I agree to the other review of Dmond Lee.
If google have minus star I will give to them following reason.

For the base situation. I was pretty good credit a year ago(even I could purchase Audi A6 without down payment anything). I have had accidentally spent a ton of money last year. All situation done, so I want to re track on my credit, I trade in both my car and start new finance.

1. They have fake advertisement. if you have bad credit they will not do that don't waste your time.

2. They don't communicate with customer some time the sale is not reply back over a week. when I visit his dealership the sales person playing(?) with his phone. the mean read and ignore he doesn't reply back even yes or no or wait something. Even I choose contact hour in their business hours. You will have bad experience if deal with them. Don't waste your time.

If you want to go with Subaru. Go to Wolfe Subaru looking for Mr.Coner. He was really good I recommend. or openroad Subaru.

3. I post screenshot too. They didn't give me back my deposit over couple week. since 16th April. Also they have no react or mention for the delay. What a rude!

4. I bought BRZ from them. Don't buy protection plan from them they will give you a ton of reason prepared to avoid claim even some dent or stone chips. waste your money.

I deal with several dealers in my life time. This is worst experience ever. Not everyone(Amy(?) in service depot she was kind and nice always) but at this time. in a couple month I will back my credit score almost. I will not go for deal Richmond Subaru again.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with the team at Richmond Subaru. We initially came in for a road test and had no plans to pull the trigger. Ronny was our sales person and he made us feel comfortable instantly. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, showed great rapport, and didn't pressure us at all. In the end, he earned our trust and we received an offer that we couldn't refuse.

Danielle from finance was also extremely helpful and we were very fortunate to have her experience on our side. I have a good experience in shopping for a 2020 Subaru Outback in Richmond Subaru. Nick Geisler is very helpful in explaining the operation and the features of the car model of my choice. We have exciting road tests of a couple models of the regular engine and the turbo engine. I choose the later for more power. Nick, his manager Ray and their service team deliver this brand new vehicle the following day. Nick further provides basic instruction prior to me driving away happily.

We honestly did not plan on buying a new car now, but we did!!! We had just started to look at new vehicles and dealerships that would suit our needs. We were looking at the Subaru Forester and similar size vehicles at other dealerships. I would strongly recommend never going to this dealership. My wife and I put a deposit on a vehicle and ended up deciding to buy another vehicle. The deposit (initially agreed upon to be easily refundable) was almost impossible to get back. It took phone calls to our sales rep, finance department and eventually two calls to the GM. Each time we called we were assured the deposit would be refunded, however, it never was. It took a month of back and fourth and was finally refunded after threading to file a better business bureau complaint. Be very careful making a deposit at this dealership.

Contacted them through website chat about a car I was interested in. The listing was so confusing. Description and title said hatchback, but the pics were of a sedan. Took them 3 days to call me back that too without an answer to my query.
When I asked: So the car I inquired about through chat is a sedan or hatchback? Mike: I am not sure. Really? Calling me after 3 days and telling me you aren't even sure about your own dealership car?
Ignoring my request to get more info about the above mentioned car, he kept pushing me to come in person and see what options are there.

Negative experience with Austin Warren. Came here with an excited young family member to learn more about a couple models only to leave disappointed. We booked an appointment and met Austin immediately upon arrival; however, he was quite distracted seemingly dealing with something else. As we were going over information, he would politely interrupt and say he had to "quickly check something". At least twice, we had to sit there and wait while he was attending to other matters. My assumption was that he quickly made the determination we were not going to proceed with a purchase that day, and therefore not worth his best effort.

After going over pricing and other details, we head out for the test drive which lasted no more than 10 minutes. Again, the entire time Austin was with us he was also communicating with another client, constantly checking his phone. The test drive was rushed and he wasn't mentally present with us 100%. As soon as we returned to the dealership, he answered a phone call from from another client and briefly dismissed us.

I recognize as a business, you will have to be selective in deploying your resources (time, money, etc.), and at that stage, our visit to the dealership was exploratory. We're still very keen on purchasing a Subaru within the next 12 months, but it will definitely NOT going to be from this dealership.

Went in to Richmond Subaru to see how they could help me into a new car. I had actually put a deposit down at another local dealership, but they didn't have the colour i wanted, so they had to ship it in. After getting the run around for 2 weeks, and after 2-3 broken promises on the delivery date, i had had enough... I was now in NEED of a vehicle.

I dealt with John in Richmond. I explained my situation to him and although they didn't have the trim package I wanted, they did have the next model up. I told them what I was paying with the other dealership and they gave me very competitive price for the car. It was a bit more than I was going to pay, but not much, and I was happy to have the higher trim model. They even threw in most of the extras that I had asked for. By the end of the day, I drove away with a new car, and got my deposit back from the other dealer. John was patient, understanding and very helpful. I also met the sales manager (Kevin) who was very helpful... at the other dealer, the sales manager was kept very private and secret to isolate the negotiation process. I appreciated being able to meet the people I'm dealing with. Thanks Richmond Subaru and John for helping me work out a deal!

I was at Richmond Subaru yesterday and purchased my very first Subaru. and wow! talk about good client experience!. i had a chance to deal with the sales Manager Tyler directly and he was professional, friendly and efficient. Fantastic service department---bought our 2008 Outback here, and have been coming back ever since. Richmond Subaru has treated us incredibly well. The best customer service anywhere, in my opinion, compared to past experiences with different dealers across town (including Honda, Toyota, Ford, Nissan). Fast, efficient and courteous service every time, along with clear explanations and no b.s.
