I have never been more dissatisfied with a dealership in my life. What Subaru did to me is robbery.. Let's first start by saying the Service Manager has very little training in cars or vehicles and I have VIDEO proof of him and I speaking ( no you can not see his face but you can hear him and I )At one point he even agrees with me and says it shouldn't have taken that long. My appt. time was 9:15 ( I had taken the day off work) upon arrival I was told my car wouldn't be looked at until 4pm. My concerns were my car was stuck in sport mode and at one point my heat stopped working , which is taken care of by looking at the fuse panel. The first thing you would look at is fuses, run the diagnostic and fix the issue. That was the last thing they did after chasing wires for apparently 4 hours . They called to tell me it would be $400 and the bill was $583! It took them 4 hours of labour to tell me a fuse was MISSING?! I am a car enthusiast and I have worked on many cars in my life, I had checked all the fuses before bringing in the car and got my heat working again on my own and NOT ONE WAS MISSING! When talking to the Service Manager he continued to give me a run around of information as to to why it took 4 hrs to find a missing fuse. I was told in order to get a my bill reduced that I would have to speak to someone else who would call me on Friday . It is now Monday. I suggest that you bring your car to a knowledgeable professional who can actually diagnose issues instead of asking you to open your wallet for them to pass time in the shop!! The rental car company they are associated with have a lack of professionalism and brought his anger from previous clients into our meeting . He left before I could pay him and charged my credit card after I specifically told him I would pay debit . All and all I will never go back to this dealership again and spreading the word to other STI owners to never go to this place if you require service. I sent this to the dealership this morning, they sent called me and said I was black mailin

This guys denied the warranty on my 2016 wrx with only 34 000 km they are saying Subaru Canada did the investigation and said that the ECM has been modified to enhance performance of the engine. But the car engine, transmission and exhaust has never been modified at any way. And they refuse to provide the report about that

All the staff at Marino's Subaru are excellent - friendly, helpful and totally cooperative. Franciso gave us a good deal on a new Outback and we picked this dealership because of him. While sales staff are in business to make money for the company, we found him to be very honest and upfront about the value of different options etc. - no pushiness like the old days. He's been in business for 31 years and knows the value of developing a good relationship with customers.

In every interaction with Aldrin nothing is a problem, he accommodates in every way without having to be asked and always says "you're a busy person, I want to get you back on the road as fast as possible". Worst service to be in!!! Do not deal with these scammers. They are irresponsible and they lie ti your face without any shame. (Purchased brand new range rover sport from this dealership and car was in the service for 3.5 month in first 4 month of ownership and they blame me for issues in the car also lied to my face and when i prove them I wasn’t lying they even refuse to service me)

I just picked up my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport today. I had an awesome experience with the staffs. Iouri is amazing and very knowledgeable of the product, warranties, features, etc. Brendan was clear and very professional with explaining the lease term agreements. They listened to all of my questions and answered them. As a first time buyer, they never pushed sales but rather showed me the vehicles and to try it out to see if I liked it. I really enjoyed their customer service. Even the receptionist was very warm and friendly. I felt so welcome here. I would definitely recommend friends, families, and acquaintances to Marino's Auto. Excellent service guys! Thanks for the Subie keychains!

Awful experience! Had to spend countless dollars on repairs that should have been covered by the warantee. There was once a very large decal on the back window that the dealer agreed to remove when negotiating at time of purchasing, 2 days after bringing the vehicle home it literally exploded to the same shape? very unprofessional when discussing the issue! buyers beware.

Great people to deal with. I went there to look at a car, which sadly had a deposit on it and was bought. Even so, The people at this dealership are honest and upfront. No one tried to up-sell me on a more expensive car, and they are currently keeping an eye out for something in my price range. Overall a great business, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru.

Very helpful dealership. I drive a Scion FR-S and after the Toyota dealership that I was dealing with couldn't get me lug nuts with the proper thread pitch, I was able to get them ordered up at Marino's within a few minutes. Placed the order on Saturday and the parts were in by Wednesday.

Was also looking for help getting OEM wheel locks off since I lost the adapter and the car came with them on. Even though they were doubtful that the Subaru patterns would work with the Toyota one, they let me drive into the garage anyways and tried it quickly anyways.

Very friendly and helpful staff, will be sure to come here the next time I'm looking for parts for my car.
