Worst people. Bad customer service . They talk something when sell and when you talk about service then talk different. Employees do not care about reputation of Toyota Corolla.
They do not attend phones and do call back. If you call them them at off time then they will say , it is too late. But when they can call to the customer then how it is late. Poor service. I bought two cars from . But every time I have a different experience. You can reach too me at 7783232898. I have not written the name of the persons but I will write down. If I do not got the good response.

This is the best Toyota dealership to go to. Incredibly friendly staff and just the top level customer service. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and their rates are reasonable. I've spent a bit of time looking at the cars on the floor and the sales people are very helpful and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your car needs.

Their "express" line for oil changes is slower, and rates are a bit more expensive than others, but you receive far more for your dollar. I've only had my vehicle serviced here personally a few times, but it's always cleaner when I get it back. The previous owner of my vehicle had it serviced here so they have all the past records. The lady at the service counter helped me figure out the best course for what service was due and how to time it with my schedule. Very positive experience so far. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced here, and have recommended to other Toyota owners also.

I was interested in purchasing a car but I was uncertain on which model was the right one for me. I went into Destination Toyota in Burnaby to speak with them and I was immediately greeted and paired up with Jonathan, the car specialist. He was very informative and knowledgeable about all the car models and he even helped me choose which car was right for me. He was able to order me a new car and it arrived quickly. He would give me updates through email and on my mobile about when it would arrive.

I am now a proud owner of a 2020 Camry and I could not have done it without Jonathan. If you have any questions, he would be the person you would want to reach.

Absolutely Fantastic, I have worked in the Hospitality industry worldwide and was absolutely impressed by the customer service. Don Kyle the Service Adviser was professional excellent, and went far beyond the service I was expecting, analyzing the front wheel noise immediately, then repairing a recall problem for my airbag I didn't know about, plus replace all my lug nuts for free, plus coming to explain everything to me after the work was done, I am now totally a loyal customer. Hats off to a great run operation.

Being interested in a Supra and this dealership being one of the few that had one listed for sale on their website, I drove 30 minutes to come look at it.

When I got in, I was greeted by a salesperson and inquired about the vehicle. He said that they just sold their last one but still had the showroom model available and pointed me to that direction. I got to the car, but it was kind of sealed off, so I asked the same salesperson if he had the key so I could take a look at the interior. He was not busy with anyone else, and just chatting with coworkers.

He says that he can't give me the keys because supposedly the car isn't theirs. I tell him that I don't need a test drive or anything, and that they list this car on their website clearly as a model they're selling. He tells me it's "for viewing pleasure only", and in response I let him know that I drove quite far to see it, also asking him why they have it listed for sale on the website if the car isn't even theirs. At this point, he suddenly becomes really snarky, condescending and rude, saying "it says it's for viewing pleasure only on the website" in a nasty tone as if I can't understand English. He then walked away, started looking at his phone, and avoided making eye contact.

Are you kidding me? I was not rude or entitled about it, just inquiring about the car, and questioning why they have it listed on the website for sale if it's not theirs and can't even show the interior.

Now here's the real kicker. I heard him talking to another coworker about me whispering about how the car is "for viewing pleasure only". I get home, double check the website again, and it DOESN'T EVEN SAY THAT ANYWHERE LMAO? In fact, they have it listed as the DEMO model meaning it's the model they use to give test drives.

After double checking the listing on the website at home, I also realized the car in the listing is the exact same one the salesman pointed me to when I arrived.

Is this how they treat customers ready to spend 70 grand on a car? What a farce.

Destination Toyota in Burnaby has been servicing our 2006 Tacoma since new. We are extremely happy with all of our servicing.
While still dealing with authorized Toyota Service Technicians, they still offer the choice of more economical 3rd party parts (where they feel still offer satisfactory service life).
This is extremely important for us to keep our 13-year old Tacoma in top notch operation, without breaking the bank.
This visit to replace the clutch (original 13-year old) was dealt with efficiently and well within the “guesstimate” quote given by Sheri.

Prices are reasonably similar to other shops but if you come here you also get FANTASTIC facilities: the super comfortable lounge with sofas or high tables/stools, great wifi, and the coffee machine is worth a trip by itself! Personally I find this place great for working remotely while waiting for my car so no time is wasted. There is also a convenient shuttle service if you need to get around nearby.

I am giving three stars because I received good advising from Dorothy! Normally, I also enjoy saying hello to all the familiar faces at this Toyota since I waited 3 hours this time and have been coming to Toyota for 10 years plus. I asked Isabella questions about my dad's car since she advised him. She is normally pleasant and cheerful and patient. I get that dealing with the public can often be frustrating but this time, her tone was so loud I can hear her throughout the waiting room, even if I don't want to necessarily. Also, she seemed quite condescending this time, and respect should be a given, even if we don't know all the details about our car. We are not misbehaving children or a puppy who has just peed on your carpet. (not only because many of us spend hundreds of dollars there when problems are found). Overall though, this is still a great location and a professional and thorough place to take my car for servicing. I'll treat this as a One off but still felt I needed to vent.

Great staff when you want to buy a car but not so great when you come in for maintenance. Only one person was there to greet us and he just told us to out the keys in he car, didn't tell her who to talk to next and we didn't know who our technician is. Initially the maintenance is estimated at 30 minutes but instead, it's 2 hours. Just make sure you don't have any other plans for that day. After the initial encounter, they don't give any update until the car is finished, so no calls for 2 hours... which makes sense, they're not done with their extremely long maintenance (I hope they are cleaning my jacket that I left in the car too). When we went to pick the car after they called, we went up to the service counter and the lady didn't know where our car was parked (had no records of us). She asked us who was out technician and we didn't know. She had to manual search for out technician and point us to who to talk to.

Would you want to get your car here? If you want long maintenance times and no updates on your car, then this is good for that.

Good thing there was a McDonald's near by. Get a coffee there and sleep in one of their display cars.

This is one of the better Toyota Dealerships in my opinion. The fact that you can just walk-in for an oil change is amazing. When I contact other dealerships to make an appointment for the same week, they usually counter offer an appointment several weeks later.

Destination Toyota could however, use outlet stations in their lounge area. I brought my laptop/homework as I knew I'd be there for a long time since my car needed some work, but had no working outlet to charge my laptop, so the time spent in there was boring.

My experience at Destination Toyota Burnaby was a great one. We are lucky that, although we had just had a negative experience at the dealership around the corner, we had seen this place and decided to stop by after.

Right away, Nathan made me feel welcome. He brought me in to his office to chat, and instead of simply pulling up a list of cars that would be in our predetermined budget, he asked more questions about our actual financial goals. He then made some suggestions that we had not thought of, because previously, nobody had matched any other solutions to our goals.

Next, Parvez was kind enough on his day off (he was just finishing up some paperwork) to help show us a few cars. We ended up seeing a few different versions of the Corolla (used and new), and explained the differences to us. The next day, the demo car of the 2019 Corolla was off the floor, and by the day after that, with some more hard work by Nathan to get the approval that fit with our goals, I drove it home!

Although our situation was a bit complex, these guys did a great job in finding a solution that met our needs. Highly recommended!

I am not sure how this dealership is getting all these positive reviews. My experience with them was absolutely horrendous. I emailed the dealer and asked them to send me a quote for brand new 2019 Corolla CE with CVT. Someone named Dave responded to this email and he was not willing to give me a proper quote unless I visited the dealership. He wanted me to waste my time and gas to visit the dealership to get the quote. To keep me interested, he was simply sending a few prices via email - not the actual quote from the dealership. I am even curious to know if this guy works in this particular dealership because despite asking him a final drive away price on the dealership letterhead, he was reluctant to do so. All the other Toyota dealers I contacted had no problems sending me the quote in the letterhead. Ask around guys, you will know that I am not lying. Naturally, I had better things to do and resumed communications with the other Toyota dealers. After a couple of days, someone claiming to be the General Manager contacted and asked me about the experience with the dealership. I sent him a detailed email with the high pressure sales tactics Dave was trying to use to get me to the door of the dealership. As expected, this person has not even bothered to reply to my email. Good job guys. I am fortunate there are other Toyota dealerships who will take me more seriously than these clowns.

I found a Highlander on Destination's website and I decided to pop into the dealership to have a look at it. Alvin Lee helped me out despite the fact that I had scheduled no appointment and the Highlander was buried behind a couple of other vehicles on the lot. He was happy to pull it out and let me take it for a drive while answering all of my questions about the vehicle. Alvin has has a refreshingly modern, professional approach to car sales. I feel like he was "straight-up" with me during the negotiations and finalization of the sale. He wasn't pushy and always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns I had, even on his day off. The financing department was also great to deal with. They got me a better rate on a loan than my own bank was willing to offer. I have contacted Alvin since the sale with more enquiries and he continues to promptly return my calls and emails. I am very happy with my Highlander (thus far) and would describe my overall car buying experience at Destination Toyota (from start to finish) as surprisingly gratifying.

Having a long standing relationship with Alvin (and Trevor) ever since he had been at the parts dept. and then sales at West Coast Toyota, I purchased a new 2008 FJ Cruiser through him at Maple Ridge even though I lived in Vancouver. He has always been very straight forward and honest. I can't say enough about him. Fast foward to 2013 my wife decides to trade in her Mazda SUV to a new Highlander. Of course Alvin is my go to guy. And since he is now at Destination, it is even more convenient for me to see him. My wife loved the car even before the test drive but affirmed it after Alvin let us take it on the road. He was very upfront with all the purchasing options and made the whole transaction very smooth. We are very happy with the customer service we received from Alvin and with the financing advisor. Sales person Alvin Lee got us the used car the wife in the family LOVED for a fair price. It was an older Toyota but seems to be in great condition. (only been a week but all is good so far) Two other non Toyota big player, brand name dealerships, one in Vancouver and one in Courtney, B.C treated us unethically. Just because you are dealing with a huge, branded dealership doesn't mean the same unethical treatment won;t happen to you. We were shocked. If Destination Toyota has a new or used car on their lot that you like, I would have no hesitation to go straight to this dealership and ask for Alvin Lee.The finance officer was down to earth and friendly. When you need servicing, we drive 20 minutes instead of 5 just to go to Destination Toyota service department. They are efficient, polite, and go to the ends of the earth to please. Isabella is my favorite but I have never had a bad experience with any service person there. I wish I could name the sales manager on that day but he was fair and dealt ethically. I have no friends or family who work here so this is their everyday treatment of customers.
