As the owner of a new vehicle from Rousel Toyota, I called to have an appointment for a noise that occurred when driving. Lie number 2 - I was told by the receptionist that I would be given a courtesy vehicle. When I arrived, I was told there was no vehicle I could use. luckily, the sales person that I bought the vehicle from let me use his. Lie number 2 When I left, I was told I would be called when job was complete but I was not and when I called to check the status I was told there wasn’t a mention of being called. Lie number 3 The icing on the cake, was when I was told there was a $60 service 1 fee ( something I definitely did not ask for!). I left the service department feeling totally lied to. I love my vehicle and the salesperson I bought it from but I refuse to be humiliated and disrespected.

Went in last month to test drive a tundra , I had recently lost my 4 runner , always drove Toyota’s and was turned away from purchasing a vehicle there because of where I work , what a joke after all the 1 star reviews I’m glad I didn't make a purchase there as it seems like their service is not great recently I will be buying my Toyota’s elsewhere as I buy a new one every 2-3 years can’t believe that discrimination of such still exist in 2023 , a very disappointed customer

The salespeople and management need to get their stories straight. Put a deposit on a vehicle in July 2021. Have it in writing in October of 2021 that we were next on the list. Then, when our vehicle arrived in May of 2023 we were told it was for someone else. Every day was a new story. We refuse to deal with liars. Purchased a new vehicle elsewhere and will never return.
Probably the worst experience I've ever had a dealership, the manager in the service department seems to be the only one who knew what was going on ,constantly got different answers every time I called. we had our car book for a a/c line and a detailing . For a 350 dollar detailing I would expect the car to be spotless instead I got a car with dirty carpets, smeared windows, oil stains on the outside, dirty rims, leaves still stuck under the hood,dirty seats, this dealerships quality is definitely not high end.
Very disappointed, I bought all my cars there for many years, last fall I went for an oil change in my car I notice they had a nice Tundra and my husband had been talking about trading his trick. Sure enough we went back together and decided to purchase the truck. We were asked to put 1000$ down. That was 5:30 pm we went home and taught about it and decided with the high interest rate it was to much we are both retired. So at 8 am the next morning we call the guy we had seen the night before and to our surprise were told we could not get our deposit back. So before you put money down on a vehicle over there make sur it’s refundable read the fine prints.
I for one will never buy a vehicle there again

Went in for warranty, no hassle it took less time than what they told me which was very awesome I know it doesn't always happen that way. The service department was very nice and friendly, the establishment is very clean and inviting. Hats off to the Roussel Toyota team.

My Husband and I purchased our 2023 Toyota Corolla with Gordon's help. He was very helpful without being pushy. He assisted us purchasing the vehicle from another Province. I would recommend them.
Went into Toyota fredericton today. Was told it was 60 dollars to plug my tire. Other Toyotas charge 23. I would reccomend avoiding this place. Almost double the price is a scam. 192 dollars for an oil change plus to plug a tire is also a scam. 100% stay away

These guys were great. Prompt 32,000km service on our Tundra. We were just passing thru town, and they fit us in. Got 2 shuttle rides to and from the wharf. Friendly Staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with the dealership. I traded my 2019 Tundra for a 2021 Tundra. I was told that the new truck had everything the old truck had 'and then some'. As it turns out there is no built in GPS system in the new vehicle. It relies on your cellular phone and your data plan. As a resolution I was offered $100 in gas cards, take my old truck back or they would supply me with a Garmin GPS system. It is not the fact that my new truck doesn't have a GPS built in. It is that I was mislead and then basically given no viable options to solve the problem. LOST CUSTOMER. Honesty goes a long way with me.

Serve was good however no plastic was put on my vehicle seat by the technician. I was told they do it, but they didn't.
Contacted Roussel Toyota to let them know what I was looking for. Debi contacted me to let me know they had what I wanted in my price range. She said the car would be ready to be seen in a couple days and she would contact me. She said the car would be ready on a monday and when I wasn't contacted on monday I texted her to ask about it and she said it would be ready any minute. No contact until Thursday when I inquired again and she said the car wasn't satisfactory but she was getting another similar one and to wait. Then no contact until I messaged her. I eventually gave up and realized she must be lying about having a vehicle for me and she never contacted me again. She was always very pleasant on the phone and through text, but not sure why she kept stringing me along. I'd have to say it was an annoying experience.

As a former employee of Toyota Canada(not this dealership), I realize how important website management is in today's digital world. As modern consumers and now due to Covid-19, online shopping and research is more important than it's ever been.
As someone who is looking to make a lateral move with his vehicle and is in the market for something else that's very specific, I am forced to search all Toyota dealerships within New Brunswick and beyond. Most dealership sites are relatively easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Roussel's Toyota website is by far the worst. The amount of pop-ups, lack of photos and lack of price on 98% of the inventory makes Roussel Toyota simply look bad, or lazy at best.
Maybe a person should not judge a dealership based on their website and instead on their in-person experience. I think that is a valid point and I wouldn't argue against it. However, it makes me wonder that if Roussel Toyota cannot manage a simple website and update the information on it, then what else can't they do correctly or effectively? I felt it was unfair of me to give 1/5 stars based on the fact that I have no visited in person or have no direct experience with any employee, but the contact I have had(website) was a very poor experience, so I'll submit a 2/5 stars.
I've managed dealership websites and inventory before, it's not hard but it is monotonous. Maybe due to Covid-19 they are understaffed and I understand that, but it's a job that requires no direct contact with people and shouldn't really be effected IMO. If Roussel Toyota does not have a dedicated staff member to fill this role, it's my recommendation that they consider filling this role to avoid frustrations on the digital consumers end like myself. If they had what I was looking for with an available price and photos, I would 100% drive the 2 hours there to view and probably purchase the vehicle.
As a former employee of Toyota and life long Toyota purchaser, I only wish the best for the brand and the dealerships. This review is meant to be constructive, not destructive.
I had a major repair done here recently, head gasket on my Tundra. They treated me quite well I felt. They gave me a break on the labor and parts. The job was done well and on time. All staff I dealt with, Conner in service and the master technician where very professional and courteous. Would recommend any time.

I was in Miramichi for the weekend and made an appointment in advance for an oil change. Price was great, they checked over my car and my tires needed air so they adjusted them to the correct PSI, that was very much appreciated. Service was great, staff very nice and friendly. Although I live over two hours away, since I go to Miramichi once a month, I’m quite certain I’ll be bringing my car to them again for service.

I recently moved here from Ontario. I own 2 Toyota’s. Had to get brakes looked at on one and the N.B safety inspection, and on the other it needed a part, which I requested “genuine “Toyota part, and again, a safety on that one as well. My car did not pass inspection due to this part I needed. No worries, part would be in in a few days. Not......., problem getting the part. Roussel Toyota went above and beyond making sure I would have either my car fixed or a rental available to me ( needed a rental as my mom could not get in and out of the truck)...long story. Anyway, I have NEVER had such excellent service as I had with Russell Toyota. The staff that i dealt with were amazing. I cannot believe a car dealership still offers this type of exemplary service. WTG team Roussel Toyota.

Hands-down the best purchase experience I've ever had!
The car (used) had a small fault that wasn't noticed during inspection by myself or the dealership. Gordon from sales reacted immediately when I informed him about it. He and the team worked with me to completely resolve the issue even though I was unable to bring the car directly to them due to distance. Constant communication throughout made me feel that I was really important to them.
They went above and beyond to make it a great experience and 100% stood behind the vehicle they were selling. Amazing customer service!

We bought our last new Toyota from them and glad we did they treat you like a costumer should be treated and the service team is great i get phone calls from letting me know that my oil needs changed on mvi is due. The Toyota we bought before this one was bought at i different dealer wont name them but completely different experience im glad we went to Roussel if they keep treating us this way they got a costumer for life.
These guys are a piece of work worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.gave a down deposit on a Saturday told me it was mine so I sold my vehicle on Sunday took the day off work on Monday to go pick it up and waiting for there phone call all morning to tell me when I could go get it .....had to call to see what was going on just for them to tell me they sold it and there is nothing they can do about it ............!@#$ YOU!!!!!!!
They replaced our power steering pump for a reasonable price. They also worked us in as quickly as possible. Good honest people.
