Easy to deal with staff. Bob Shaw was up front as a salesman and willing to work hard to beat other dealership prices. No pressure to buy and flexible with appointments. Al Dahlwani in finance was helpful and made the paperwork straight forward and was ready to answer any questions. They made purchasing my 2016 Toyota Tundra a positive experience.

Was really happy with my purchase of a
2018 Toyota Prius hybrid but wasn't told about the fact its there only hybrid that don't work after 2 days of -30 we found that out when we were stranded out of town for a few days, missed work because of it had to tarp the car in and heat it . Well looking threw the 3 manuals that comes with it a sheet dropped out and said it don't run in 30 below weather. We were never told about this at the time of purchase, we work out of town and took the car to trade it in right away as we need something that can function in all weather conditions. Car had 30,000km not a scratch on it got $13,000 less then we owed had the car maybe 9 months. Would not recommend this dealership or ever do business with this Toyota dealer again they don't shoot straight.
Our experience with High River Toyota was amazing. We found our vehicle on Kijiji, and made the trek down there to see it. I went by myself with 2 kids, and Derrick was amazingly patient, and also entertained our daughter when I had to talk with the staff. Jerry the business manager was also great - very patient, no nonsense, honest. Both guys did not pressure at all about the sale, and accommodated all of our requests. Nice small town business. Worth the drive!
I’ve been using high River Toyota for 22 years and have always found their service, thoughtful, reliable and polite. Even though the dealership is a long way from Calgary it’s worth the drive. Actually, I always get a loaner car for a very small price from them and my car is picked up and dropped off. I would definitely recommend them.

I had the most wonderful news today. I had purchased a Toyota a month ago and was noticing a wheel noise. I visited High River Toyota Service department and Darcy and I took it for a drive. He told me to bring it in and get it check out. Thank heavens for a couple of reasons - first of all - it was a wheel bearing that needed fixing and it was fixed right away. The other thanks was the fact that Darcy went over the options for me cost wise. Best of all, the mechanical parts and work were covered in my 90 day Warranty purchase and I am one happy customer. He listens to our comments and questions earnestly and explains options and findings with clarity. Worst dealership I have ever been through. My initial sales lady was great at the time but then left and when I had questions regarding my lease no one ever got back to me. I phoned 4 times and spoke with 2 different people and no one was able to answer my questions and always said they would phone me back and never did. The service guys are great, I will say that. But as far as trying to deal with them don't waste your time.

Much better experience than dealing with Calgary service departments. High River Toyota takes the time to go through all of your concerns and ensures that you’re satisfied with the service that was performed. Other dealerships I’ve dealt with in Calgary are just interested in taking your money and getting you out of their service bay ASAP.
Very easy to get you’re vehicle to High River Toyota as well. I call it “High River Toyota Valet” - they’ll come to your house, pick up your vehicle and give you a loaner (if you need), then drop your vehicle off when the service is done. With this kind of service I don’t know why anyone in Calgary would take their vehicle anywhere else.
Brenda was an awesome sales person. I like her style. She paid attention to all my concerns and looked after every one of them. The deal itself was straight forward. Both of us offered what we could up front without haggling and the deal flowed smoothly to the purchase. Consistent friendly service and advice offered by the whole team.

In addition for any ongoing service they will come and pick up my vehicle in Calgary and leave me a courtesy car for just $10 and then bring my car back to me once its serviced.
