We came to the dealership to buy a used pickup truck. To my delight the salesperson Bo explained all possible options an took his time to understand our particular needs. After that he was able to work out a deal for a new truck that was in our budget. We are very happy that we decided to visit this dealership after talking first to Peel Chrysler.

I was referred to Bo and My Mississauga Chrysler after having a bad experience with another dealership. After the first call I realized he was a personable and funny guy. With us being in a pandemic I didn't really want to be going back and forth to the dealership looking at cars and Bo made it so we were able to do the whole deal over the phone. He got me the exact vehicle with the exact options and colours I wanted. He is a very funny guy but doesn't play around when it comes to business. I cannot say enough good things about the team at my Mississauga Chrysler. Right from booking an appointment up until picking up my vehicle it was a smooth and seamless process. I went simply to test drive a few vehicles and see what I liked and what I didn’t and the salesman David that we had was amazing, he was never pushy or forceful and most importantly he took me seriously. Being so young sometimes I fear that they would think I’m not serious and I can’t afford it but he took me seriously and made this whole process amazing. Steve was a huge help as well, he pushed to get me everything I asked for and he delivered on everything I could have ever wanted. They were able to get everything sorted out and delivered my brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler within 24 hours. When I picked up the car and took it home there were a few issues I noticed but I took it right back the next morning and told them and they were shocked! They did everything they could to make it right and make me happy! I HIGHLY recommend the team at my Mississauga Chrysler!

Tried to fix Jeep Grand Cherokee which has driver side fan air temperature problem. The problem is that only cool air comes out through the vent, and they charged $1000 leaving it unfixed. Air is still cool when it is directed to windshield which can't be working in winter to remove fogging. They say Heater core should be replaced at $1800, and the $1000 that I paid is only for changing actuator. What a RIP-off!

Hi, I have had best experience at this dealership, BO and Trent were great to deal with !! I have bought a
lot of cars and trucks and always got the same nonsense ... BO got me the best trade in price for my 2 year old JEEP and into new loaded truck. No one could beat their deal, no haggling, fun and genuine.
You can’t beat that, I had the best time ever with these two guys ... what more can I say !!

The 5 star reviews must be fake because new owners took over the place just this last July. Worst experience ever thus far, good luck trying to get someone to actually help you. Spoke to 3 different people, got hung up on and passed around because no one had an answer or direction for me. I was inquiring about their services and was interested in upgrading my car as I've received several brochures in the mail encouraging me to take a look at what they have to offer. However, after this experience i'm taking my business else where.

Was lied to buy the salesperson told must put 1000 down just to run a credit check but not to worry there's no obligation and a refund would be issued if I chose not to continue now I'm being told they don't do refunds and I must take a car that I had no info on for more money then I can afford and with 12% financing when I only went in to see if a could possibly be approved for an affordable car so if anything beyond info on my trade in and a credit check was signed it was not told to me I suggest everyone that comes here watch what u sign and don't put any money down I found out after they don't need 1000 or anything to run a check for approval

Bought my Jeep Wrangler JKU here almost a year ago. Beyond happy with the entire experience. Moe S. sold me the vehicle. Looked at the Jeep on Wednesday, bought it Thursday, and drove it home on Friday. He was helpful in finding me the right JKU in my price point and with the features I wanted. The vehicle was not brand new when purchased, and subsequently needed two door seals replaced about 6 months ago. The entire experience was fantastic both times. For service, I like dealing with Iggy - he really makes the effort to ensure the customer is happy and goes into detail about what will be done to the vehicle and the costs so there are no surprises. I will continue to service my Jeep here and should I ever need another vehicle, I would purchase here again.

I dealt with Jay Nathan who is the Director of Finance there. I have absolutely nothing but good experience all round from him. I think mine was a difficult case as the car i traded in was not really a market vehicle. But he got me a good value for trade in for it and got me a good BMW X1 2019 financed as well.
Really happy with the overall experience. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to trade in for their vehicle for a good value and have difficult credit history. Just go there and see Jay, if there is something that can be done he will do it.

I have been a customer at go Auto since 2012 (it was called Parkway Chrysler back then). I have purchased two Grand Caravans in that time and traded one vehicle in. I take my vehicles to go auto most of the time. On Nov. 6, 2019 I took my van in for an oil change and to put on snow tires. Tires were on rims and I always store them at Go auto. The service advisor Ignatius (Iggy) asked me if I wanted the PEACE-OF-MIND inspection, I wasn’t in a hurry so I said okay. One hour and 40 minutes later I was on my way. That would be 15 minutes per tire, 15 minutes for the oil change and 25 minutes for the PEACE-OF-MIND inspection. I even got a $5.00 discount on the work because I had the PEACE-OF-MIND inspection and I got a $10.00 PROMOTIONAL GIFT on my next service. Thank you, October employee of the month IGNATIUS. started off as a terrible first experience, came in for parts on the weekend, wanted to get some work done but they couldn't accommodate me. So I dropped my vehicle off at 8am this morning, I was quoted a two hour total job (on Saturday when i went in for the parts); an hour into the job, the service employee calls me saying it will be another hour, then goes on to accuse me of giving misinformation on the work that i needed to have done.. this is immediately after saying i bought all the right parts for what i needed to do. while explaining this, she had this attitude like i was to blame; she then says well i can tell him to stop working on it and you can come pick it up if three hours isn't okay.... i told her its fine, i paid to tow it there and i needed the work done. two hours later i call back and she says he needs another hour and "well its a big job" (i was quoted two hours originally and its two hoses) I then asked her since we are now over three hours, whats going to happen ? she then says, well i could of charged you 4 hours but i didn't..... i call back an hour after that, works done but both her and the shuttle driver that dropped me home went on lunch, be back in an hour... when i finally did get a hold of the service employee, i explained to her that i needed to go to work and she replied with "and...... im not going to get the shuttle driver to come back from lunch".

now i get that things happen but at no point did she show compassion for the situation.. no compromise on price with added hours from original quote, not even a care when i explained that i had to work (this is at the point they had my car going on 6 hours). As of writing this, I still haven't been picked up and i hope to speak to the owner or manager on my arrival.

Update: on arrival, I asked to speak to the service manager, and explained the situation. He was open to listening and was polite about the situation. I explained that I wasn’t seeking financial compensation for the situation, just wanted him to be aware of the customer service practice. He wanted to ensure that I was satisfied and that I returned in the future. He resolved the situation and I went on my way. The car ? So far so good, I would return in the future when I needed to.

It’s my first RAM and my first service experience. Actually, I can do the service maintenance myself because I’m a licensed automotive technician. But I understand why I still had it serviced by the dealer. I’m supposed to expect a total dealership experience and all I get after the service was a dirty truck. I expect the dealer to wash my truck but I’m disappointed. Service advisor was thorough and gave me a satisfactory service but overall I’m disappointed.

I recently went to see Jay at Go Dodge Mississauga. We met back last year originally but I didn’t end up getting the vehicle from there originally. I had a got a vehicle from another dealership however after a few months I hated the car. I kept shopping around but found I couldn’t get approved for a car I wanted. Decided to go back to see Jay. I have to tell you whatever your current credit situation this guy is a magician. I met a couple sales guys while I was there and they apparently call him the “magic man” lol. This guy got me car I’ve always wanted, all the option upgrades, great interest rate and delivered to me within 2 days of seeing him. If your in the market for a car this is the guy to go see. A man of his words, humble, honest, quick and straight to the point. Love my car now and will definitely be seeing Jay and Go Auto when I’m ready to trade in again in a few years.

I went to, GO Mississauga Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, for an oil change. It was my first visit at this location. I walked in, and was greeted by a service rep named, Calvin. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to and has great customer service skills.

My oil change appointment was for 8am and I got my car back within an hour. Most places I would have to wait 2-3 hours for the oil change to be done. When I got my car back, I was once again, greeted by Calvin. Since it was my first visit, he showed me where to pay and where to pick up my car.

GO Mississauga Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is very lucky to have Calvin on their team!

We purchased a vehicle a few months ago. Our sales experience with George Emad was great. We got the vehicle we wanted and an amazing price.

Our Service experience was the complete opposite. We purchased the vehicle with a tire issue which we didn't know about. We took it in to get checked two times and both times they put air in it and said it was fine. We decided to get a second opinion and another dealership explained what the issue was. We returned to Go Auto explaining what the issue was and their answer was, " how do we know this didn't happen after you purchased the car?"
REALLY!?!? Now you are accusing me of lying?
I took the vehicle two times after we bought the car and now they are saying that this happened after we bought it......
We are Not impressed and will not be returning to service our vehicle there.
The service department is the most important one because you deal with them the most after your purchase.
It's not the cost of the repair that's the issue, it's how the service department treated us.
I have reached out to the General manager and have not received a call back.....

I dealt with the service department here this week and I have to say these guys are THE BEST, especially IGGY XAVIER!!! He attended to me immediately as I drove in without an appointment, he was very friendly and welcoming. Talking to him didn’t feel like he was going to trick me into getting things done to my car that I didn’t need.

A rock flew and had cracked my windshield on my new Jeep Wrangler and the system showed that getting an original replacement could take about a month (because it’s the 2018) but IGGY got it done for me in like 2 days! He was prompt, attentive and very honest. He was always updating me on what was going on, I never had to sit there and worry. He gave me all the info I needed and what he said made sense :)

You can trust him with what he says and suggests. He got me my original windshield with the little Jeep logo and got it done for me before heading into the weekend! He said, “NO LOGO, NO GO” haha!! It felt like he was on my team and there to help me and make sure I got what I needed!!! I’ve been to many other dealerships and they are always there to rip you off and trick you into all the non sense but not GO DODGE MISSISSAUGA. The nicest people and an amazingly prompt service!!! :) Thank you so much Iggy!!!

Oil Change

Great and fast service. I will never go to to the "other" oil changers. From now on all service including oil change - in the dealership (parkway especially). I have had two good experiences with Parkway Chrysler. Thanks to Mary. She is honest, and knowledgeable (received a hug last visit - Aug. 11/14). The service tech was good, well, let's hope. Wasn't aware that the nitrogen for the tires isn't available at this location. Something I found out may be unique to certain dealers. As in where I purchased the car, Cooksville Chrysler and paid for the tire protection last year.
Writing this review as well, as Mary suggested to enter for a chance to win $250.00 in free gas.

We bought a 2014 Dodge Caravan CVP and their pricing was significantly lower than any other dealer in Ontario. In addition to that, given all the right information they were able to accurately give me a quote on a trade-in value for my car BEFORE we even travelled the 14 hour drive to get there. Eddie's customer service was thorough, respectful and accommodating. They were quick and efficient.
