and bought new bolts elsewhere . Today went to another dealer and found that they also did not return the center caps to the summer wheels
Someone called Pierre is who me and my mom had to deal with. Extremely rude, no sense of customer service and extremely disappointed. We have a good relationship with Mazda next door and they send us here in search of a car for my mom. And thanks to them I don’t plan on returning to either.
This was our first experience at Île Perrot Toyota. We needed to purchase a used vehicle swiftly and thank goodness we met with Brian Trinh. As our sales representative, Brian was very professional with a polite and kind attitude. Most importantly, he knew his product very well and was able to find a vehicle that met our expectations. The service was excellent!

There is lack of coordination between the sale person and their service department. he promised the car will be ready in three days but it was not.What I got was not an apology for driving that long and wasting my time and reserving an insurance; I was only asked if I want my deposit back!

A few days ago I went here to deal a Toyota RAV4 2015, as the car had been used, I decided to take the bumper to bumper warranty for the car with limitation of 60000Km or 3 years.
According to their sale expert the warranty supposed to cost me $1800 which was okay for me, but when I visit their financial expert who was a guy Named Peyman, surprisingly he increased the price of the warranty to $2795 with this stupid reason that Toyata had increased the price🤯🤯. I wish I could visit the management to talk with him about this issue.

Put a deposit for them to look for a car. Ended up going to the dealer downtown which had one in stock so I decided to purchase same day. I had to call toyota ile perrot to ask for a refund of my deposit still not having heard if they found that car. Every-time I called I would get told to please call back the following day. Finally when I got a hold of someone willing to do the refund I was told "well we had your car in stock why would you go to someone else?" Well maybe because they found the car and the deal was done quickly. Nevertheless I was told the refund could be done over the phone, turns out that was false now I need to go in and get it done in person. Story keeps changing.
Buyer beware - they lie, they cheat, and they forge signatures. Free oil change cards they give you? They won't honour. I've had nothing but bad experience the past two leases.

Extremely un professional service i purchase same time 2 new cars with ile perrot Toyota now almost 3 month still every day call them for missing my 4 accessories that i paid already, they make appointment for install 2 accessories i drop my car all day after to days they return my car un finish because they dont piece.How many more month they treat me like this hard I dont know

Hi I brought my daughter to buy her first car I brought her to see Steve Antonopoulos I dealt with him somewhere else ,after 5 minutes with him my daughter told me she would never buy a car from anyone else she didn`t feel any pressure as you would feel by most salesmen she was very comfortable with Steve . That was on a Friday he reserved the car for her over the weekend she changed her mind from used car to new she called Steve he said don`t worry take your time I will help you even if it is not a Toyota,after she hung up she told me she wants a new yaris and only from Steve no other dealers or salesmen he made me feel as a friend not the next customer , he really cares about he people also I want to thank Cathy for finding me the color my daughter was looking for what a great team you have there

We were promised, winter tire removal and install and storage, Oil change the whole shebangs! well, we went to pickup the summer tires to be installed. yes, they installed the summer tire "BUT" I need to pay for the installation and for the storage of the winter tire "because" according to them that there are no lines in the contract saying tire storage, summer-winter tire installation. WOW! and the thing is that the manager even laugh at my face saying you need to ask your salesman! sO she meant was that your salesman LIED! wow! anyways, warning!!! come here if you want to get aggravated.!

Never get called once job is done. This is the 3 time in a row that I have to guess and just show up to the dealer to pick up my car, hoping it’s ready.

Purchased a used vehicle in July . Was given winter tires with the vehicle they weren’t good used and over 10 years old and one of them had a nail in them. Requested a Reimbursement of my new winter tires. After 4 days of trying to get a hold of the person who took the complaint they told me they couldn’t help me as it was a “free be” . I wonder if they would put them on their own vehicle with their child inside. I won’t be purchasing my next vehicle here. On another note the financing department is top notch! Amazing
They give you an appointment, and it still takes 2 %@& hours for an oil change. If I would do it myself, it would take 15 mins.

The staff is friendly and courteous. But everytime i go, there is problem. To list just a few: I purchased an extended guarantee which the person selling to me promised in front of witnesses which capital will be reimbursed to me if no claims is made at the end of the term. At the end of the term, another person told me it is not so. A lie that cost me almost 2000dollars. I ordered a replacement key. When I get there, they told me they ordered the wrong one even though they asked me every question possible before placing the order. I have a hitch installed. They quoted me something and when done, its 3 times the price quoted. Done with them

Had a very good experience lately with Service had a vibration issue with my 2019 Corolla Hatchback had to return a few times because of Parts issues not there fault Toyota"s Fault.
Every time I returned for the issue I was very well treated by Nelson and his Team and Annie they took care of me and the situation always had a loaner so I could get to work and back very very satisfied didnt buy my Veichle there but I was always treated like I did keep up the good work Nelson....
Careful when doing a deposit on a car. Although they can't legally keep it if you change your mind, it's been close to 2 months and still haven't seen my money back eventhough I told them the next day I wasn't going to take it. And make sure to check their prices online before showing up, especially on used car, or you may end up getting a "deal" that costs more then the online price or getting a special deal on free winter tires when in fact Toyota Canada was giving them free anyway.

After 5 visits last summer to fix an air conditioning problem, I should have learned. Then I had a head gasket leak on my vehicle with 133 000 km on it.
1. took 8 days for the repair. 3 days in I was told that they were waiting for O rings. No O-rings on the parts list that I paid for... 2 days later I spoke to my service associate, at 1:30. She was going into the back to find out the status of the work. No call by 3:00, I call back and leave a voicemail. No call that day. Spoke to Nelson the service manager she finally called me the next morning.
2. In speaking to the service manager, i asked what could be done about a head gasket issue with such low mileage. He would write a message to Toyota Canada to see. When I picked the car up, I asked the service associate to please ask Nelson to copy me on the message to toyota. 3 more messages via email to try to get a copy have gone with no answer. I guess it's just a case of telling you what you want to hear and then "too bad" once they get your money.
3.Same day that I picked up the car, I have all the check engine lights come on, in traffic on the mercier bridge! Take it back the next morning, the first explanation is not enough gas in the tank, they will need to add 2 products to my tank. Problem is, my first stop out of the repair show was to fill the tank. gas tank was full!!! Next they claim it was error codes. I would bet the cylinder misfire problem was actually a wire not put on properly, but trying to conceal it.
Too bad, i love my van. Guess I will look at other brands for the next one.
Went there for a check up on my Toyota Corolla, and they lost my keys. They never called me to warn me about the issue, and then told me stories about how they never lost them, getting mixed up with between all their lies. Pretty disappointing service for a checkup that should've been pretty easy to do. The worst part of this story is that they weren't professional, and didn't treat me as if I was a valued customer. As I didn't buy my car there, I can't talk about their sales service, but I definitely would not recommend this place for any maintenance.
My Dad went in to get me a car today as the we’re having a sale when he walked in he was asked if had an appointment and he said no but had a email and was looking for a car when asked how much he wanted to pay he said around 20000$ the person told him he had no cars but only a Toyota Yaris for that price. We have got 2 cars from this dealership and I find there is no loyalty and if you 30k don’t come in.
One should know if you are in sales there is a price you give and a price you will consider and the price you will pay if you don’t know this you are in the wrong field.

Went to Toyota Ile Perot to look at their used cars. Although Kumar Sadie might be an asset to his employer, my impression from a potential customer’s point of view is a fast and slick talker there to make a sale at the best price for his employer (and his own commission?). He seems to live up to a used car salesperson’s reputation. Needless to say, we will take our business elsewhere for a fair deal. No response nor explanation required from the owner, you (should) know who you employ.
I went for a tire change, some maintenance and a car wash for my wife's car on 18th of April. I was there at 7:15 and by the time they gave me a shuttle service it was 8:15. There were two other passengers with me. The driver dropped them both off before me even though I was a 4 minutes drive from the initial location. By the time he dropped the other two it was 9 o’clock. I confronted the driver and he told that he could do whatever trajectory he wanted. Later, the GM called me and I told her about the situation. She replied to me saying that I can't argue with the driver and that he decides his route. I’ve also experienced racist behaviour from the GM. If you are visible minority, my advice is to stay away from this place.

I went in to look at the new corolla hb, the salesman was great, very informative and also refreshingly honest. However, when it came time to evaluate my vehicles value the manager came over and didn’t just try to low ball me, his offer was downright insulting. My impression is that he thought that because I’m young he could take advantage and rip me off. Very disappointed at the lack of honesty and it wouldn’t surprise me if the manager wound up in jail. The man is a criminal. They won’t be getting my business and if you value your money don’t give them yours either!

I was always a Honda gal but I decided to give Toyota Ile Perrot a fair shot. I was pleasantly surprised when I bought their car but their services are awful! I bought their maintenance package but when I went for my first oil change, they said they couldn't give me a courtesy car. I had to leave my car for 48h in order to get the courtesy car. I didn't want to have to take a day off from work.
My Honda dealer are definitely much better! They care about their customers and I always had a great experience with them.
Where are car dealers they have always been very good. Not too pushy and they will offer you their options and if you say no that's the end of it. I find there very fair. It's the fourth car I bought from them
Just picked up my new 2018 Toyota Highlander today.
The shopping experience was positive, from sales rep, to the sales manager, negotiations were not as easy or as advertised on their website, but it's part of the business, so it's not a real downside.
Accounting rep was perfect, communication was open and efficient, settled all required documents before the car pickup by email.
The day to pick the car also went smooth, no issues whatsoever.
Overall I love my purchase and the experience making it was great.
