Dealing with Finance was more stressful. A lot of back and forth.
If you want to talk to someone in Finance, schedule an appointment. When someone finally contacted me back (after attending in person, calling, emailing and leaving reviews) the representative was helpful in assisting me with my questions. He was attentive and kind. However, I feel like I wasn’t provided all the answers I wanted. For one, when asking about paying off my vehicle (my main concern), I ended up calling Corporate afterwards and receiving a better solution from them.
Very impressed how polite the sales rep was. And very patient. Called ahead he had ready for me to test drive. He even allowed me to test drive a third one. Very patient. Not pushy at all. Great experience. Thank you

Everything was great. Not my first experience at Bramgate. I traded two vehicles for a nice new Tiguan. Every part of the deal was five star.
Then I went overdraft on my bank account. Turned out I was now paying for three cars. Turned out that VW Finance took three extra car payments out of my account before I had to put a stop payment on my account. It’s now been over three weeks and I still don’t have a refund.
Nobody seems to be accountable.
I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership. My main issue was with the sales associate Shaun D'Souza. He was very unprofessional and did not get back to me on time with anything that I asked him. I had left him numerous missed calls and text messages for updates regarding my car that was ordered but he left me waiting the majority of the time. I would recommend to speak to another sales associate other than him. I strongly recommend to take action and make sure your staff and companies reputation does not decrease because of your sales associates. Buying a car is a big deal that requires much time and effort so that is very appreciated.

Friendly, knowledgable staff. Car interior looked clean and they sanitized the inside of the car after completing my oil change. Large waiting area with seating and a section to work if you have a laptop.
I am changing my review after giving Bramgate Volkswagen another go. I had given this Volkswagen a 1 star after having a bad experience but I gave them one more chance and from now on I will continue to go here. They waiting area is always well maintained, and their staff are amazing!!!! There is this one service rep that I recommend to anyone that has a Volkswagen her name is Brittany Sakoor. She is one of the best service reps that they have. she is honest and always upfront. I will only go there if she is my service rep. Other than that this Volkswagen is amazing!!

From beginning to end David Rodriguez, our sales rep. was very professional, patient and courteous. He took the time to explain all of the vehicle’s features (Jetta 2019). He accommodated us with flexible times to meet given our work schedule. Car is nice, easy to drive. Issues I had was that I kept emailing the sales rep questions and I wouldn’t get a response unless I emailed a manager.
At deliver, my car wasn’t clean properly (there were dirty foot marks on the seat at the back and on the floor), there were still glue marks from the stickers, I asked for a back bumper metal guard and that has yet to be put on even though I emailed the sales rep.
Would I buy from here again... possibly but not with the same sales guy.

Recently, I had gone through ups and downs with Volkswagen to get a part that was on back-order. I spent about 4 months waiting for this part to arrive. However, I couldn't have asked for a better dealership to speak on my behalf and to handle this matter with care. Brittany and Paul from Bramgate Volkswagen dealership were SO HELPFUL throughout this entire process.
Brittany was just wonderful, she was quick to respond to my texts and phone calls. She also made sure my car was looked after every single day and she was sure to keep me updated. Brittany also spoke to Volkswagen on my behalf and Paul the service manager was also very helpful! Brittany and Paul were able to get the part faster from Volkswagen. If it wasn't for Paul and Brittany I would still be playing the waiting game. I love coming to Bramgate because of the great service that is provided.

Had a great experience with both Chris and David at VW Bramgate. They explained the entire leasing process and made it very easy to understand. I was able to pick up our car in a matter of days. After a frustrating problem stemming from proactive communication regarding my vehicle in the body shop, Paul did a great job following up. He did additional tests on a problem no charge. Then Peter the GM followed up. Both were sincere, honest and took responsibility and made me feel important as a customer.
Had my tire warning light come on . Couldn't see anything wrong but because I had a flat tire a month ago I was worried. Bramgate Volkswagen was not where I purchased my car but it was close by, so I pulled into the service bay and they took me right away .
When Ed the service man came out to explain to me that he checked the tire pressure ,reset the warning light and even WASHED my car 💕

Just purchased a car from them today. I will recommend them to everyone I know and anyone looking for a vehicle. Noticed "Dealer of the Year" awards behind reception and I can see why. They gave us such a great price on our trade in there was no reason to haggle price. They also gave us the car with a full tank of gas never had that before. The person to talk to there is Greg. Being a first time buyer, I had a great experience at this dealership. Ibrahim was the guy I heard about the most. Unlike the crooked salesperson most of GTA have, He is the most genuine one. He is Young, Educated and smart thats why he knows how to put customer demand a priority. No hidden charges is what I appreciate. This has got to be one of the most unprofessional car dealerships around. They do not value your time even after a confirmed appointment. This happened to me multiple times already. I typically am ok with a 15-20 min wait. They made me wait more than an hour before someone showed up only to say that it was going to take longer. I think they will bend over backwards to get your business in case of a new car but they have no clue how to maintain an existing relationship. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
60,000K service was completed on my 2011 GTI. I appreciated the assistance of Rui Canto, Service Consultant, in discussing the major service to be performed as well as suggesting I book on line to save 10%. The service was completed within the time quoted and the final bill was less than estimated. Rui, reviewed with me all the work that was performed and answered all my questions. Purchase of a used Volkswagen Golf
My purchase of a used Volkswagen Golf at Bramgate Volkswagen went smoothly and quickly. The ability to search for a car on their website and arrange a test drive through the website/email was appreciated. The salesperson I dealt with (Jiri Kazda) was efficient, knowledgable and friendly. I appreciate that the process was low-pressure - I did not feel coerced or cajoled into buying options that I did not want. I also appreciate that the process to purchase the car was quick - from test drive to picking up the car took only four days.

Had a great experience working with Marco on leasing a new Jetta. I told him I need something cheap as it was temporary and with no haggling and no hassle he gave me a dirt cheap price. His price was 23% cheaper than any one else there and trust me I looked around. On top of a great price it was a pleasure doing business with him and he was great to work with.... no pressure or confusion. A quick shout out to Joanne who suggested a 2 year vs a 3 year lease saving me another grand overall.
