My husband and I walked in to Woodbridge Toyota to see if we can trade our existing 2007 Rav4 for a new one. We met David Krowitz and he walked us through the whole process. He was very friendly, warm and welcoming. He took time to talk to us about our needs and helped us make a good selection. We bought the 50th Anniversary edition Toyota RAV4. I would definitely go back to Woodbridge Toyota and David for his pleasant and courteous service.

Bought a used car here and was told that I would get 2 keys. I was also told that my plates would be on the car and that the second set of tires would be in the trunk. I came in expecting to pick up a car and leave. But instead, I watched the sales rep attach my own plates to the car followed by a short drive to the shop to pick up the second set of tires. And then followed by a long scramble to find the spare key to the car. The sales rep was very disorganized. After an hour and a half, I could not wait any longer, I told them that I had to go and that I did not have time to wait for this spare key. They ensured that they would get the spare key to me as soon as possible and would deliver it to me when they get it. It has been 3 weeks now and this spare key has yet to be found. I called back and I'm told that this spare key could not be found and that they have to make a new one which would take a minimum of one week. Unbelievable.
I inquired about a vehicle and spoke to Luis - and he was awesome! I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere, but I had some concerns about trading in my unfinished lease as well. Luis was very understanding and helpful. Add this place to one of the dealerships I'd recommend and shop at for staff that cares about their customers!!!

Amazing customer service from Kunal Shah. He is the leasing manager and was very professional with what he does. He was great at explaining all the details between the lease and finance options to me. Even when i didn't understand all the options that I had he explained each bit of it in full detail. We had an amazing deal with getting our car that same day we had a chat with him.

I wrote the review above 4 months ago when I bought the car. When I purchased it, they told me they will call me back to get my spare key which I did not receive at the time of the sale. I came to get the key and the vehicle had 8000km so they told me I need to get a tire rotation. I asked if my tire warranty I purchased would cover the tire rotation and they said no it does not cover the rotation. They also said if I don't do the rotation, and I don't follow the service schedule, then the "oil for life" that was promised is no longer covered as I am not following the maintenance schedule....
Really to me this is a scam as they will ask me to do all the different maintenance services just to pay for the "FREE, OIL FOR LIFE." So in reality the oil change is not really free...
I have to say I am very disappointed and when I said that I will recommend Woodbridge Toyota to my family and friends, I will make sure they know to ask all questions before moving on with the sale. The sales team did a great job, but the service team and warranties let me down.

Tommy was nice and respectful, His information was good. He doesn’t give wrong information if he doesn’t know. Just i ask for try 407, he said you have to pay toll fee for 407 , we need highway driving and he took us to 427 which has traffic and we cannot go more than 80 km/hr. This issue was belonged to dealerships policy and we don’t like.

Mostly customer friendly and they provide very good service for the vehicle purchased here. I got free oil change for the lifetime of my car. I gave 5 stars for the outstanding complimentary shuttle service not just drop off but also pick me from home when service is completed.
I went in to get my first car from them about two weeks ago, and the experience was great. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Rakesh who helped us out with choosing a car and whether or not to lease/finance/buy the car. Everything he told us was backed by logic and numbers, which was certainly different from what I expected (I expected that I would have a difficult experience with someone trying to sell me something I did not want). Everything about the purchase was explained thoroughly to us, and he also included many additional benefits (free oil changes, titan, cargo liner etc.). Overall a very comfortable and easy experience.

I recently faced some issues with the car documentation which probably got unnoticed earlier. The issue has been resolved smoothly and in minimum time. I bought 2014 Camry Hynrid SE from Mr. Mohammed Farooq. It was a great experience, not only he beat all the other dealership for the price but also was professional and curteous.
