They claimed it was just trapped air when there scanner clearly said it was thermostat that had to be replaced so we had to fix that $400 later for something that should of been fixed then and there! Has electrical problems with front lights which they already knew and steered us away from the question when we asked. Then the key in the fob they gave us doesn't even fit our Jeep. A great team to deal with. The whole experience was very pleasant and I especially appreciated the lack of pressure which would have been a big turnoff for me. Curtis was knowledgeable and found answers to things he didn't know. I will be back. Thanks guys.
Alpine Toyota was so amazing to deal with. I came in from out of town to look at a 4 Runner I had seen on their website, I test drove it and was able to take it home all in the same day! From walking in the doors all of the Alpine Toyota staff was very welcoming and friendly! Derek Taylor was the one who had conduct of the sale, he was SO great to deal with! So informative and helpful! It was awesome to have everything that needed to be done right at the Dealership! I have never owned a Toyota before and am pretty pumped about it! So far LOVE my 4 Runner! My 7 year old son is MOST excited about it having 7 Seats!!! So happy I made the trip there to take it for a test drive!

I went in recently looking to drive a couple of different models of the '19 lineup. I was helped by Jack Caldwell, and I was amazed he was just as informative and helpful as he is suave and handsome! Also I noticed he smelled really, really, great! which is really important if you're going to be alone in a vehicle with the guy. I ended up driving home with a '19 Tacoma with all the fixings.
