While driving from Niagara to Orillia, my wheel started to make a loud noise. I was going to schedule a repair after returning home to Niagara. My daughter who lives in Orillia was concerned and called the Subaru of Orillia and explained the situation. The service department felt that the wheel noise should be corrected prior to my returning home.
The service department was able to find an opening and the problem was resolved the next day.
The service department made the extra effort to help me.

Terrible experience. They outright refused to repair a defective dealer-installed part. Also, they would not honour their word and pay a small referral fee for sending a few customers their way. I was shocked to see this level of dishonesty from a dealership that used to have a good reputation. They won’t see me there again.
Bought my 07 wrx from here, Thomas Gogosis was a very helpful sales representative, also a close friend. Made my dreams come true and helped me out with everything. No matter the concern or questions I had, he was able to manage everything and get me all settled. Very big Thanks to the mechanics as well. Anytime I need maintenance done, they do it in a reasonable amount of time with no issues. Very thankful to have talented people on this team provide customers (such as myself) with great customer service.

I always dreamed of owning a WRX and I finally bought one. Upon delivery someone damaged the front bumper but I was promised it would be fixed. As an employee of Subaru of Orillia at the time I took their word for it. After 8 months they never took care of me and when I voiced my concern to management they fired me.. I lost my dream job during Covid and they sold me a damaged car at full price. As a former employee of Subaru of Orillia I strongly suggest no one go here. I've never felt like I've been taken advantage of so bad and it was by the company I've been praising and working my butt off for..

Worst Subaru dealership.
I knew dealerships are just for your money but this dealership is pretty much the worst. Everything they promised they lied about. At the document signing they even removed the loyalty discount which any dealership has to honor not just them. Very arrogant and acted like they are always right.
We have been dealing with Kevin Fletcher for the last 7 years. Kevin has helped us with the purchasing of our last two vehicles. He has always been up front and honest with us as well as a friend that we referred to him and has made the purchase process easy and enjoyable. He has always been availablle and willing to help in any way he can. We look forward to continuing our relationship with him as he workes with Orillia Subaru.

I quite unexpectedly went to Subaru of Orillia on a road trip with a friend due to a minor concern she was having. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. I met a young lady named Tracey Wing who impressed us so much with her help and assistance and genuine concern I felt I had to say something . I highly recommend Subaru of Orillia and the Service Department and that Tracey Wing knows what Customer Service means and goes above and beyond what would be expected from other dealerships which is mainly don’t waste my time. She was extremely helpful and got us on our way quickly. His kind nature and excellent customer service made the experience a memorable one. I will definitely be returning when my car is due for replacement.
I just have to take a minute and write about my wonderful experience with Orillia Subaru. I phoned in with a question and thankfully the wonderful Mellisa Istead answered the call. Not only did Melissa help answer my question but she made sure I was well taken care of. She listened to everything I had to say and even asked questions herself to make sure she understood what I needed. It blew me away because this was just a call but Melissa made it seem like I was right in the dealership with her face to face . She was so happy and so friendly. I called in to the dealership the other day Mellisa who answered the phone is so pleasent and cheerful it was great to have such a happy person answering the phone. I have been in the dealership with a friend looking for a car and Brad was the salesman that was helping her , I found him to be so helpful. It was a great experience. I used to drive a Jeep and briefly a Honda. 2 years ago I purchased a used 2010 Impreza and it has been such a pleasure to drive, definitely my favorite car. At the same time my parents purchased a brand new Legacy. The love their car and my mom always says it’s so much fun to drive. While purchasing our cars every one at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, 2 years later it’s the exact same vibe. In the 2 years minor mistakes were made but we are all human so it happens, when telling them they would always apologize and fix it right away. I will continue to buy my vehicles from here for the long run. I have never been happier with a vehicle or customer service. Can’t wait to do business with you again!

I wish there were an option for 5, 6 or millions of stars. Seriously; if you are in the game of getting a Subaru-these are your guys. Teddy was knowledgable and personable and after all our research we were happy to hear true and consistent information from someone who has been in the business for 18 YEARS!! Mike the Sales Manager was truly a treat. There are NO hidden anything with these guys. I usually am very inquisitive and stern on my budgets and these guys worked with me every step of the way and answered every question. Fair and honest pricing and a few of my friends now have been serviced by Teddy specifically so I know where I will be going for my future vehicles. Amazing!!!!
Although having had a poor experience at Subaru of of Orillia in 2016, since I decided to give them another chance, I cannot give anything but amazing reviews with my recent experiences. Mark and his team of staff have gone beyond my expectation to treat me with respect and make me feel like part of the Subaru family. Beverley is a ray of sunshine at the front desk, always greeting me with a huge smile and great conversation during my service. Eugene is an exceptional communicator, always keeps me up to date with my service needs. Teddy is my go-to sales guy and is always up for a good chat and a laugh.
I struggled for years with an oil consumption problem in my 2011 Forester. I consistently had to top up 2-4L of oil in between oil changes. Subaru of Orillia applied for a warranty claim and got the work done. I have not had one issue since getting the fix and couldn’t be happier!
When owned by Davenport Subaru this dealership was beyond terrible. Since plaza bought it the dealership has turned around but it has left a bad enough taste that I am hesitant to return.

I just want to thank the Service team for replacing my pads and rotors on my 2016 BMW 320i X drive. I was so impressed with how I was treated. I am confident my car is back to factory safety spec.
It was great to know that even though I don’t have a Subaru that I can service my vehicle with them. They are known for their great service on Subaru Vehicles and now they can add BMW’s to that. Thanks to everyone involved.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Besides the issues to my car I was constantly promised things that didn't happen (like being promised a loaner car on one day and not getting it until 3 days later). After getting my car back it has issues it didn't have before as well as damage to my $350 snowboard bindings and after calling to get this fixed they told me to book an appointment for more money than the thousands already spent (I didn't even bring up the bindings because if past experience has taught me anything they do not care). If you're going to buy a Subaru car (which I'm not even close to recommending) don't even think about taking it here. Absolutely terrible.
Don't buy a car here! I brought a brand new 2018 Subaru from here and the car came with scratches on it and a few small dents on it. They admitted it was their fault and would only offer one free oil change. Also they added charges and fee to the bill that I didn't want or ask for and when I brought that to their attention they apologized and said they would remove them I was like okay but they never did. Update I had to report this dealership to the OMVIC as they added chargers and a warranty to my bill even in the contract you have 30 days to cancel and they wouldn't honour their own contract I got the charges revised in the end but just let that be a lesson to you make sure your dealer doesn't try and add stuff to your bill

Last weekend we were away and decided to take the backroads home for a leisurely drive through the mountains. We came across a road not assumed by the township and with a full tank of gas we headed in. Single lane, hairpin turns and steep hill. The subaru handled beautifully--felt, safe and secure the whole way. Thank you to Davenport Subaru and their great staff for putting my family into our Impreza!
I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Davenport Subaru. Ted (aka Santa) was a diligent, patient and professional salesman throughout the process. There was no pressure and no games. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were also personable and professional. For a person who HATES the car buying process this purchase was painless.
We chose to deal with Davenport Subaru initially because of the incredible community support Mike and his team have demonstrated. When we first approached Mike last year, he gave us unselfish advice and recommended we not trade in our vehicle at that time. He did this knowing he might lose a sale. However, as soon as our lease was due with our Honda, we returned to Mike. He spent a lot of time going over different options and finally helped us find a 2013 Impreza that's ideal for our needs.
In addition to Mike's great advice and the tailored package he put together to meet our needs and budget, the rest of the team at Davenport has been incredibly friendly and committed to making sure our experience has been a positive one.
I would definitely recommend Davenport Subaru for having a great product and service, and for being a great corporate citizen in Orillia.
I have been dealing with Mr. Davenport for 19 years and have little to complain about. As for honesty in business... Mike and his staff are angels !!! I have never been made to feel uncomfortable or intimidated by his sales staff....I have been dealing with Mr. Brad Benson for sales for a while now and he has been very patient with my questions and any silly concerns I may have ! The Service department has never tried to sell me repairs or parts that were not needed. Myself I feel this dealership does offer a family atmosphere.
