Purchased 2019 Camry in November 2018 for an ETA of January 2019. This was supposed to be a birthday present for our daughter. Upon following up in the beginning of January we were advised by Lucas (general sales manager) that the vehicle order was rejected by Toyota Canada as the dealership didn’t meet their sales target. He said another order was placed and the new ETA was for end of March 2019. Couple of days later we were advised of a new ETA which now became end of May. When we contacted Toyota Canada to find out why the order was rejected, found out that order was never put through to begin with. Firstly Toyota Northwest messed up and lied about it. Secondly they knew this was a very important purchase for us and still failed to deliver. We have dealt with them for the past 22yrs and have seen the sales & service both going down hill. It’s all about quantity now rather than quality. Since then we have purchased another vehicle from Lexus and are very happy with the service.
Had a great sales associate named Alex and also Trevor in finance. Really smooth process from start to finish, no pressure sales tactics and Alex was very knowledgeable. Trevor in finance was able to get a great deal for me which ended up being below my original budget . Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

My brother in law suggested that I go to Northwest Toyota to service my vehicle. I brought my Toyota 4Runner in for routine oil change/prepare for winter. I dealt with Hanan and she made the process so easy. I sat and had a coffee in their café waiting area while I waited for my vehicle. To my surprised my vehicle was ready very quick. Hanan dealt with all my questions so promptly/professionally and definitely took extra time to ensure my questions were answered. It is difficult to find this degree of customer service these days. Its nice to be able to walk into a dealership and feel comfortable as if you are at home!! Keep up the good work.
Toyota northwest is one of the best dealerships I have ever been serviced at! I brought Tundra in the other day late afternoon, it was very busy and I did not have an appointment and i needed a quick oil change. Nellie was on it so fast to get me set up and get my vehicle in and made sure the technicians topped off my fluids and put air in my tires! I was in and out in less than an hour! Very nice showroom and lots of space outside for the vehicles. As I browsed the vehicles I was only asked once if I needed any help which was much appreciated as I have had bad experiences with other dealership's repeatedly asked me. Blake was very knowledgeable about the vehicle line up and what the dealership has to offer. I will recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends who are looking at getting into a Toyota.
Visited Toyota Northwest recently to check vehicle prices. The Sales team rep who assisted us was very courteous, knowledgeable & professional. However, the General Sales Manager wanted us to first commit to buy from Toyota Northwest before providing any financing/lease rates. Buying a brand new car always comes with spending significant cost. Compelling customers to buy car is not a good sales tactic. Truly disappointed with the way Toyota Northwest leadership treat prospective customers.
Service department time estimates are never accurate.
I have had my vehicle serviced here for approximately 2 years and 5+ appointments. Without exaggeration, not once has the vehicle maintenance been completed in less than double the estimate. Today I was scheduled to get a block heater installed. They said about an hour and a half. It’s been 3 hours and twenty minutes and counting. They even had me come in today as it wasn’t as busy as the day I wanted.
All I get are apologies. Unfortunately those don’t make up for the time lost here repeatedly. I have been to other Toyota dealerships in Edmonton and their times are more accurate. If you care about your time, I’d suggest going elsewhere for your service. I was told I could go to any Toyota dealership even though I purchased my car here. I believe it’s time for me to exercise that option.

I just purchased my first Toyota and my experience at Toyota Northwest Edmonton was amazing! Alex (salesman) and Ali (finance) were very personable and accommodated all my requests without any pressure. They were even kind enough to donate an item from their store for my son’s hockey team silent auction fundraiser! Definitely a place I would recommend to friends and family!

Last Month I was on a road trip and my car had a major breakdown and fixing it was about 8,000 $, which is a lot of money for me. I was pretty heartbroken with the situation. Than I spoke with Alex and Dominic about the situation. Not only they bought my my broken car for a good price but also they gave me a very good deal for buying a new Corolla. Their customer service is excellent.
Also I want to give a shout out to Hanan in the service department. She was very helpful and amazing.

Gave great pricing and sales service. Coreena was responsive to questions and answered over text quickly. Finance department was super slow. Waited 30 minutes just to pay for the vehicle.
Other than the wait...the service is actually exceptionally good. I think the car I got was a lemon but Northwest is doing the best they can to make it better which is all you can ask for as their hands are tied by Toyota.

I live 1000km away and I wanted to buy a truck to surprise my brother for his birthday They went above and beyond to get the truck ready and to have it delivered on time and to record his reaction. Walked in the showroom to look at the 2019 CH-R. Spent about 10-15 minutes but was never approached by a sales representative. I am impressed by how clean spacious and well organized the showroom was.

My salesperson, Simon, was incredible. He showed me many options, had me test drive multiple cars, and made sure I ended up in a vehicle I knew I'd love. He answered the many questions I had, and ended up seating me in one of my dream cars.
Maja in finance worked well with me, to get me the best deals possible in payments and warranty. I was approved for financing very fast too.
Rick also listened to all my concerns and worked with me, to make sure I was getting the best deal for myself to make this all work.

Buying from Northwest has been an excellent experience, while I was dreading having to buy a vehicle at all. I went in not intending to buy, but to narrow down and test drive as a lukewarm first step. Paul was excellent to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. Everyone was direct and to the point - there was zero pressure and I've left with a new 4Runner feeling like I got a really good deal while dealing with really nice people. I have typically not enjoyed buying vehicles, but wouldn't hesitate buying from Northwest again. Their philosophy for how they treat customers has earned these great reviews!
Ali and Brett were great in trying to find a vehicle that works within my budget by suggesting different options and being patient with me. Especially when I didn’t know what I really wanted yet. Brett worked with my busy schedule and came to help, even when he was not supposed to be working at that time. They deserve a great rating!
I made a decision on a vehicle and put a payment down to hold the vehicle subject to a refund because I wanted to sleep on it before I made a down payment.
Ultimately, I decided not to proceed with the vehicle and chose to get a refund instead. I thanked them for their help and Ali made sure that I saw someone from the finance department quickly.
This is where the service went downhill fast. I was introduced to the finance director who did not look away from his computer, make any sort of eye contact, offer a handshake, or offered a seat to my girlfriend and I. Nothing.
He gave me the terminal to refund and we promptly left the office.
I guess it’s all smiles when buying the cars but 0 customer service if you decide not to proceed.

I recently dealt with Northwest Toyota on a 2019 Tacoma and had the pleasure of meeting quite a number of their sales and management team. Everyone seemed to have a sincere interest in guiding the process to ensure my satisfaction and to maintain an excellent level of customer service .
My sales person Alex was brand new, but even he had an impressive understanding of the product and provided great customer service.
Overall it has been an excellent buying experience, especially considering some of my prior car buying trials at other local dealerships. I would definitely recommend Northwest Toyota to any of my friends or family members.

Worst service we've ever gotten at a dealer. Came in with a postcard stating we could get $100 for test-driving a new vehicle. First off, the guy serving is couldn't even register our driver's license, couldn't make the machine work. Then, he made my husband fill out a form on his computer that took forever. Finally, when everything seemed ready to go, the manager sends a Credit Application form for us to fill out BEFORE the test drive, which would show up on our credit record. NEVER was this necessary at any other dealer. We refused. "Sorry sir, in this case we can't move forward". My answer to them is "Sorry, Kingsway Toyota, I will never ever buy from you and your $100 gimmick has lost you a customer for life." A true lesson on how to not treat customers.
I was taken care by very professional, very knowledgeable people. Explained in detail the various features of the RAV4 without pressure to buy or to spend more than what I needed to. All the people from the sales manager to the salesperson were very kind

Together with Justin Raspier and Catherine from Finance department they made this sale goes smooth and effective.
They met all my expectations and in short period I walked out with my new car- upgraded from Rav4.
It was fantastic day- I love my car and would recommend particularly this dealership and Maja Harding to deal with.
