I bought my mini cooper from this dealership last December. After having the car for a few weeks it started to act up and I tried contacting them with no luck on getting a call back. Now having the car for only 10 months the computer went in it and I'm looking at a $3000.00 fix for the computer alone. There are multiple other problems as well. Just one week ago I tried calling to talk to the general manager, he wouldn't take my call and the receptionist said she would send him an email for him to call me back. I'm still waiting. I can't afford to fix the car and I'm very disappointed that after the paperwork was signed they wouldn't return my calls or help me out. I won't be going back to them.

I was passing through Alberta in November and my vehicle broke down. I limped to the nearest Toyota, which was in Drayton Valley. Outstanding service. It was a very unique situation, and I was stranded in Alberta. Diana at the counter and Mark the mechanic went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They came up with a solution to get me back on the road a 1-2 days faster, which was huge. It took me a while to get on this review, but I didn't forget. I have owned many vehicles over the span of 20+ years. I have been to many dealerships and garages all over Canada. Experiences are overwhelmingly bad, and you often have to pay a premium for it. I really appreciate everything. If I lived in Alberta, this would be my Dealer/Mechanic for my Toyota. Fantastic. 5 Star

I love my 2013 Toyota Venza. It's reliable, roomy, stylish and has power to handle the rough winter roads we've had this year.
