My salesman, Curtis, is an extremely kind, honest, and genuine person who was able to get me an amazing deal with my trade in. Dealt with Curtis on a 2018 Chevy Silverado. He was great! Stayed late on Boxing Day to accommodate me. Very knowledgeable considering the truck isn’t a brand he normally sells. Give them one star because they got me into the repair shop quickly. As for everything else they called me and told me what had happened to my car gave me a quote and I told them to go ahead. Later they then called to tell me it would be ready in about 45 min they were going to clean and vacuum the car and get it ready for pick up. When I got there it hadn’t been cleaned nor vacuumed it looked the exact same inside. They also billed me 100 more then I was told quoted and refused to change the price. The extra 100 was for miscellaneous and they couldn’t even tell me what that meant ..???
I came into this location at the end of a very busy, stressful and tiring day. I had been up since 445am that morning due to an early morning appointment in Surrey and had visited 5-6 dealerships before ending up here. I had briefly spoken to one of the Car sales members on the phone and agreed to meet with him at 4pm that same day. Upon arrival at this dealership I was met with a genuine smile, presence and overall A+ customer service. Seeing as I had been to 5 dealerships before this one and received very poor customer service, arriving here was literally night and day in comparison. Curtis never put any pressure on me into making a decision quickly, instead he was quite the opposite. He helped me figure out what it was I wanted and how we could make my budget work for just that. Needless to say because of the customer service I received from him as well as his sales manager, I said yes to my now brand new Volkswagen 2020 Gulf. I would absolutely recommend visiting this dealership, I was treated wonderfully by both Curtis and Melissa. Thank you for the help and making me feel valued / important ! That ultimately made the difference in me saying yes rather than no. I will be a returning customer, no questions asked. Very impressed.
Had a very good experience while purchasing my new Atlas. Yas was amazing. She really took care of me. It was nice that she took the time to figure out both what I wanted and what I needed. I did not purchase a car here, nor have I been here more than one time. But this one time I am here to charge my VW golf the staff has been amazing! They moved cars for me and were very helpful to get me charged up and back on the road

The sales staff was unhelpful and standoffish when I tried to buy my new GTI. So bad in fact, i drove an hour and a half to Richmond and bought the car at Cowell VW instead.
5 weeks after purchase, I took my brand new GTI in for a rattle in the drivers door panel and another in the back seat, when the seats were latched upright. The car was returned to me with the rear seats folded flat(they don't rattle in that position), and obvious screwdriver damage around the window switches on the very panel they worked on. I called them immediately, and was told flat out "your car had pre existing damage" . Their "proof" of this was a pic taken by the tech "before he worked on it". Laughable. Service refused to do anything, and stood behind their tech. I was told the service manager, Mike Parker would call me the next day.
1 day later, I had to call him, because he failed to call me first. Mike Parker was immediately defensive, and discounted anything I had to say. I've never been so disappointed by a reaction. I was forced to contact VW Canada and file a claim. Sadly, VW Canada said "Our technicians are highly skilled, and we must stand behind them". They denied my damage claim.
For the record, my car is 6 weeks old, and just cracked 3000km. I am the only driver, I am meticulous and its absurd to say it had pre existing damage. The part their hack mechanic ruined has a retail cost of $93. Hardly worth the negative feedback, but that speaks volumes to the types of people managing this store.
My family has had VWs since 1984. I currently own 4 of them myself. I've never been so let down by a company who's flag I fly, and I've never encountered a dealer with such a lack or integrity. Incredibly disappointing.
Great service all around, especially parts and service.
There was a problem with my car that has been an issue for sometime. Without reservation Mike Parker and Andrew Koreman were able to solve the problem quickly, and most importantly fairly. Honestly, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to me because of the excellent approach to business I have experienced at Chilliwack Volkswagen since I walked in the door and purchased my car. I can say without reservation Chilliwack Volkswagen will continue to have my business and brand loyalty in a big part because if Andrew and Mike!

Incredible Customer Service. Kianna was who I worked with in buying my 2019 Golf GTI and she wasn’t pushy whatsoever. Shes super friendly and helped me decide the exact car to fit my budget and interests and had a solution to any problems I had. The entire sales team was helpful and nice and I had zero issues. Boy has this place come a long way. The new management/ownership has brought this dealership up to the highest standards anyone could ever ask for. I was so impressed with the dealership, and my sales guy, Curtis, that I bought a car (over the phone) from my home in West Vancouver. Curtis drove the car to me, stayed with me to make sure I wouldn't have any issues insuring it and made me feel like my business was appreciated. I've always bought BMWs (this VW was for my son) but Curtis was more impressive than any BMW salesperson I have ever worked with.
I went in to service my Jetta and It turned out a need a bit more work than I had originally hoped. Jolene behind the counter took the time to explain the parts I was buying and why they needed to fixed or replaced. Andrew explained to me the process and why it was going to take a few hours to do. I was picked up by a friend and they finished the work faster than I had anticipated, so they drove my car to my home to me! Fantastic service at Chilliwack VW, they were completely open with me and helped me understand what was going on with my car! Highly recommend them for servicing!

Purchased a Volkswagen beetle 2 days ago and got a door scratch from someone. The dealer ship I purchased from said it was unfixable but the guys at Volkswagen cut polished it and it looks amazing!! Super happy with my experience and was given knowledge in maintaining my new beetle.

Sold me a cpo car with dead reverse lights, dead 12v sockets, dead rear dome light. Makes me very concerned that this 112 point CPO inspection may have missed other things..
Numbers on the sales agreement aren't the same numbers that were negotiated. Love the car, but I feel like I was fleeced.

If I could give zero stars I would. The buying experience was mediocre at best. The sales person made me feel less than awesome about not being able to afford a bigger payment. The only reason I purchased through them is that I fell in love with the car. There was zero follow up after purchase to see if I was happy with the car and the only time they contact me is for service. I even got a call once to see if I wanted to upgrade my car and when I said no the caller said to me “I don’t know why anyone would pass up this deal, it’s not a smart decision”.
When I finally replied to an email and told them I didn’t want to hear from them anymore because of the awful service I received, their reply was simply “after this email confirming you have been removed from the email list you will not hear from us again.”
Great! It’s what I want so personally I am happy however as a business it’s terrible, they should have tried to get to the bottom of it.
This place left me feeling like I was nothing but an inconvenience. I would not recommend to anyone!

We purchased a car here last year at the recommendation of our friend Brent Dykstra there who always takes great care of our vehicles. Friendly staff, professional setup, no pushy salespeople and just an all around good experience. They even threw in a propane fire pit into the deal for us!

Very helpful when they're trying to take your money. We put $3,000 down on a car and ended up not being approved for finance. Was told we would receive our deposit back in full, however 3 weeks later we are still waiting for our check. Have called multiple times, no body getting back to us. Disgraceful behaviour. Absolute scheisters, avoid at all costs.
On saturday my dad and I went in to test drive two different Tacoma's. Our salesman Chris McColm was very knowledgeable and courteous. It was my first time dealing with a dealership and my experience was excellent. I didnt feel pressured or rushed. I've had nothing but great experiences with Chilliwack VW. Downsized my truck to a Tiguan with no hassle. Put on a roof rack and rack box for a lower price than competitors and free install. Winter tires and rims were perfect and their storage is the best price in the valley. I will keep doing business with them as they don't sugar coat things, they work for the best prices and all employees seem to actually listen and are genuinely interested in what I have to say. The sales team, maintenance team and manager are all super easy to work with, just like anything in life, "know what you want and speak your mind".
I love the team and atmosphere of this dealership. From the finance managers, general sales manager all the way to the sales staff, they definitely do a great job!! I'm so happy with my experience! Amazing job team.

Did not have a good experience here at all! Of all the dealerships we visited, while searching for my new car, this place was the worst by far. Sales Manager was only interested in talking to my husband (after we clearly stated that the car was for me), and belittled me when I asked a question. Sent us out to look at a car on the lot with a rep, but he just recited an over-rehearsed script on safety features and then proceeded to bounce on one of the doors to "demonstrate it's sturdiness". Couldn't leave quick enough after that!
Brought my car in for a repair and during my courtesy wash my car was scratched. Evan offered to have the detailer polish it out. Good environment and nice people. Thanks again.

When I told him I just wanted to know the price, he put me on hold to talk to his manager. His manager told me that he could give me a great deal (a bit above market value). I went for a test drive with Dylan (who was nice and knowledgeable). After the drive, we talked numbers and their scum of a manager took over. He wrote down on the paper a figure (about the price the vehicle sold for new 5 years ago) then told me about how great of a deal he can get me. He came back with a bi-weekly rate with no interest rate or term. I asked about their big "push, pull, drag" event for $3000 and he said that the number he quoted me was based on no trade-in (so basically they would quote me a higher selling price if I were to trade something in). This manager guy clearly is trying to compensate for something and tried to take us as idiots. Total scum dealership. Stay away.

When I walked into Chilliwack VW I was greeted by staff (Jesse) within less than 30 seconds. Instantly you feel welcomed and cared for. Jesse from sales took great time to show me everything I needed to know about the Toureg I was looking at and showed genuine interest in my needs as a customer. Between the first test drive and the finals of the sale Jesse must have spend over 8 hours with me, just unbelievable service. Even from Service even took time took look at some the issues with my wife’s car. We have now owned 5 VW vehicles between my wife and I and the service we received by Jesse at Chilliwack VW was by far the best. My only piece of feedback was the sales pressure was a bit aggressive for my personality type by the sales manger but I work in sales as well and I understand how things work. Bill and August from finance made things painless. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend shopping at Chilliwack VW for your next car.

Bad luck turned good
Well our experience started when our 2001 windstar decided to have engine issues only after owning it 5 months. It had major issues out of town. So on the way back to our town using the highway we saw the ad for push drag or pull your vehicle for a trade in for 3000 this was a Friday night I had to work the next day. While at my work I had my wife call the dealership to find out when there open. They said that they would be open for us after 5 if we were for sure coming. Wife got a ride to my work and we drove from my work to the dealer, barley might add.
By 9 pm that night we had a new car and got a trade on our van that we would have never got any where else. Loved this. Also they took our existing finance and added it to the car that no one else offered. Everyone was nice to talk to we had 2 young kids running around they helped entertain them cant say I had that help at any other dealer.
Jetta purchase
Went in last Wednesday, was able to find a car I enjoyed driving, they were able to bring in the colour of car I wanted, everything clicked, Now driving and enjoying my new vehicle.
VW Chilliwack staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Never felted pressured to get into a deal that would not work for us. Thanks for all your help and we would recommend them to anyone.
Awesome Customer Service
I leased my second Jetta from Nadine who was extremely professional, knowledgable and easy to deal with. I feel very strongly that I will lease another vehicle from her again when the time comes. Keith Scott was also great to deal with!! All in all a trouble-free and pleasant experience for sure!!
