One of our door handle was broken and the mechanical guy said it will cost more than 500CA$ to repair that because they have to change the hole lock system and it needs hours. They never get just one look on our car.
We checked it on our own and needed 20 minutes to change the broken part. Cost 50CA$

After my initial review ste foy toyota contacted me and my wife to fix the problems with my vehicle and the service we received. They did a good cleaning of my car. Like new.
Why just 3 star upgrade.
Car cleaned and they took the time to contact me to fix my issues and they Also gave us a free spring cleaning. All great, But I'm still waiting on my winter tires the one of extras i wanted, for which they said they're "still looking".....

This was my first and the worst experience of going to Toyota St. Foy repair shop. Today I went to this repair shop to repair my car steering wheel. But not only they did not solve the problem with the sound of the steering wheel, they just said that this sound is normal and you may not have noticed it yet. To check the problem, it was said that the technician drove your car for 45 minutes to find the problem and they asked me for $ 70. If my car problem was normal, then why you did not know that this is a normal problem when I first explained it? What was the need for a 45 minutes drive? Also, did you need 45 minutes to drive to hear the sound of a steering wheel? Then, when I went to get my car back, I saw a red paint on the car. When I protested, they said that we checked the cameras and it happened to you before. At my insistence, they agreed to try to clear the paint. This was a dishonest behavior I observed today. My question is thagt, how did you check the cameras for 7 hours in just 3 minutes or less and say that the red paint was already on your car? They easily took $ 70 from me while they drove my car for 45 minutes although i believe it is not true, and the problem was not solved. I do not recommend this repair shop at all.

The customer service at Toyota Ste-Foy is excellent. Mario Pronovost, our product advisor, took the time to show us all of the vehicles that matched our selection criteria. In the end the Hybrid RAV4 was the winner :). He went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right vehicle for our family. He is kind and respectful and served us in english, a big plus for my wife who is still learning french. The rest of the staff was courteous with the exception of the employee in charge of the extended warranty. This interaction made us doubt of our choice momentarily but being long time Toyota customers we still decided to purchase our vehicle. We are very happy that we did :). Thanks Mario
