We just bought a used Forester from Brock Tufts in December and cannot say enough how great he and Bay Subaru were to deal with from start to finish. no pressure negotiations, extremely polite, listened, answered questions in great detail and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Brock also spent a good deal of time explaining the car as this is our first Subaru and many of the features were new to us. Excellent customer service, have enjoyed the vehicle so far and look forward to being a member of the Bay Subaru customers for a long time.
I’m not very trusting of sales people, but I will say this experience was different. The sales person that worked with me for my purchase was Josh and he was very straight forward, honest and up front with everything. The finance person named Sonia got me a rate lower than I expected and she was very quick at putting together the deal. Overall This dealership went the extra mile for me and delivered everything I wanted.

Wow. I have a problem in that I need to write the most glowing review, but I don't want to sound fake. The entire team at Bay Subaru who helped me were absolutely incredible. Ok dealership if you already know what Subaru you want and you are simply looking for a place to get it. If you are looking for good customer service, post delivery service or a quality service department I would recommend looking elsewhere. We had an obvious warranty claim on our windshield after just 6 weeks of ownership (2,300 km). 2023 Subaru Forester. Verified as a known defect by a reputable auto glass expert/technician. A known issue with Subaru Forester windshields, but denied by Bay Subaru. Now we have to pay for an insurance claim on our brand new vehicle for something that is a clear warranty issue. Very disappointing service. Special shout out to Troy and Jennifer for their especially terrible service. You can do better Bay Subaru.
They're super selfish, don't care about doing recalls and warranty , doing ANYTHING to the vehicle you own they'll void whatever they please. They refuse to answer emails, voicemails ect even at threat of legal action. If you value your safety and money go elsewhere.
We recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Troy. The experience was top notch! He was knowledgable and hospitable. We'd previously dealt with two other dealerships prior to contacting Bay Subaru and we knew this was were we were purchasing our vehicle - the energy was very different. It's been a month now and we couldn't be happier with our decision.
we were in crisis...home tire change resulted in wheel studs breaking off. called Bay Subaru and service was not able to help for 2 weeks and had no other suggestions or advice and was unwilling to discuss further. Wow...never going there

Took my forester in yesterday for 2 recalls, oil change and tire rotation. After 3 hours they called and said the recalls could not be done because of the dog barrier in the car. Of course they had time to do the 2 jobs I was paying for. I took time off work to have these recalls done and the manager offered no compensation for my wasted time .... only asked me to rebook. I will NEVER use this subaru dealership again!
If there was any way to give this dealership more than 5 stars I would! I was traveling through this area with my daughter and her girlfriend taking them both to Halifax for University. Just before Trenton, the check engine light started flashing, so we pulled into the Trenton On Route. We got towed over and they not only agreed to have a look on the spot, but they found the problem, fixed it and sent us on our way in less than hour! It took longer for CAA to get us there than for these professionals to completey make our day and our trip!! The entire Service Department was wonderful!!

Bought a used WRX in Ontario and was driving it home to the east coast when my check engine light came on. Bay Subaru was the closest dealership so we called and they said they would read our code as soon as we arrived. Checked it for us and confirmed it was a simple evap code that they cleared for us.

Just stopped in to check out the Crosstrek and Impreza after doing extensive online research. They were pretty dead but it was also later on a Saturday afternoon when I went and it was stupid hot out. The staff was friendly and didn't push me into anything. They tend to have limited stock as their line up is known to sell itself. So if your wanting to see a specific model or trim call ahead to see if they have it. I will seriously consider buying from here when I make up my mind.

I've been a loyal Bay Subaru customer since 2005, but no longer. I recently took my Impreza there for a basic service and a repair of a recalled brake light switch. I was told the car would be ready in two hours, but it ended up taking almost five hours. At no time did I receive a call from the service department indicating that there would be a delay. Service at this location has gone downhill over the past few years and I won't be back.

My wife and I just purchased a new Forester and we could not be happier. Troy and his team are great to deal with, very knowledgable and no pressure. This will be our 3rd Forester and they just keep getting better. Next purchase will again be a Subaru and it will be purchased at Bay Subaru. We got such wonderful service from Mike and the gang this morning. Dash lights came on right before the 7 hour drive home to New Jersey.
