Exceptionally poor service. Service department continually give you the run around and Sales is awkwardly agressive. When deciding to buy a car, we were promised that our concerns about the vehicle would be taken care of. Once the deal was put through these concerns were then thrown to the side and we were told that these promises were never talked about and that they are unable to do such things. Making my family feel extremely under appreciated and cornered in to a decision we never agreeed upon.
This place has caused my family such aggrivation and upset. I will never purchase a Nissan vehicle, and I will never set foot in this establishment again.
Please do your research before considering buying a vehicle from Regina Nissan. It is not worth your effort, time or money.

Poor place to do buisness with. Got offered an excellent deal on a car over the phone. When asking questions confirming things about the car they later tell me ok so your price is.... which was way higher than the price originally told me they would do. Wasted allday dealing on this car, working things out with my family the bank, all while working! I have no car currently and was even organizing a way there to see it.
Even have message proof of the offered deal!
Salsesman never got manager to call me in the am as he said he would nor did a manger return email yet.

This was my first time buying from a dealership (seemed pointless to pay GST for a used car), however, we needed something (family car recently totaled) and found a very competitive price on a vehicle in short supply on the market (and could have jacked their price up - as other dealers were). 

The situation may have been complicated by the fact I was essentially negotiating (and eventually buying) the car sight unseen (as we live 3 hours away from Regina).  The salesman (Wen) went well out of his way to address our questions/concerns by scanning/emailing inspection/reconditioning reports, additional pictures (including a video) to assist with our decision.

Walked into Nissan last week to buy a Rogue. Although I ended up choosing a different car brand, Carson Buhnai was absolutely fantastic to work with. He greeted me with terrific energy and enthusiasm as soon as I walked through the door, and treated me like family throughout the entire process. To each of my questions, his answers were thorough and at every request he strove to accommodate me. My family and I have dealt with the service department for over a decade . The service manager Amy has been nothing but rude and condescending with every interaction with myself, and my family- my mom still comments on how badly she was spoken to with her FIRST interaction in the service department with the manager. We are in the market for a new vehicle and because of the service department we will NOT even look at purchasing another vehicle from Nissan. I have had other people that deal with her say the same including collision centre, and vehicle rental employees.

Purchased a 2018 Frontier here and the process was terrible from start to finish.

As others have stated, they only care about the initial sale and don't care about "service after the sale". I have n/c maintenance with them for the next 4 years and even that I'm nervous about after reading peoples reviews!

Only got action after Nissan Corporate was involved.

Specifically in my case the truck had scratches on it for whatever reason (25 kms on it) and when they promised to paint the hood, all they did was polish it (verified by two independent collision shops) because after I took it through the car wash, the polish came out and the hood had a classic case of "die-back". There was even polish on the wiper blades which of course you wouldn't have if it was painted...

They made me sign a piece of paper when I picked up the truck that the hood was fine (which of course it looked fine when I picked it up after complaining to corporate) but the reality was that it was just polished and not painted...they polished it too deep and now the hood isn't shiny after that car wash (the rest of the truck is fine). Cost to have painted? $1000.00 - guess I'll have to live with it!

We’ve bought 4 vehicles from Regina Nissan. The last 2 had some problems noticed after purchase. Very hard to get the dealership to address any issues. After the sale they just don’t care. The last one we bought was used and has problems which should of been addressed with the inspection they claim to do prior to sale. My advice is to have an independent inspection done elsewhere before you buy. It’s unfortunate you have to do that. Have tried working with the salesman, used car manager and general manager. They don’t return emails and just put you off when you call. You would think they would like to keep making money off our business but I guess that’s not the case. We are done dealing with them, will just buy elsewhere.
Last purchase was a used truck, total purchase price was 30,000.

Recieved a email from Wun August 12, 2019 about a vehicle i was interested in purchasing. Replied on August 13 will be in August 16 or 17 to take for a test drive. Arrived at Nissan Dealership August 16 at 10:38am then got told vehicel was sold. I drove a hour drive to regina, did not get a reply from Wun that vehicle was sold. I am looking for a smaller truck. They could not have the decentcy to tell me vehicle was sold and save me a hour drive. Never buy from Nissan or Dilauri Group.

Hi,
First of all I keep going and fixing both front doors at the collusion centre because they shift, the problem was there and no one told me anything, you just wanted to sell the car. Second when they checked the car before I bought it they left one of the wheels loose and it was noisy, I had to go and fix it. Third they charged me for fixing something Nissan did wrong (the wheel that was loose) and I had to go there 5 times and lose many hours of work to get my money back. Two of the guys that work at Infiniti didn't even answer the phone or said "Hi" when I went there!!! Fourth one of the lights wasn't working when I bought it and I had to go at Hyundai to replace it (as you adviced)and they wanted to charge because you said so when they called to double chek. FYI I bought the full warranty otherwise... i dont know if you can fix all of it and for me it doesn't matter because I won't ever come there but I dedicated all the time to write here to help you to understand how customers feel, its your decision what you decide to do. Sales is not only putting some money in the pocket today, you have to work hard for a good customer service so you get his/her friends and family tomorrow (if you can wait until tomorrow) and business grows!!!

I wish I could give it no stars. Took my frontier in for oil change. They took out my expensive dry filter and put a paper one in. Found out later and phoned. Service manager thought I was trying to pull a fast one and try to bait me into an argument. Never going back there for any service again. Rather drive the extra kms and go to Brandon Nissan. At least they treat you with respect there!!!

My husband went there twice to check on biweekly payments for two cars that I liked. When I came there a few days later, we spent almost 2 hours talking. And at the end of the conversation we've been told that biweekly payments for both cars way higher than the salesman said before.
We will never come back. And I want Nissan's salesmen to know that my time isn't less valuable than their.

Have had my truck for just over a year. Still love it, but I won't likely be coming back here for warranty service, or any service for that matter. I explained when I purchased my truck that I lived 2.5 hours from the dealership, so when I do need to come in I would require a loaner so I'm not sitting and waiting for my service to be completed. 5 hours later, I'm sitting here waiting for them to tell me if they have an abs sensor to fix my truck. There is a good chance they don't, even though it was checked for codes and determined it likely needed a sensor a week ago. I was booked in for a 10am appointment, but my truck wasn't brought in until noon. There is little to no service available on Saturday, no loaner cars, and no concern for what inconvenience is caused to the customer. I was required to take a full day off work to only have my problem inspected, and now will be required to take another one off to actually get it fixed. The staff is friendly, but not here to win service awards. Anyone can sell, but service makes a dealership great.

Bought our Nissan new from this dealership. Phoned parts department last week and went to Cody,s voice mail. I left a detailed message outlining what I needed, who I was and my contact information. No reply. Phoned again this week, once again went to Cody,s voicemail, so I called back and asked reception if I could speak to the parts manager...nope...can I speak to anyone? Nope, but she could put me through to Cody,s voicemail. I told her I had already tried that, and it doesn't work..that is you can leave a message, but no call back from Cody. Yes she says...he is really busy. So she puts me on hold.........and that was until the end of my break because I too have valued clients that I had to take care of.
Called Brandon Manitoba Nissan dealership as I am heading through there next week. No problems getting parts there.
Terrible, terrible customer service...and to think we bought a brand new car from them. Won't make that mistake twice.

So, I just got my vehicle serviced today for the first time since buying it. On my final purchase process, they gave me a rewards card and said it has $50 on to use for my first oil change/service of my vehicle. When all was done and payment is to be made, I use my rewards card to pay my balance. Then all of sudden they said I can only used half for the service and half for something else which I was not told the first place. But that is not the worst, the receptionist helped me to settle things by letting some of the managers. Then this manager came and told that how it is. Half for service and half for sales(or whatever it was) without any care nor caring for I what
felt. I was expecting to pay less than what I paid but did not happened. The manager did not even seem to care for my concern nor even made me feel valued as a customer which is important by way in any business. JUST PLAINLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.
