Last July 23, 2020, I went there for a service to my vehicle and had a very bad experience with their service advisor named RYAN RAMDHANNY. He 's an unprofessional, f***head, miserable guy. When I go inside their service area I was l parked beside his counter as I saw he was available but because I saw him busy in his computer I decided to stay in my car and waited for him to approach and ask what service I'll be doing to my car. While I was waiting still I saw Tanya Horne, one of the service advisor on the other side, made a sign to me to turn off my car's engine. As I turn it off I heard RYAN saying "I don't know what he's doing here?" So I get out of the car and told him that he never approach me and ask what kind of service I'll have for that day or if I have an appointment. The reason I didn't go out of my car at first is because I waited for him to approach and ask me as their protocol every time I go there for a service and due to Covid-19 physical distancing. But he acted like a miserable service advisor and swearing on me as I talk to him and even bring down his mask and saliva droplets goes to me as he talks and with his gesture like he's looking for a fight as he approach me so I was so pissed off and so angry that day. Thank you to Tanya and their service manager Amin Haji who calmed me down and was able to finish the service of my vehicle safely. For sure I wasn't the only customer who had that experience with that RYAN RAMDHANNY. To you RYAN, I'm not afraid if you want to pick a fight with me toe to toe, anytime you want.

Had my Corolla serviced recently at Pickering Toyota. Thanks so much to my service advisor Judy who was able to get us in the same day as the car was not safe to drive (warped rim). The service needed and the cause were quickly determined and communicated to us and the repairs as well as brakes, oil and filter change and a recall issue were all completed the same day. I had a good experience at Pickering Toyota! Ron was such a pleasure to work with and I would buy a car from him ten times over. He was so friendly and overall wasn't a pushy salesman which was fantastic.
However, Blair was very pushy and came off as condescending. Also, on the listing of the used car I purchased on the website showed that it came with winter tires. However, when I went to pick the car up there were no winter tires. When I went to show the salesman that the listing had winter tires I also noticed the listing price had dropped $2000 AFTER I signed a contract and put a deposit down for the car. Felt like a huge slap in the face. However, I appreciate all the work that the service department put into the car and how accommodating Ron was.
Went to this location a few months ago. Sales rep Kheneil Black was excellent - thorough, knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had told him that we would have to purchase the car in a different city, and were just shopping that day, yet he still paid full attention to us. Ended up buying the same model we test drove here, thanks to him.

Contrary to the positive sale reviews, I had bad experience with parts dept. I walked in to purchase some OEM parts. I was never once greeted by employees at parts despite having already made eye contact with one of them. I guessed this employee was having way more important conversation and decided that I’m not worth his time. I literally stood there looking at the employees chatting without them ever acknowledging my presence nor any attempt asking me if I needed their help for a good long 15 minutes. I will never buy car nor getting my car serviced here though it’s the closest dealership.

Purchased my Rav4 from Nick a year ago. Had a pleasant experience dealing with him. He is a salesman and has to do his job, but he was honest and down to earth. He was very professional, respectful and patient. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease. I only gave it 4 stars because of the pressure from the sales managers to buy all the addons. That is expected from any dealership though. It is part of the process. They were nice and at the end of the day respected our decisions.

I have ordered parts on different occasions here!! There have been times, I have been waiting at the desk and there is nobody at the service counter for at least 10mins!! Even the receptionist didn't take the initiative to acknowledge. For that reason I would give it 3 Star review! I am hoping they can improve that with time!

I was looking into a Toyota Camry online and inquired about it at Pickering Toyota. Met with Tamim Saber and he was awesome! Did not pressure us to buy or try to push products to us. Explained everything in great detail, was patient, and answered all of my questions. Everyone at the dealership looks very friendly, everyone smiles as they walk by you as well.
A satisfactory experience. Approached other dealerships twice or more... even other brands. However, only one stop was required at Pickering Toyota for me to seal the deal. The salesperson, Kheneil, was very professional and very through. He did everything possible to ensure my experience was a pleasant one... as did the other staff whom I encountered. I bought a brand new corolla from this dealership a couple years ago and the purchase experience was good. The service after was also great. Recently, I went to Pickering Toyota to inquire about something wrong with my tire and see if it was covered under the warranty. I just kept on getting sent to different desks until I got to the tire one (should’ve been sent there from the start). This was my first time visiting the dealership since it got renovated so I didn’t know which desk was which. While I was there, the person behind the desk was rude. Rolling his eyes while I was explaining that one of tires, despite my car having less than 35000 km on it in 3 years, blew out while I was driving on the highway. Instead of telling me directly that the manufacturer may cover it, he tries to have a back and forth and I don’t got time for that. If he was nicer I would’ve tolerated it, but I left after the conversion was rude and unproductive. I bought a new car with the highest trim and was treated well. It was my first car purchase and I’m a young guy, so I just wanted to know if anyone could cover it before I bought new tires (which I did anyway). Don’t need to be so rude especially when I come back every 6 months or so to this dealership for service.
The Pickering Toyota staff are wonderful people! All of the service advisers are extremely knowledgeable and I never feel like I am being up sold on unnecessary items. The young girls at the service reception desk are always smiling and happy to help when I have any questions. I will be a lifetime customer!

Earlier this year I decided to pull the pin on a Truck Purchase, for months I looked around at mostly domestics, however not finding anything that spoke my language, I eventually landed at Pickering Toyota where I found a Tacoma TRD Off Road double cab. Toyota has stayed true to the spirit of quality and value for money, when I test drove the Tacoma it was everything I was missing in a domestic truck. This truck has the spirit of adventure with all the off-road goodies and the capability to go along with it. I Love this truck, I always get stopped at the gas station people wanting to check it out. I was a bit sketched out at first because this has never happened to me before. The Sales reps, who I call buddies now put up with all my BS and made sure that in the end I got exactly what I wanted. Even after driving around for a week I decided that I didn't like the cover on the back and wanted to go with something different. They did some shopping around and provided some options from local vendors, and to my amazement they cut me a check for the full cost of the cover plus tax, shook my hand and wished me luck. No restocking fee just service and smiles. My better half loves it and drives it every now and then. If you want a truck with a cult following of adventurers, one that gets looks and attention, is functional in the true spirit of off-road adventure, and maintains its resale value, Toyota still has it after all these years. I am glad to have had my first new truck purchase go so smooth.

Out of all the staff members at this dealer, the driver who runs shuttle services is such a polite man with great customer service skills! He's the only guy I look forward to seeing when I take my car in for oil change. Everybody else at the dealer takes a while before they can crack a smile.
Been servicing here for a few years as I had a friend who worked here and always looked after me. Now he's gone somewhere else.
Brought my car in and service advisor was recommending close to $2500 worth of service, so I started to think about buying a new car.
Went to the sales department and the salesman was very dismissive about what I was looking for in a car. So I sought to speak with the only person I still knew who worked there and told him I was looking for an appraisal and he was "too busy" to even acknowledge me!
I guess they don't need the car sales for their big expensive renovations.
Needless to say I won't be buying or servicing there ever again.
The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because I did actually get good service in the past.
Purchased a pre-owned Camry last year from these guys. The price was reasonable, and the salesman was friendly. After that It was nothing but a bad experience.
When I picked up the car, it was a completely empty tank. LITERALLY, the gas tank light came on before I could make it home.
Only 2 Months later, the car battery died completely. They said because it's a regular maintenance issue, they would not cover the $150 cost of replacing it. I would think it being so soon after the purchase, they would cover such a low cost repair. After all it should have been tested before putting it on the market again. After some pushing, they took the labour off the price (about $30).
There was also a clunky noise coming from the brakes I asked them to check out. They said they didn't find anything. I took it to my mechanic and he found the source of the noise right away while rotating my tires (I didn't even ask him to investigate the noise). Clearly, the dealership didn't even look.
8 Months after purchase, I started to feel heavy shuddering when accelerating at low speeds. Turns out the transmission oil had never been changed in the entire life of this vehicle. It was black sludge.
Again, these cars are only inspected on a bare minimum level at this dealership. Don't expect to get an honest description on the condition of the car.
They are clearly only thinking about saving money at every corner, and not about customer experience, or satisfaction.
I would not buy from this dealer again.
One phone call to Rashed was all we needed to secure a lease for our Prius V. Right from the very beginning, he gave us his best price, which was much lower than prices offered to us from other dealerships. Rashed is by far the most professional and honest person we've encountered at a car dealership. Definitely recommend Toyota Pickering.
I have just leased a new car, it is the seventh over the years....not all from Toyota. And with each new lease I felt like I went a round with Mike Tyson. I did come away with a new car, but was never completely satisfied. Usually I felt pressured, or I had to argue my terms a lot firmer than I would have liked to. However, this time it was painless. I went in sceptical, but Rashid immediately put me at ease. The price he promised was the price I got....with no bantering back and forth. I felt for the first time that I came out "Way on top". My car is wonderful. Rashid is knowledgeable and forthright. He discussed the warranties etc....totally walked through my orientation, and I drove away completely satisfied. And ready to business with them again as I come to the end of my lease. I must have told all my family and friends. Thank you Rashid.
I went couple weeks ago looking for a Toyota Prius to lease and I was really well received and helped by Paul. He was not pushy and very patient when I decided to test drive an Yaris as comparative model. He introduced me to the service team that was very kind. I decided to go for the Prius but since they had only one I didn't the color, they had no issues to bring from another dealer. They offered me a VIP loyalty card that I can get a lot of oil changes. I love the car so far and I recommend their services. No issues and complaints so far.
