took to Google Reviews to find the reviews from the other VW dealerships that were local and Brantford had the BEST and HIGHEST review. I called the dealership and was connected immediately with Lorne Little. How often do you call a dealership and immediately get connected with the store owner? Never right? That's why it's worth the extra drive to Brantford to connect with this amazing family-owned dealership. I explained my situation to Lorne with Crosby Volkswagen and they immediately set me up with a phenomenal sales guy - JB Boniface. Who even stayed late along with Lorne to and Angela Wringley to assist me with my purchase. Not once did I ever feel RUSHED, PRESSURED, or FORCED into a vehicle purchase. I have previously purchased through BMW, Ford, Chevrolet and recently Toyota and my experience with VW in Brantford far exceeded all of the previous experiences. This was thee most STRESS-FREE experience I have EVER had with a vehicle purchase. Angela in finance worked hard to get me an excellent rate, JB was an absolute legend finding out exactly what I wanted and needed in my vehicle and explaining all the details of each vehicle to ensure I picked the vehicle perfect for me, Lorne was amazing ensuring I was happy every step along the way, offering an excellent trade in my vehicle, matching the other deal Crosby Volkswagen had offered as well as ensuring I got my vehicle exactly for when I wanted it and I was happy. I could spend hours writing about how impressed I was by the service I experienced at Brantford Volkswagen. They have my business for life and I will drive the 45 mins for all services just to deal with them. I have never been happier with the level of customer service I have received here. Working in an industry that is completely driven by excellent customer service, I know how important it is to exceed all client expectations and this dealership blew mine out of the water.
The extra features I wanted on my car was also cheaper than Crosby which I had also read a lot of while researching client reviews.
This is an amazing team that makes you feel part of the family and ensures you get everything you want.
I cannot wait for my next purchase with them and I will continue to refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

I would like to thank JB (Sales Rep) as well as Angela (Financial Services Manager) of Brantford VW for being such great people and helping me and my family with our latest purchase of "Mamba". (2014 Golf Wolsfburg edition TDI Wagon with 41K.)
From our first meeting right through to the finalization of our purchase these two were wonderful to deal with and extremely patient. This was by no means a huge "sale" on their end but I never once felt as though they treated me any differently from someone who may spend 60K for their new vehicle.
I felt like they looked after all my questions quickly as well as thoroughly and made our biggest vehicle purchase a simple and smooth transaction.
I can be a little too detailed oriented at times (work in progress ...lol) but we were able to purchase Mamba with confidence due to the professionalism of these two individuals.
I am sure there are other great employees who work at this dealership as everyone seemed very pleasant on each of our visits. This is why I will be trusting them with maintaining our new family member of which we anticipate having for a very long time.

I scheduled a test drive online, came in for my appointment, sat and discussed financing for a car, and was then told the car was available at the dealership, but that I wasn't allowed to test drive the car. Don't go to this dealership if you're under 20 or they will treat you like a peasant.
Great parts department. Ordered a connector and all the wiring to splice in and these guys did all the assembly for us! Always very accurate with parts and such pleasant guys to deal with. Keep it up guys!
Where to start? From beginning to end this was one of my best car buying experiences. I have a very busy toddler and right away Amber had him colouring and playing with cars so we could chat. I was a huge Honda fan until I had to write off my Civic due to street flooding...out looking for a replacement vehicle I originally had a CRV in mind ... BUT JB at Brantford Wolkswagen changed my mind! Showing me the 2019 Tiguan! Fell in love with it immediately! Though I had to give Honda a chance to change my mind...Heres the difference...JB treated me like a person...not a potential sale! He even let me test drive twice! The entire VW team made me feel like a new family member!...So I'm converted! My husband and I decided to purchase our first ever new car. We already knew we wanted an atlas but weren't 100% on all the options we wanted. Kristen was wonderful in helping us decided and go through the different trim levels so we knew all the differences and the different prices. Upon delivery she spent ample time with us ensuring that we knew the different functions and buttons on our vehicle and has also checked in with us a few times to ensure that everything is all good with our new purchase.

Regardless if you have scheduled the first appointment the wait at this dealer is less than satisfactory and most times a simple oil change is in excess of 2.5 hours even if you are waiting and identified the need to be somewhere when booking. When phoning for the oil change it is never communicated what this scheduled additional maintenance is, rather they wait till you arrive........surprise! I have been going there because of a purchase and not once has a preplanned visit went according to plan. Seriously not impressed to the point I would not consider a VW for my next car and I truly enjoy the ride!
Went in for what I thought was going to be a crazy expensive repair. Received a ride back to my office, the repair was done before I was finished work. They picked me back up and it turned out to be a $30 repair. Ended up costing less than a taxi ride would have. Lol, not what I expected but a pleasant surprise and the shuttle SUV was much cleaner than a taxi would have been. 😊

My vehicle would not consistently turn over when I turned the key. Periodically there was only a clicking noise. The first suspect was the starter, which was replaced, however, this did not resolve the issue. We discussed the next steps which will require some intense diagnostics which they agreed to do at no charge since the first attempt did not resolve the solution.

I come from Burlington because of the service. The service team is great, personable individuals. My only issue was i had an hour appointment and it took 2.5 hours. I know things happen but I wasn't ready for that. Good work and good guys though.
Kristen was nothing but accommodating with my super last minute car purchase and made everything super easy despite the tight deadline on when I wanted the car, the fact that I hadn’t seen the car and the dealership hadn’t seen my trade all until the day of purchase. Angela was also super helpful considering I had forgotten some of my paperwork behind for the financial side, but was patient and ready to assist me remember what I had needed to get. Not a single hassle was had in this car purchase and would not hesitate to direct someone else in their direction to get them in the Volkswagen they wanted.

I went to have my winter tires changed to all season tires. They threw in a 30 point check including checking brakes etc for no charge. Then they washed the car. The employees were lovely. All that cost $32. Great deal.

There is something very different with this dealership in Brantford comparing to typical dealership experience. Whenever I've had my vehicle serviced here, I always leave happy. Never have to remind them of my warranty. Some other shops will make you fight for warranty claims after a repair.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. The dealership is very friendly, transparent and works hard for their business. Chris Parnell is a fantastic salesman and really understood my needs and made the experience fun and easy. Prefer not to rant here, but other dealers should take note on the service this dealership offers. I'm usually servicing my vehicles in Kitchener/Waterloo but I will be scheduling my appointments here from now on, even if I drive 50km.
Also they leave good mints in your car after the service. And not those gross proverty mints most restaurants give away, these were 10/10 mints.
