After dealing with multiple shady dealers in Calgary that tried to screw me over, I came down to Lethbridge to pickup a brand new 2020 Corolla hatch. Toyota treated me with respect, honesty and integrity. Hands down Toyota Lethbridge is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and will continue to deal with from now on. I delt with Noah and he was very helpful. The whole team was very knowledgeable and truthful. I had a few questions about a car and when Noah didn't know the answer he would tell me and go ask his manager.
The vehicle I bought had a crack on the windshield and we made arrangements to get it fixed with no cost. Unfortunately, their service team was very busy so they referred me to Benchmark. I was able to get that replaced and reimbursed by Toyota.
They had the best selection for pre owned vehicles that I looked at for what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back here first if I need a new car! Highly recommend this dealership!
My wife and I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla. We are very happy with our decision. The sales staff made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. I really liked the fact that the prices were posted on the vehicles, it makes it so much easier to shop for a car when you can see the price and match it to your budget. I also purchased the extended warranty, what a good deal. The car drives great 45 miles to the gallon (whoopee). Cannot say enough about Heinrich and Reid and the team at Lethbridge Toyota, I love my new 4Runner but have been BLOWN away by the follow up from these two after the purchase. Haven't bought anything. Yet. But I was very happy with everyone I talked to. I have dealt with some really pushy salesmen at other dealerships in Lethbridge. I’m so happy with the service I received from Toyota! I called on a Monday morning with a dead battery and had needed to book in for a maintenance visit anyway. I told them the situation and within 30 minutes, the company sent two people to make things more convenient for me. Stuart boosted my vehicle and then offered to drive it to the dealership to be serviced, so I didn’t have to drive there. At the same time, Ross, the shuttle driver dropped me at work. Ross is amazing!! He’s so friendly and helpful. He offered to pick me up from work and drive me home, since I didn’t have an appointment until the next morning. Then Michael in the service department text me and offered to answer any questions if needed. He told me they got my car in that morning, a day sooner than planned. I had questions about my hybrid since I’ve never owned one before and said I could just ask those questions once I went there to pick it up, but he offered to answer all of my questions right away. The communication with Michael was thorough, informative and friendly. Very satisfied with Lethbridge Toyota's service from start to finish. Thank you! Great job!
My battery on my vehicle decided to die while getting gas. Luckly when I asked Megan if she had jumper cables. She said she would drive back to the dealership and bring some back. She came back with another lad Matt and and they were Able to give my jeep just enough juice to start. Thanks again so much for the help. It would have been a fun hour or so wait till my brother could have came.
Had a great experience from start to finish while buying a used vehicle as well as trading in a vehicle. Reid in sales was excellent; very informative, friendly and helpful. Heinrich was great as well in taking care of financing. We discovered a small issue with the vehicle upon taking it home which was taken care of free of charge and in a very timely manner without any difficulties. Very happy with our experience here.

I brought my Tundra in to get looked at due to an issue with the transmission shifting poorly when the transmission is cold and a transmission temperature light. They told me I reqiured a new transmission and quoted over $6000 for the work. I decided to take my truck to a transmission shop where they discovered the problem was low transmission fluid (which Toyota doesn't have a dipstick for). After performing a flush and replacing the filter my truck is driving like its brand new again. Do not recommend for service!
I didn't end up buying anything from here as they didn't have what I was looking for.
I was very pleased with the warm and positive greetings from the receptionist. She offered me some hot chocolate and then introduced me to Noah, who was very friendly and positive as well. I liked that I was greeted right away and it was a smooth transition between the associates.
Working in a customer centric environment these are the type of people who you'd want to represented by!

This was the first time that I have used the Express Service Oil Change service and I was very impressed. The technician (Devon) was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain how long the service would take, the items that were checked, and any recommended actions. I will definitely use the service again and would recommend it to others.
Service was great and the staff were very polite & addressed all of my concerns....However, the price on parts was ridiculous in more ways than one.
I went for a diagnostic & for a broken CV axle on my drivers side, the boot kit was going to cost me (through them) $780.00 just for the part.
Went down the road and found the same part for $216.00.....I would suggest to look around before going through there parts department as I saved hundreds of dollars...
Lethbridge Toyota will take good care of you, they will listen and make sure to pay attention to all your needs. They won’t push you with anything that you don’t want. Went in to speak to the Finance Manager about a specific vehicle on the lot. Not only did the Manager go above and beyond, the salesman that helped me did everything possible to make the purchase as easy as possible. Noah, the salesman took the time to explain everything and go over any questions we had. Heinrich the Finance Manager was an all star and did everything possible to get me the best rates possible. Very satisfied with my purchase and when I need a new vehicle again, Lethbridge Toyota will be my first and only stop. Great work team, we really appreciated it.
Huge shout out to Scott in the parts department, he is so pleasant to deal with and knows his stuff when it comes to vehicle parts. When I called, the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. I also brought the vehicle over and dealt with Mike in service, he was awesome and took care of the truck right away with a positive attitude. Customer service is very important to me, hats off to Toyota for having out standing customer service!
Service center is amazing. My Tacoma has 250000 km and runs like a top thanks to their care. Mike the service Manager is attentive to my needs and sets up a plan to keep my truck on the road and not in the shop. Best service ever

From start to finish my experience with Lethbridge Toyota was seamless. In my experience, this business has consistently shown a casual approach to customer service etiquette which Toyota prides themselves on. Sadly, I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. What was a warranty repair became a headache. Still waiting for a follow up phone call...

Buying from Toyota was a great experience! The people were friendly and helpful and as an added bonus there was no sales pressure! When I couldn’t decide which vehicle to buy I was allowed to take both of them out for an hour or so to visit a friend for his opinion. Financing was quick and easy with Rahim and Tacy went above and beyond with a sticky tagged owner’s manual and her patience in answering my questions. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Toyota!

We had such an amazing time at Toyota. We never felt pressured, actually on the contrary, we felt like we were family! Everyone was so amazing, kind and informative. They talked us through not only the Toyota cars, but aided us with some of the other dealership vehicles as well. From the start of our experience at Toyota to the end, we were more than happy with our experience there. Tim was amazing at setting us up with someone who was perfect for our needs, and Rahim was the most amazing financial advisor we could have asked for. I not only recommend Toyota, but I know we will be lifelong customers there.

If something can go run it will, right? And of course on transport a rock hits the wind-shield but they went out of their way to hold the vehicle till I wanted it, to fix it and make it "new" again. From little stuff such as Tacy dropping me off at work, or taking my vehicle where it needed to go while I was at work and the awesome staff picking me up to the big stuff like price matching and making sure I got exactly what I wanted they covered everything from A to Z.
All the staff was friendly.
Will look there again before I look anywhere else next time I need a vehicle.
Plus the leasing payments were really good compared to similar priced vehicles elsewhere, maybe it was a promo but I didn't mind. :D
