Met Adam Boyd on Saturday and right away after I sent in info Mellisa Lebo emailed me. I met Adam and wow what an experience so helpful but I told him of other dealers we have dealt with , it was brutal . Went home told my wife Kathy and said you have to meet this guy. I told kathy he was Gm of dealership. We went back Monday morning and he treated us like Family and that’s when we met Mellisa and Geoff the process was so relax and enjoyable. My wife deals with chronic pain and stress is not a good fit for her and I work in Fort Mac so I’m only home 1/2 time my shift is 7/7 so if the 2019 4Runner needed service she would have to bring it in and being respected was a big concern . I am so impressed with the staff and professionalism of this place I can’t say it enough. I tell everyone to shop At stampeded and we only live 5 minutes from country hills Toyota but I rather deal with stampede everything is transparent and they are so honest something we never saw at other dealerships . If you want a dealership who is honest and cares about you go to stampede Toyota . They truly rock . We feel so happy and bonus they have nail salon for Kathy . Also we love out 4Runner I have always bought Gm but Kathy has had Toyota boy am I glad we got new 4 runner but more than anything it’s the people and staff like this is what makes them Number 1 in our eyes.

My wife took our 2013 Camry to see about a check engine warning light on Oct 18, 2017. Uzman Ijaz at Stampede Toyota supervised servicing of the problem which was diagnosed as a bad fuel problem and advised that the complete fuel system be purged at a cost of $853.00. The service department did not keep a fuel sample as evidence to present to my fuel supplier. I always buy my fuel from the same supplier, Calgary Co-op. They checked their system and records thoroughly and found no other complaints nor any indication of the presence of contaminated fuel on the fueling date in question nor before or afterward. I always keep my car in a locked garage and the car's gas filler cap can only be accessed by opening the access door from the inside of the car, so there is practically no possibility of third party interference.
The only other apparent possibility is that Stampede Toyota either intentionally or unintentionally diagnosed, treated and charged for repair of a problem that did not exist. I did not get a satisfactory explanation of the problem from Stampede Toyota, indeed what they told me was somewhat inconsistent with what they initially told my wife, nor did they produce concrete evidence of the fuel contamination. Readers may draw their own conclusions as to where trust should be placed here and who is at fault.

Took my Rav4 in for a wheel alignment. Went to pick it up the next day. Got a block away and realized that the steering wheel was turning left but it was driving and tracking straight. Took it back and had to leave it over night again. We live out of town 1hr, so I was let’s just say I WAS NOT HAPPY! AT ALL!! The service manager made it right and delivered my car to my house!

I cannot find enough kind adjectives to describe the staff at Stampede Toyota, they are that exemplary. My initial intent was to get some additional information and pricing on a Tacoma, I was shopping and comparing it to another truck. I was upfront on my purpose with Leo, the sales person and explained what I was looking for. Leo very knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely eager to assist in my inquiry. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that same evening and it was all due to the service that each person in the purchasing process provided.

This is the first time I have walked into an auto dealership and not felt pressured, cajoled, badgered into purchasing a vehicle. It was THE nicest experience of all my vehicle purchase exploits.

Even after the purchase I had some questions, they were all answered promptly and professionally which further enhanced the overall experience.

Whenever I walk into the dealership, everyone I have dealt with remember who I am and seem genuinely interested, I am not just a "number".

I have been going to Stampede Toyota service dept 4 times yearly,for 5 years! The whole group are beyond professional and personable. They genuinely care for their customers. I brought my puppy there once (4 years ago) and they still ask me how she is! Love the coffee service, the big TV and mostly the manicure service that is available at all visits. It helps pass the time. But mostly I like their friendly interaction with all customers. The actual service is reasonably priced and I feel they are honest and don't try to nickle and dime you with extras at your maintenance check ups... like some dealerships do. I GIVE THEM 5 OUT OF 5 RATING!

My relative had a really rocky start with these guys when she was purchasing her first vehicle. All of us were extremely upset on her behalf. After multiple attempts to voice her concerns, the New Vehicle Sales Manager finally stepped up to the plate and rectified the issue. Although I still don't think the issue should've happened to begin with/shouldn't have taken my relative multiple attempts to try and resolve, in the end, I'm glad it was dealt with in a respectful and professional manner that really demonstrated how Toyota truly does care about their customers. 0 stars: because of lack of empathy, lack of information, and lack of understanding,
4 stars: for being excellent at deceiving people, ignoring calls
"DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT", "DO NOT give anything till you are 1000% sure" always remember a "sales person" is representing the dealership and not you! your interests are the least of his/her concern.
A year ago we stepped into to look for a family vehicle and were only interested in browsing till we all as family decided which vehicle was suitable for "the family". So, we (me and my brothers) found a vehicle but we were not ready to finalize till the head of the house was around "my dad" so the salesman said no problem how about you do a deposit of 5000$ and I was like my credit limit is 3000 so will have to wait till my dad gets here. The sales man never mentioned that a deposit could be as low as 500$? and took 3000, so my dad got there liked the vehicle and we decided to "sign a contract". The car was suppose to be under his name, insurance was under his name etc. but I paid the deposit because i was talked into it "the vehicle maybe gone" etc. So we get home and find out some issue with insurance, and not as we had planned to had to back out, so I called immediately and said to hold the process and the finance manger said so held and we ended up canceling the contract. Now, I am not in touch with my family for various reasons, and can not afford a vehicle on my own, and "stampede Toyota" will not make a refund but has told me the credit can be applied to another purchase. So a broke student, with thousands in student loans and still in school is losing 3000$ to "stampede Toyota" . I didn't sign a contract, the car was not for me, we made it clear that the car was for my dad, so why was I talked into giving the deposit, my signatures are not on any of the contracts so they can ask my dad for the 3000? not me!! this dealership could embrace some empathy in this season of giving, and understand that those 3000$ is such a fraction in hundred-thousands they probably make in sales everyday, and that 3000 would make the difference for me in having a shelter and food for few months.
this vehicle was suppose to be for my dad, I just got talked into giving my credit card information and a deposit but I never signed anything, it was my dad so if anyone has any guidance or word of advice please do share after reading my post. happy holidays.

Very poor customer service, they wanted me to do good reviews exchange of a free oil change and I don’t do that because I didn’t get what I was promised. Also the sales manager got lots of attitude and he think all East Indian people get there dealership for free stuff. The Service department is terrible they want money for listening your concerns. I end up asking the guy to take credit card but please listen what I have to say. Never will go back to this place again. I was a very loyal customer for 10 years.

Good dealership with good team and customer services! It's was not my first vehicle with these guys, and it won't be the last.

Rubina (sales) and Adam (manager) assisted me this time. They don't just focus on profit, so talk to them, they are willing to work with you. They were able to lower my monthly payment for $70, when I changed my old truck to a new one.

On a side note: new Tacoma (2017) has more features, than the previous model. It feels more like an actual truck now. If you think switching, I'd recommend it.

The service department staff has always been extremely knowledgable, helpful, courteous and professional. The waiting room is comfortable and well equipped, even offering a free manicure. I called in about a 2005 used car that came in on their lot that day. It was in beautiful shape and was very nicely touched up by their detailing department. We worked out a deal that was over SIGNIFICANTLY lower in price than all other dealers in calgary for this type of vehicle. My parents had very similar service with their toyota from stampede as well.. I worked with all 5 Toyota dealerships in calgary and not one of them came close to Stampedes service and pricing!
