We purchased our 2012 Sienna limited from here just in march this year. I noticed the delay sensor for wipers wasn't working. Called got appointment same day , I went in saw Kareem sales car manager and he said not to worry sir this is a safety issue and he doesn't want to endanger me and my family. Within minutes mechanics had water spraying on my van and diagnosed lose sensor connection and bam fixed. Great service afterwards means a lot to me I Already bought two cars this past month and I'll be buying another car for my youngest daughter. Definitely recommend these guys. Keep up good work guys. I was disappointed with sales personnel. The sale person name was Jaqqui Potter. She gave me an appointment at 1.00 PM today. She was on the phone and I have to wait for more than 30 mins. She was using typical sales personnel tactics on me. I was looking for 2014 used car and she showed me 2013 used car. She also refused to give print out of the quote. I complained to General Manager Shah Khan. His response was indifferent. I wasted my time and time with these guys. Please avoid this dealership.

When I purchased my car, there was a $500 rebate from Toyota. I thought that made it to the bill. When I went home I realized that instead there was a $599 charge that was never discussed with me and inserted into the bill. When I returned they said it was income loss protection, nitrogen in the tires, etc. They offered me rust protection instead for $599. My previous experience with an older car was positive and the rust protection provided by the dealer worked well, so I agreed to get that instead. However, turned out that it was not protection at all. It's rust insurance. They don't spray your car; they just fix it when it rusts. I said this is misleading. They said we have an electric rust inhibitor. It also costs $599. It was actually sold for $299 at Canadian Tire at the time. And although originally I had said I would not be interested in rust protection which requires rust through, that is what the electric rust inhibitor protection offers. But of course I didn't realize that until I read the fine print later

I asked if I could get another accessory such as heated seats instead. They retailed for $599. The salesperson said "every car sold out of this dealership must have either income protection or rust protection". And for the record we were originally offered heated seats for $450 but were later told $599. When I reminded the salesperson of the $450 the response was "I think it is $599 installed".
I assume for $450 they were just going to give me the parts so I would install them myself!

I think the worst part is when the salesperson came barking at us for wanting the $599 that she dishonesty snuck into the bill of sale removed saying that her manager is very unhappy because we had already signed.

I know that ownership of the dealership changed after I bought my car. I don't know if they have kept the same sales and finance staff.

It is my opinion that the Service Manager Sham, along with his Staff, especially Michael have been first of all, professional, and very helpful when I have had my Toyota vehicle serviced there.

My wife and I were looking for a new car and stopped by this dealership to check out the models and were not greeted or acknowledged at all. However, we really wanted the new Corolla Hatchback so we went back and gave the dealer a second chance because it is five minutes from our house. We asked for assistance with a Corolla hatchback and were not treated respectfully. We were basically given a hard time for having seen the car at another dealer, and were told that we couldn't get the car that we wanted. We settled for test driving the sedan and when we wanted to get pricing on that as an option we were not taken seriously and not given a straight answer. The rep was petty, unprofessional, talked down to us (especially her), and never gave us a straight answer. We came in as educated buyers ready to spend money knowing what we wanted and were treated poorly. When we asked what the current stock of the hatchback was we were told that the he had to check with his manager (the new vehicle inventory is visible to everyone on the website), but didn't give us any answer after that. Clearly Mitch just couldn't be bothered to help us. We left the dealership with enough time to head 10 minutes up the road to another Toyota dealership where we were greeted warmly. They offered to get the car that we wanted quickly even if they didn't have it in stock. We bought a car that evening. The terrible service at this dealership cost them a sale and all of our service work going forward. It is worth the short drive to the next closest dealer. Very disappointed.

Recently purchased a 2019 Corolla from this dealership and had a wonderful experience. I dealt primarily with John Koo who made the buying process easy and answered all my questions.

I wanted a remote starter installed on my car, and because they didn't have one in stock, John was very attentive in making sure it was ordered in and I wasn't inconvenienced when I brought it to be installed. I got a loaner car while they completed the work and didn't have to take time off work to get it done.

Wanted to extend an additional shout out to Walter Molina (I believe his name was) who was working at the service desk and took time to show me how the remote starter works.

All in all it was a great experience and I can't recommend the dealership or its sales people enough.

I can’t believe the dealership rejected to work out a deal for me. “There is no discount and you have to wait for 2-3 months to get your vehicle even if you’re buying top level car with all packages in” I was being told. A gigantic difference with one of US Toyota dealership I visited - 20 emails for 3 days trying to negotiate the deal. Not some statements “If we match Mazda incentives it will impact your position in queue to get a new car in a negative way” but “call us, we care and we will match your expectations on our premium service” instead. Unfortunately, I could not have bought a car in US. However, I am going to check other Toyota dealerships and see if it is only one so special or it is official Toyota Canada position. If it is latter I am ok to buy my second choice.

If you’re looking to waste your time, then this is your place. They insist on taking you on long test drives after luring you in with “special” customer retention pricing, but really just suck away your time.

The most recent experience, Saturday, April 13, mid afternoon, was to meet with finance manager, arranged the previous day by customer care coordinator, to discuss end of lease options (this could have been discussed over the phone but they insisted that I come in face-to-face). After luring me in, I arrived and finance manager had no clue what I was in for (they checked on their system and appointment was scheduled) and then bounced me to another guy who seemed annoyed to deal with me and was a bit gruff. The experience was a waste of time, lead to no constructive solution and I was lead to feel like a nuisance. Bad energy. The rep seemed gleeful in listing off a bunch of expenses they would throw at me but offered no solution. One of many experiences dealing with this dealership. While close to home I will go out of my way to avoid.

Where do I even start.
Bought a new 2015 Scion FR-S from them in full.

The first issue I had I took the car in for an oil change, they gave me a "complementary car wash" which tore of my license plate. They hid this from me and did not admit to it until I asked at the next service appointment. I had to cover the cost of repair myself.
DO NOT ACCEPT A CAR WASH IT IS NOT TOUCHLESS

Secondly the car I bought from them has had a major CEL issue 5 times within one year, I would not trust a car from them to last past the warranty period.

Thirdly, after taking my car in for a one hour fix, I ended up spending 4+ hours to get my vehicle back unfixed, and SCRATCHED because they decided to drive it around twice to see if it would work properly.

I have had poor experiences across all departments and would warn any potential customer to buy or service their car here at their own risk.

Be especially wary of Ingrid in the financial department. Very unhelpful and poor customer attitude. I would recommend speaking to Maxine if you have business there.

P.S. They will tell you your cabin and intake filter need to be changed when the life is still good, I have seen countless customers fall for this trick at Oakville Toyota.

They kept me informed of what's going on and what I should get changed right away and if there were things that could go on for some more time. Service advisor took his time to explain things that were delayed and answered all questions. Definitely way better service than Scarborough Toyota and Dixie Toyota. WOW what a great experience!! It was wonderful from the start of my car shopping all the way to when I picked up my new Camry.
