I recently bought a Subaru Crosstrek and corresponding winter tires from this dealership. From walking in to view and test drive the car, to sitting down and talking over the details of the sale, the experience was pleasant. I was working with Jordan and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. I had one concern about the vehicle and Jordan immediately took pictures and inquired how they could address my concern. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Hope you don't need them to actually answer their phone for parts etc. Called 15 times can not get through to anything but a voicemail.
Brought in my 2011 Subaru for comprehensive check before a long road trip. Dealer tried to tell me that I needed new front and rear rotors and pads and other things I didn't need, possibly because I'm a younger guy they thought I'd let them do the services.
I had my neighbour (a mechanic) double check my rotors and pads and he said front have plenty of meat on them, 80% on the pads still and rear pads still have 50-60% on them. OS Subaru almost scammed me out of hundreds of dollars.
As a law student, I can say that they were almost as bad as lawyers lol!
Been trying to get ahold of service and the parts line for 2 days now and no one will answer me. I’ve called each line multiple times both days.

My review keeps getting deleted from here. I'll keep it short. My wife and I came in to buy a used car. We agreed upon a fair trade in price for my wife's previous car. St the time of signing the paperwork they had changed this amount dramatically to less then a junkyard would pay. They outright lies about the agreement. Much negotiation was required with the salesperson and manager to reach a more fair agreement. The staff were quite impolite. The salesperson was ready with the immediate response of "but you don't have that on paper" when I had mentioned our previously agreed upon price for the trade-in. Lying about it is what really left such a bad taste in out mouths. We both buy Nissans now from Collingwood.
Called looking for a car after contacting -2 other Subaru dealerships . This one called me next day. Others still haven't contacted me 6 months later. Went in ordered my new car. Quite friendly happy to help staff here.

This team provides fantastic customer service. I had some work done on my Crosstrek by a third party that resulted in a couple of pins that connect the black trim to the rear wheel well being left off. My local Mississauga dealer did not have these parts, but I was driving up to my cottage and passed by the Owen Sound dealer, so dropped in. Despite the parts dept being closed for almost half an hour, someone let me in, got me the right parts (the dealer down south had the wrong parts identified) and even installed them. Fantastic and they went well above and beyond. They are now my goto dealer for repairs!
I bought my Subaru here. The staff were all fantastic to deal with - sales, service department and even reception are a pleasure. I love my car and I will definitely buy my next one at this dealership as well.

My wife recently booked her Impreza in for maintenance and recall work. The dealership preformed the wrong service for both the age and kilometres on the vehicle.
Staff was more than happy to pull windshield wipers off the car to pressure me into buy new ones from them.
After the car was already back in the parking lot and the keys were returned I was informed that the front brakes are dry and need to be lubricated. Lubrication of the brakes is indicated in the warranty manual as part of the required service. In my opinion offering this service would have been far more useful than his window wiper sales pitch.
After realizing the wrong maintenance was done we contacted the dealership. We were told that they would never schedule a C maintenance on the weekend and sent a quote for the work to be done. Half of the quite included work that had already been completed according to the service invoice.
This dealership’s lack of knowledge of their own product and poor customer service is upsetting.
Great service friendly and helpful
My wife and I were vacationing in the area when our Outack was involved in a minor collision with a classic car that lost its brakes. Not wanting to deal with an insurance claim while on vacation, and needing an oil change anyway, I called to book the service and see if they could secure any loose parts before we drive home at the end of the week. I was half expecting them to be booked up on such short notice, and to have to beg to have them look at it at all. Instead they said, "How about 1pm tomorrow?"
The oil service was cheaper than expected, and the securing of a unclipped bumper skin and a broken fog light was done at no charge. This really was a case of a dealer going above and beyond to help someone. Thanks guys!
Owen sound Subaru is awesome, I had trouble with my Cross treck , and they fixed it up. Staff is awesome and friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend this establishment to get your vehicle repaired.

Bought a new outback, felt we did not the vehicle we wanted after it arrived missing several features we asked about. We were told that as we did not want the "Eyesight" option we last the rest of the features we were after. If we were told this prior, we would have purchased a different vehicle....Probably still an outback, but with the option.
I requested a oil change for my vehicle and was given a date 6 weeks out. I asked if they had a problem with staffing the service department and they said yes and offered no apology or alternative.
As usual always get in at scheduled appointment time and service is great along with friendly staff.
I am normally not a fan of car dealerships. The truth is I got burned a few times in the past. When I was moving to Owen Sound, I gave these guys a chance although at the back of my head I was certain they would prove to be the same as my past experiences (scare tactics, overpriced, pushy for more work than really needed, etc). I must admit that they pleasantly surprised me that first time, so I went back as needed, usually getting other quotes as well. The price is right but even more importantly, they only sell me the work I really need. Here is the kicker; I recently started giving them work on my other (not Subaru) Japanese vehicle and am very happy as well.

Great new and used vehicles. Comfortable waiting area with Wifi, cable tv and refreshments available for customers. Miscommunication between staff can cause delays and confusion.
