If you are wondering on who to approach with inquiries I most highly recommend Blake. He was very well informative and helped with making me feel safe and secure with the vehicle he sold me! I'm giving you a 2 only because the service advisor who helped me today was polite and well mannered. A week before I made my service appointment, I was told over the phone by a woman, Devan, that my oil change would be free and this would be my final free oil change. I asked her again if she was sure and she said yes it is free. Upon arrival at the service appointment, I was greeted warmly by the advisor. I then said I was here for my appointment and that it was my last free oil change. The advisor checked the system and found that my oil changes expired at 48000km... ok great, but why wasnt I informed over the phone correctly? Because of this misunderstanding, I have to rebook my appointment because I was under the impression my oil change was free and was not prepared to pay for a "service #3" that was significantly higher than the price of an oil change. Not only was I frustrated, but I felt embarrassed. Fast forward to me leaving the dealership and driving highway 21 to get home, I noticed my hood lifting. I quickly pulled over to find that you guys did not secure the hood after you had done your visual inspection on my vehicle. Luckily, it did not lift off completely and smash into my windshield. Needless to say, I will not return and will service my vehicle elsewhere from now on.

Sabrina Miller and David Hennessey have restored most of my faith in this dealership. I did get a great deal on the purchase and trade in, but months of frustration with after sale issues, no-one taking responsibility, no return calls or emails from sales staff, service staff telling me since it's to do with purchase I need to talk to sales, run around with having to talk to 5-6 people every time I called or visited, calls to Toyota Canada... almost made me wish I had not bought my truck there. Finally Sabrina and David took on my case and got everything working. It was a long haul, and I hope things look up now. I do love my Tacoma.

Our sales guy Jay Rebus was amazing, hands down. I would buy again from him but not at this dealership... finance was far from great... The whole process of getting reimbursed money was 3+weeks when we were supposed to pick it up a couple days later, on top of that they shorted me money. When I went in for a new windshield that was promised to us when we bought, we had to go and explain this to 3 different people as nobody seems to share info around this place... I hope others have a good experience but my wife and I did not and will not buy from here again.
I had my Tacoma in for a major clean. I found David and Jennifer very professional and very helpful. The shuttle drivers Jerry and Oscar were a pleasure to chat with on my rides home and then back to the dealership. The interior of the truck was so clean that I considered taking off my shoes and driving in sock feet. The service at this store is outstanding.

Had to change my review. Would now be a single star if not for Bil(with one "L") and John Inostroza. Blake and Charles don't return phone calls or emails once you buy the vehicle. It's a total run around getting things fixed that were not correct from the purchase, as on the phone one ends up speaking to 3 or 4 people, none of whom seem to know what the other said. In person, it took an hour and a threat of contacting Toyota Canada before it was agreed to fix the crooked, leaking lift gate on my canopy. Still waiting to see if the next time it's in the repairs are actually done.
I am leaving the first comments because I really was very happy with the purchase and trade in. Regular service seems just fine - it's getting this canopy fixed that has been a total fiasco so far, which I find scary - I am worried about this dealership standing by their warrantees.

Wow. No better dealership could be found. Blake worked a miracle to fine exactly the truck I wanted, both features and colour. Blake and Charles were amazing in giving me a great price on my trade in, (and of course the Tacoma I purchased) thanks to Charles for explaining again all the ins and outs of the pricing. Stephanie made all the paperwork smooth and easy. There were several other staff I met who were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Having purchased about a dozen vehicles I have to say this was the best. Honest and transparent, determined to give the customer the best.

This is my second vehicle from here. I just upgraded my 2018 Rav4 hybrid (purchased here as well) with the 2019 Rav4 hybrid. Shawn Benson was great to deal with and with answering all the questions I had and with taking care of everything in a professional manner. Charles (the sales manager) was much more professional with his attitude compared to last year. Last year, I had issues with accessories not getting installed and eventually finding out that they were not compatible, so got the refund after a few weeks of going back and forth. This year I made sure, everything was compatible before hand, however, upon delivery of the vehicle, couple of items were still not installed due to them not being in stock. Everything is now installed! Keep in mind that the staff at every dealership start you off with a very high profit margin, you have got to bargain if you want a fair deal. With my trade-in deal this year, I got them to drop the difference by 45% going back and forth for 3 weeks. Don’t be in a rush or you’ll be robbed. Go in, test drive, bargain, if they don’t accept your offer, walk away. They will call you back, I guarantee you that much. Be careful going in, do your homework and then make the deal. Good Luck!

First time ever my husband and I didn’t feel pressured to buy or lease on the spot. That made all the difference for us. He listened and delivered. Even after the purchase of our high tech Prius Prime upgrade, Shawn found out more information on his own and called to share. It was such an amazing experience! Sherwood park Toyota treats you like cow which is ready to get slaughtered. Be aware if you are checking out cars on that place, do not share your credit card detail to them. They will charge you and then will make you cry for the refunds. Best of luck..

After he showed us as many vehicles as we wanted to look, he gained our trust, he is very knowledgeable and sincere, that’s why we decided to be serious with him, and finally bought the vehicle from him. We are very happy with his service, and the whole team works there.
My husband and I had been on the lookout for a new suv as we are expanding our family, and we were in contact with Jo C about a Ford Escape. While the Escape was unfortunately bought before we could purchase it, Jo was extremely helpful in trying to find us something else within our budget. I just want to share my great experience with the service department here. I drove in no appointment after my work shift, there was not even an hour left until closing I was a little nervous I didn't think I was going to receive much help. My experience with dealerships in the past has been very unhelpful to be honest. But Carolyn greeted me right away answered all my questions, she was super helpful and knowledgeable. I received a battery test for my concern right away. My battery had ended up failing and I was scared because my car was already having a super hard time starting in the cold mornings. She let me know about their current promotions on battery replacements. I purchased my new battery and had it installed right away at an unbeatable price.
