Contacted sales department four days ago. I asked sales person to provide me with an additional pictures of the van I was interested in. On the next day, there is no reply. I called to remind. On the following day, there is again, no reply and sales' person cell number does not answer. Four days after, sales person finally calls me back and tells me that someone else is coming to see this van right away and I have to rush to the dealership to be there first.... and of course there is no additional pictures were provided as was originally requested. What a SCAM trying to get customer rushed. I never had such a negative experience dealing with a dealership sales department before. I have seen greasy sales people but not to that extent. My advise for potential customers would be to avoid this place at all costs. They do not do good business.

You got to be careful if you walk into the Used car centre. Being a new immigrant to Canada, I had picked this place due to their huge presence.
However realised that the presence was built on exploiting the new immigrants who doesn't know much about the market.
I have to admit that it was majorly my 'not so great' research which ended up buying a much older car for a very high price.

I have no intention to put in the entire story here, however all I would say is, just "be careful" when you deal with them...

It's a large dealership. It's clean. There is free coffee, you can purchase meals in their cafeteria. Staff is friendly. Work performed over last 5 years has been good. They offer a shuttle service. Service usually includes a car wash. It has been an excellent experience.

i had a very bad experience here as sales staff and Manager are incompetent as they do not know the actual sale price of a vehicle, i locked a price after negotiation for lease and everything is finalized with sales man and when it comes to finance , finance manager told me there is a mistake in the calculation.

Terrible sales and services! I'll never buy a car from this dealer again. Bought a new Sienna with rust protection in 2015. They voided my lifetime rust protection service without telling me. Don't get scammed into buying anything extra with this dealer. I bought 2 new Camry, Rav4 and the 1st Sienna in 1998 from other dealers. Overall, this dealer is the worst experience! The rating should be zero star.

Service charges are high maybe it's like any other dealership that I do not know but our experience will def not bring us back again for sure. They hide too many info for you just so you think you must purchase or do all kind of service there. I bought a Toyota last summer (not from here) and had shopped here. They didn't get the deal because their price was about 20% higher than anywhere else, but they drove a hard bargain and seemed like they had good service.

Back in November when they were having their winter tire sale I booked an appointment for all 4 winters. Price was better than Canadian Tire so I was pretty happy and booking was easy. I booked 10 days in advance because they were so busy. Understood.

I show up at the appointed time and service is like "oh the rims aren't here yet, they're stuck on a truck, just come back tomorrow and we'll do it". Understood.

Come back next day and service is like "who are you? you don't have appointment." I tell them what happened the day before, so someone runs and checks and runs around and some guy gets off the phone and some more people talk and point at me. Real wrench in the works I was. Finally some guy says that he can probably order the parts in a few weeks because they are on back order. Corolla steel winter rims. Really rare size. "Sorry about that" OK. Understood. You are retarded.

Problems: not getting parts 10 days in advance, not following up when something is delayed, not trying to solve the problem, acting like they've never sold tires to someone after I come all the way back a second time. I think some dealers act like banks, they don't understand their hours are extremely inconvenient for people that have jobs.

So I drove around the corner to Consumers Tire. They had everything in stock and for $200 less LOLZ. LOLZ again. I was out of there in 2 hours. And they just swapped back my all season for free. And they only charge $35 for all future swaps. And they are super easy and flexible to book with. And they are happy that you chose them to give your money to.

In summary, I get my tires done not at a Toyota dealer anymore, and all other service is done at dealers that want my patronage and show it by action rather than just saying it. I guess this was Don Valley Toyota's FU to me for not buying a car from them. Other dealers don't seem to care where I got the car.

UPDATE: I have to upgrade this because shortly after posting, a service manager (can't recall name for life of me, sorry...) called to reconcile and ask for a second chance. I was due for service anyway. I made appointment, showed up, he met me in person, showed me where coffee was, etc. Everything went well and as would be expected. No BS and I'm happy. I'll probably return.
