We recently bought a 2018 Yaris from Milton Toyota. We were given the royal treatment. All three of the staff who looked after us -- including Kris Lo the sales rep, Bob Taylor the sales manager, and Moiz Imtiaz in financial services -- were friendly, accommodating and very thorough in explaining each step of the process. Kris took a lot of time to go through the car's features with us, offer advice, and insist that we call at any time if we had concerns after purchasing the vehicle. We were most impressed with our treatment at Milton Toyota.
I would like to comment on the service I have received during my last service appointment. For the first time, I have tried the Toyota cleaning package and I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of service I received. Not only was my car made look as good as new (so that my wife said we should be doing this service at least once a year), but also the willingness to customize my request (Manny Sekhon did fantastic job listening what particular aspects of cleaning I was most interested in, AND adjusting the price accordingly). I also added request for oil change at the last minute, and you were able to accommodate it in spite of your busy Saturday schedule.
As always, the Service department quality of service and workmanship has exceeded my expectations.
I was looking replace my aging Yaris and reached out to Milton Toyota via unhaggle. Rocky contacted me, was very helpful and made the purchase process quick and painless. I was very pleased with the pickup process as well, Rocky had everything ready, showed me the car and made sure I was satisfied before proceeding with concluding the transaction. I recently had tire change and brake job done at Milton Toyota. On both occasions we were dealt fairly and professionally. The parts and service center staff was courteous like always. Terry Ross, Michael, Jeff and Jitesh are all very helpful. Whenever I visit Milton Toyota, I know my vehicle is in safe hands.
The entire staff was professional but the finance manager Allwyn Dias is the best, customer focused and very frank and open.. Keep up the good team work.
I was initially impressed when a sales rep called me after visiting the website. After a good conversation the rep said he would call me back with a couple of options and never. did. I called the dealership the following Saturday and spoke to the receptionist. I shared with her my experience but I could not remember the reps name and she said that she would speak to the sales mgr and have someone follow up. No one did. I purchased a new vehicle the following week from a competitive manufacturer. Business must be good or someone did not qualify me very well.
Our overall experience of buying from Rocky and his team has been fantastic. He made entire process very smooth and enjoyable. Steve is usually my service provider. He’s great. Very personable, funny, but professional. He does tell me what needs to be done, gives me options, without being aggressive. The dealership is my go-to and Steve is one of the reasons - pleasure to deal with. This dealership is amazing!!! After visiting others, I had to check out Milton Toyota. Even though this dealership was out of town for me, I'm glad I made my truck choice there. I've had my truck for a few days now. Michael Chan was extremely helpful, no rush and super supportive. He was awesome. They get to know you a little, they ask questions and they put a real effort in your needs. The quality of their vehicles is TOP NOTCH. Their used lot feels more like a NEW lot! I guess that contributes to their knowledge and experienced service centre. Big thumbs up. If you need any vehicle, definitely check this place out.
My wife and I bought a RAV4 a few months ago and had a great experience with Kris. During the sales process, he answered all of our questions and wasn't pushy at all. What stood out to me the most was when we picked it up, he spent so much time showing showing us all the key things we needed to know about the car and even put tabs on the most important parts of the owner's manual in case we had to look anything up. Would definitely ask for Kris if you visit this location.

The tire change service I received at this location was great. The gentlemen at the service entrance and the one who served me at the desk were both cordial and really provided me with great help. The wait time to get my winter tires put on left something to be desired that day but I understand that there were also many other customers that day and I was still able to be served a little over an hour later. Access to WiFi helped pass the time and get other personal matters done as I waited to be notified of the completion of my car service. Keep up the great work, guys 👍

All was good with winter tires install. Just at the end, when all was done and paid, an employee (Rosa) made me get out of the car to check if I had paid, which is understandable. I told her the guy who had taken care of my case was aware of my payment and I also had a picture of my receipt on my phone and I showed it to her. Rosa, instead of going to check on the computer or even take a look on the picture, made me wait until "they ensure the payment had been made as probably I had just paid for the tires" when the receipt said clearly "prepaid for uniroyal tires + install on steel rims". What made feel really uncomfortable was her zero collaborative attitude and her apparent lack of trust on me.

I bought a Toyota avalon for little over 25k thinking that it's a good perches but I was completely mistaken, the car had a brake problem and broken Driver seat how you sale a car with 2 big safety issues and yet giving me safety papers saying that the car safety is good.
Had to go back to this dealership 6 times in less than 2 months to fix the issues.
.The brake needed rotors machined and change brake fluid !!!!!!!
.They put rusty driver seat after trying and pushing me to put an old driver seat because the original one in the car is broken ( the rail rod
is broken !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ) i want it a new seat but the service guy kept pushing me to agree to get a used one instead because they can get locally but the new one will come from US and will take few months, I had to go 3 times only for the seat to be installed and when they got the seat was rusted reaped 1 inch from the leather on the top. It looks like they got it from the junkyard and the service representative told me
They had to put multiple layers of rust spray to remove the rust from the seat keep in mind I'm buying a car for over $25000 here. however they had the car for a whole day and when I went to pick it up the next day I found that 3 of seat functions not working and when I asked the service tech he said to me it was working yesterday but maybe because of moisture and cold stopped working!!!!!!!!!!! Are you really serious do you think I'm that stupid. Anyway I had to go again to let them check the seat again to see the issue and they found 3 motors is gone they had to replace it from the original seat put in to the rusty seat that they installed for me.
Overall experience was very bad.
Great service but one hiccup. Took my car here for winter tires but they’re unidirectional and the front tires were reversed. I’ll still be returning here as the service was great and the waiting area was really well done. Beautiful office and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Very poor customer service, specially Steve. Please make sure you look at invoice what services they have done on your car. They charged me for an oil change and actually never did it. When I highlighted this that they forced me to come and redo the oil change with an additional cost. Please be aware and would recommend to go elsewhere.

Purchasing my first car from Milton Toyota was an enjoyable experience, with a large part of it being due to Lane Bailey. He ensured that I was getting the right car for my needs and made great suggestions along the way. Something else to note about Lane was that he got back to all of my emails in a timely manner and that he took the time to tab what I might need to flip back on in my car manual making it easy to find.

As most first time car buyers its hard to find out which one is the best dealership to go and whose the right guy to buy from. For the most part i personally like to shop around and see what the best offers are but even then you can't really trust if the deal that was offered to lived up to the expectation. The rule is most car salesmen are out to get your wallet and whatever they say can sometime sound like a lot of fluff
Lane Bailey is the exception to that rule
I personally like to know i walked out knowing i got a good deal and at the same time knowing i purchased from someone i can trust. As soon as i met Lane his transparency and wittiness had me smiling. At first i presumed him to be over confident but then realized Lane is the kind of person that cuts through the fluff and breaks down everything so that there aren't any surprises. I shopped through 3 different dealerships and Lane managed to beat all their prices with car and color i wanted.
What i liked most about the experience is how quick and easy it was for me to keep in contact with him. Any questions or concerns i had were easily solved simply via text. There were many concerns that were bought up but lane managed to answer them all over the phone in ample time.
Even after purchasing the car Lane took the extra effort to sticky note important information in the owners manual (I dont even sticky note my own books).
As a sales associate myself and consumer i know for a fact that if i had any issues or concerns i can ease my mind knowing i purchased from someone i can trust.

Every time I have a service appointment at Toyota Milton, I leave impressed. Everyone is so professional and helpful - from the receptionist to the advisor. The quote is explained ahead of time, the work is done as promised, and they even go above and beyond and wash my car and my mats! They offer shuttle service when you need it, and if you wait in their waiting area, they have complimentary wifi and hot drinks. Amazing! I am a loyal Toyota customer for life! I am still bringing my 2003 Camry here for all of its service and it is running perfectly. When and if it does break down I will be visiting these guys for a new car. I always feel like they tell me what needs to be done without going overboard and so far it has paid off.
My experience with Milton Toyota was nice. My 2008 RAV 4 has a driver window switch problem. One of the four switches was melted inside & passenger side window is not working. I showed the switch to the service centre & ordered a new one. $450 for the part alone. I returned to check the status of the order the following week, Toyota had issued a recall for these switches at the same time. I told them regarding this recall. They checked & confirmed it. I took an appointment next week & got it fully changed at no cost. The service is very good.
