So far, we have purchased 2 vehicles from Belleville VW - 2014 Golf Wagon and 2019 Golf. Both experiences were pleasant and the sales person in both cases was excellent and made the purchases very enjoyable. We take these two and our 2007 Bora in for servicing regularly and Greg, Mark and the mechanics are exceptional.
My experience with VW Belleville was excellent. They offered me a fair price for the 2016 Golf I wanted right off the bat, and really went above and beyond to get me the car in time to take advantage of a factory incentive that sweetened the deal a bit. I was also impressed that when it came time to sit down to discuss extended warranties, etc. the conversation was very friendly and informative. Zero pressure to sign up for anything (I'd been expecting quite the opposite!). Can't recommend the folks at VW Belleville more highly.

First off the Belleville location is the place to go if you have a VW. I tried to deal with the Kingston location and they wanted charge me a considerable amount more for the same job. I live much closer to the Kingston location but definitely will make the drive to Belleville.
It started out I needed a cam put in my Jetta so I drove my truck for the winter and waited until I had a chance to tow it to the dealership on a friday afternoon. I thought since they had the engine apart I would do some preventative maintenance and have the timing belt and water pump done as well. While I was strapping my car on the trailer, the top fell out of a tree in my yard and fell on the hood of my truck. I had previously told the service advisor that I was in no hurry to get my car back because I could drive my truck. I delivered the car behind my wife's suburban around 4pm and when I walked into service, the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. They told me my car would be done Wednesday because I wasn't in a hurry for it. I proceeded to tell them about what happened to my truck before I left my house. They told me they would see what they could do for me and try to have it done sooner. I told them it was ok and I would get something figured out until my car was done. I received a call on the following Monday at 1:25 from service and right away I figured they found more issues. I answered the phone to hear that my car was done and ready to go because they heard what had happened to my truck and juggled some things around.
If you need any work done to your VW, rest assured it's worth the drive to Belleville to deal with all of these great people.
Trudy, Vic and Elizabeth are amazing. They went out of their way to find a Volkswagen for our family. Twice. They made buying a vehicle a pleasure. Go see them, you won't be disappointed.
I recently came to this location after hearing good reviews from a friend and having bad experiences at the Kingston location. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an appointment for an oil change and was informed there had been problems with the ignition lock and the warranty had been extended, which was fixed free of charge. My car was ready within an hour and I was not charged for anything unexpectedly. I will definitely be making the drive to Belleville from now on!

Brad at parts at the Kingston VW parts department is a good guy though. That being said, one good employee does not earn my buisness. I've had 4 service visits to Belleville VW and the first thing I noticed is they were making sure I felt welcomed to their business and most of all NO sales person accosted me in the service department to try and sell me a car. I also like the fact that I got to speak briefly about the work being performed on my car to my mechanic. The 45 minute drive is worth is to me. If you've been burned by a dealership in the past, give Belleville Volkswagen at try. It will be refreshing, trust me.

A few months ago I contacted Elizabeth, the sales manager on the vehicle I ended up purchasing, and she went above and beyond to be transparent and informative on this vehicle as possible, due to the closure of the dealership from Covid, and also as I was coming from Hamilton which is 2.5 hours away, a test drive would not be easy to do. A few days ago I contacted her once again and I went ahead to purchase my awesome 2017 VW Jetta Wolfsburg and I have to say I was blown away by the whole experience. Without even giving it a test drive, without seeing it physically in person, Elizabeth made it super easy and comfortable for me to make this purchase. Thanks to modern technology of FaceTime I was able to feel as though I was there seeing the vehicle with my own eyes, and to still have that feeling of an in person interaction. Everything was as she said it was and more. And the attention of safety and sanitation during this difficult time, I felt safe as I finally met Elizabeth to sign the paper work. Needless to say, on the drive back home I had a huge smile on my face. Thanks Belleville VW team for all your work during this time! Highly recommend!!!

I live in Kingston and I took my 2015 Tiguan to Kingston Volkswagen to have a diagnostic done. Was told the intake manifold needed to be replaced. They estimated $999 for parts and labour. Called Belleville Volkswagen and spoke with Greg. Sent him Kingston VW's diagnostic and he said he could do the job for nearly half the price. When I told Charlene at Kingston VW that I was going to have Belleville do the work, she insisted that Belleville was purposely misquoting me, just to get my foot in the door, and that the cost would inevitably end up being more.
Just got a call from Greg. The Tiguan is fixed and the total cost came to less than he estimated.
Bottom line: If you live in Kingston, it is worth making the trip to Belleville Volkswagen.

I need to add to this because I read the 1 star review about how the mechanic drove. The review is 1 star because the reviewer thinks he ran a red light? Seriously dude? Did you bring this up with someone at the dealership or just rant online?? The people there care about satisfaction and work hard to resolve any issues if there are any. At least, that's how I feel I'm treated.

There technician took my car for test drive for service and I decided to go with him. Suddenly I noticed he drove through red light on north front street taking left to college st east. (It was a green light to go straight but red light for left) I ask him are you sure you are allowed to drive through red light. His answer was saying there was no sign saying no left turn but I told him dude, red light is the sign.
5 stars! On time and efficient. Good people, don't leave you hanging like Kingston Volkswagen/Audi!.. sad to say that but I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that!

All I can say if you want a quality vehicle at a good price with service department that is willing to support you without gauging...this is the place.

I'd been on the road travelling from Kingston to Toronto when my oil change light came on, I called Belleville Volkswagen same day and they were able to fit me in. Once there I was informed of a few minor recall Issues that they wanted to address and asked if I had the time to wait for these to be done. They offered a free shuttle to take me elsewhere while I waited and when my car was completed they called me on my cell and I was promptly picked up.
My car was completed within the promised time frame, there were no surprises, no trumped up charges; in fact the invoice amounted to less than I would have paid for the same work had it been done at my own dealership. ***Bonus**** they even washed my car at no additional charge!
I have never written a review in my life, made a point today after receiving outstanding service at this Belleville Volkswagen Dealership. ****Highly recommend***
