I have my Crosschek serviced at Markham Subaru for several times .This morning Anthony was my service rep . I was very happy with his courteous manner and detailed explanations to every question I asked. I highly recommend Markham Subaru to my friends.
I would give 10 stars if I was allowed. Not only they have the best salesman Gordon who sold me my Crosstrek one year ago, their service advisor Tonia is top notch...always cheerful and attentive, very customer-oriented.
I brought Vicky Wong’s Forester (nice car!) for service, she is my wife and it’s her first car in Toronto... I told Anthony Li the same, we saved his name in our contacts for Subaru because he is doing legendary client service that will impress to all customers.
Regards to Markham Subaru’s other Services, I will be reminded the booking appointments, car wash and shuttle services provided, even in a experience I called Anthony for checking washer fluids, he tried to offer it in the same day and also provided a car wash after checking... these all added more values on top of a nice car. I fixed the door trim this time, the work done nicely and it is absolutely perfect to me!

Brought my car in for service and was greeted by Anthony Li, on Feb 10, 2020. He was very nice and took his time to explain what was going to happen to my vehicle. I was then quickly shuttle home, with Fred the driver, whom was very friendly and fun to drive home with. When home within an hour or so, Anthony called saying the car is in good shape and that the mechanic noticed the wheel bearing was gone and needed to be replaced. BUT, I was informed my warranty would take care of this, and Anthony again took the time to explain the details. Anthony made my experience a total breeze and very easy! Never walked in a dealership feeling no one cares about my business. I am in the market of buying with Subaru being one of my choices of AWD SUV but the salesman didn't make me feel like he cares about my business when I asked questions, the answers were short and lack interest...just told me no promotion or deal and no inventory for model I was showing interest. No follow up intention with me other than told me to try back next week. The lot did look pretty empty maybe I just missed a big sales or they have too many customers than inventory....regardless don't think I will be back if I know my business is not being valued there.
I have a pleasant purchase experience in Markham Subaru. Carlo, the General Manager is very nice to offer a good deal to me. Ollie, the Sales Person is a very patient, helpful and responsible staff. David, the Business Manager is kind to offer good deal on Extended Warranty and Rust Protection. The other staff in showroom are nice too. Got my Forester here. Before that I went to Nissan, Ford, Toyota, GMC, Volvo, etc., but this dealer has the best sales services. Ollie really wanted to help and did help quite a lot to get me a dream car. He was like an old friend of mine. Jim was very thorough about financing terms, explaining everything in a humorous and intelligent way. Kinda feel fortunate to meet these guys. Shopping for a SUV these days and was hoping to look at the Forester. Roger the agent was nice and advised me that the 2019 model was practically sold out with just one demo left. No business was made today but I appreciate him taking a brief moment to chat so 5 stars. I will shop around and come back in a few months, assuming I haven't already purchased one elsewhere. Our car buying experience at Markham Subaru was absolutely perfect! We were first greeted by the staff and were very welcomed. Carlo, the general manager, was so gracious and welcoming! He made us feel very comfortable and asked us how he could be of assistance to us. He introduced us to Ollie who then continued to make our experience so comfortable and enjoyable! He answered all the questions we had, took us out in the vehicles, in which we were interested and allowed us to experience each one. After our decision, he explained everything to us in detail, patiently, answering all of our questions. David did a great job explaining finances. On arrival of our car, Ollie spent close to a couple of hours, explaining and demonstrating the functionality of the car, again, very patiently and accurately.
Both Carlo and Ollie have kept in contact to ensure that we are comfortable with the car and our needs are met.

After reading so many reviews (both good and bad) about this dealership, I'm impressed by the responses from the GM especially on bad ones. The GM keeps up the responses for years and show me that the dealership does concern about customer satisfactions. I'll definitely give this dealership a try since I'm in the market for a SUV.
We had a great experience with Ollie at Markham Subaru. He is a great salesman and very personable. We did end up purchasing a vehicle there recently. The vehicle was in great shape and we are really happy with it! The car detailing and cleaning was okay. I feel as though there should have been a little more attention paid to cleaning the interior of the vehicle. The one other that shocked us was that they offered to fill the gas tank for a fee prior to taking the car off the lot. We found that a full tank of gas is pretty standard when purchasing a vehicle at any other dealerships we’ve been to. However, overall we had a great experience and Ollie was truly a pleasure to work with. I would gladly recommend him anytime.

I've been taking my WRX to Markham Subaru for services for the last eight years, and I've never had any issues or complaints. The prices are fair, services are done well, and the staff are both friendly and accommodating. Recently we decided to trade in our other car to a Forester, and I can safely say that it was by far the least stressful car buying experience that we've ever had.
Faye, our sales rep, was patient in answering all our questions, showed us all the features, took us for a test drive, and not once pushed us to make a decision on the spot. No "if you leave now you'll miss this deal" type of thing. Likewise, after purchasing the vehicle we were not pushed into buying any extended warranty, rust protection, etc.

I have used Subaru over 10 years. The reason of it is because I trust this car - Subaru. A woman like me has very limited knowledge about car and therefore I need a reliable car to take me everywhere. I found it - Subaru. Driving it I feel comfortable, relaxed, stress-free and peaceful.
The other reason I like to use Subaru is because I like their staffs. Everyone in the store are friendly, helpful, happy and chatty. In particularly, Almond in the services department, it is because of him, I like to bring my car to do the service there. He is polite, honest, efficient and professional. Every time when I meet him at the service department I know my car is in good.hand. He never let me down.He does a good job, a good man and a good father.

I went here after struggling with the Subaru dealership in Richmond Hill for a year. The service at RH is pathetic (read my review under that location). They were unable to resolve a couple issues after 2-3 visits. I didn't get the sense they even cared. The technician there was useless and had no sense of customer service. Markham Subaru restored my faith; good customer service still exists. My whole experience here was very good. They sent me out for a test drive with a technician and within 2 hours he had clearly identified the causes of the 2 issues that had so baffled the people over at Richmond Hill. RH sent me out with the service counter rep to listen for a vibration noise I was hearing. He has no understanding of proper driving technique with a manual transmission (toe-heal/match revs) and then distorted my driving technique to the technician. Nothing worse than being sent out with an ignorant counter guy who has basic driving skills. What's the point of that? The technician there couldn't resolve it. When I described it to the Markham technician and told him what I was hearing, he didn't even need to hear the problem before making the right assumption it was a loose exhaust heat shield of some sort. RH couldn't resolve a AC issue despite 2-3 visits. (They initially told me that my car was one year old, with 11KM and the AC issue shouldn't be covered under warranty, but they would do me a favour! It wasn't even a question for Markham that it would be covered under warranty!) The Markham technician said there was an AC valve that was clearly leaking and questioned why it wasn't noticed before. Again, I was in and out of Markham within a couple hours. Excellent experience, great technician.Thanks to the team at Markham. I will be back for my future service and possibly buying needs.
